Error while installing new com+ component SAP CRM Mobile Transfer 5.0

Hello experts,
I've upgraded crm/msa from 50sp6 to sp11. In SP11 there msa/mas use dot.net framework
2.0 .
For this I have to upgrade the commstation with note 1065337, but after deleting
the com+ component DOTNET.TransSrv I cannot reinstall the new MsgTransServer.dll,
I get error:
you do not have permission to perform the requested action. If security is enabled on the system
application of the targed computer make sure you are included in the appropriate roles.
Has anybody similar problems while upgrading this ?
I've checked MS-note 909444 for new user rights, but didn't help.
Thanks Gerd

Hi Siva,
I've registered the dll with command line execution as described in
note 1036377. This should solve the problem.
If you have still problems with admin rights on the server have a look on
note 1036377.
Best regards
Gerd

    Hi Ricky,
We had a similar issue and found we had to create the database on another server & restore it. I think, but didn't get around to proving, that the issue occurs where the license service is running using trusted connections

If the info object is not assigned in application component, it will installed in unassigned node.
In AWB click infobject->Unassigned nodes->Unassigned characteristics.
To bring installed InfoObjects into required InfoObject catalogue, double click on the InfoObject catalogue and in the next screen select your InfoObject in the right side, move it to left side through arrow. Then activate the InfoObject catalogue. You would be able to see your InfoObjects.

I also tried jdk1.4.2_08 and I also installed in Windows2000+SP4. But I faced the same problem too.
From sun.com, I know this error is a bug of jdk. They explained that this version can't run OK
    when zip-file is larger than 2G. Then I found here's a file
    (name is 'NW04SneakPreviewSP15NWSneakPreviewSP15SneakPreviewContentSDMSDMKIT.JAR'). It's size
is 2.08G. I suppose installation can't manage it.
I tried unzip this file and renamed unziped folder to 'SDMKIT.JAR'.
Then I found another large file in the unziped folder(name is 'F:NW04SneakPreviewSP15NWSneakPreviewSP15SneakPreviewContentSDMSDMKIT.JARpackpackedRoot.jar')
, so I also unzip this file and renamed unziped folder to 'packedRoot.jar'.
Then I reinstalled, of course, It's no work.
Unexpectedly, I found this download link is not available on the sdn.sap.com(see this page:https://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/sdn/downloaditem?rid=/library/uuid/cfc19866-0401-0010-35b2-dc8158247fb6).
It say that 'We apologize that this version is currently not available to download.'.
I guess there are any problem in this version, are there?
So, now I think I must download another version to install.
    Thanks,
    Bo

  • Error while installing addon in Citirx environment

    Hi,
We are getting the following error while installing our addon in Citrix environment.
CustomerLibrary: Error during Addon Installation Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
The addon runs from within SAP and after the error we can see the addon in Add-Remove programs in Control panel but cannot see it in the Addon administration window in SAP Business One. So it appears that there is problem with communication with SAP during the setup.
Does anybody know how this can be resolved?
    Thanks,
    Aparna

    Hi Arpana,
I get this error on a Terminal Server or Citrix Server if the add-on installer was written using the B1DE. Is the installer written using the B1DE? If so, you can get around this issue by creating a new installer. There are 2 installer wizards that come with the B1DE, 1 of them will work on a Citrix Server and the other won't (...in my experience). The one that works is the more basic one...sorry, I don't have the B1DE available at the moment so I can't give you the exact project names.
    Hope this helps,
    Owen
