Error while intercative planning in SNP
What we did is as below
1. created MOPS
2. created Planning area in DP
3. created time series and assigned version 000 in DP
4. Created Planning Book and Data view in DP
5. BW settings to extract data from OLTP and we have the data with planning version 000 in BW info cube
6. Load the history data from Info cube
7. Calculated proportional factors for next year
8. created Forecast profile.
9. Run forecasting after reading the history
10. Now forecast is ready in DP.
11. Released the same to SNP
12. When I goto SNP interactive planning and trying to load the data using 9SNP94 planning book/Data view i am getting the error - key figure not defined
Can anyone tell me how to resolve the same?
Dears,
I tried all the steps given by you..but all in vain, I will explain you in detail what i ahve done..
In /SAPAPO/MSDP_ADMIN - Administration of Demand Planning and Supply Network
I have defined MOPS with following character(no SNP tick)
9ALOCNO
9AMATNR
Defined planning area with following key figures
SALE_HIST Sales history
9AREVFC Sales Forecast
9AMANUP Manual Correction
9ATOTFC Total Forecast
9APRICEFC Planned Price
T_PRICE Price
Storage bucket profile used is MONTH
Created time series and it is valid up to 31.12.2009
In BW, I have created a infosource/infocube with 9ALOCNO and 9AMATNR as character and SALE_HIST Sales history as key figure and OCALMONTH as time character. Uploaded data from excel and now I can see the data in infocube.
Now uploaded the data from BW to SAP-APO using - /SAPAPO/TSCUBE - Load Planning Area Version
Calculated proportional factor using /SAPAPO/MC8V - Calculate Proportional Factors.
In /SAPAPO/MSDP_ADMIN - Administration of Demand Planning and Supply Network, created chrematistics combination.
Created forecast profile with UA profile
Defined Planning book and data view
Defined macros in /SAPAPO/ADVM u2013 MacroBuilder
For calculating 9ATOTFC Total Forecast = Sales Forecast 9AREVFC + Manual Correction 9AMANUP
For calculating T_PRICE = 9ATOTFC * 9APRICEFC
Now I goto /SAPAPO/SDP94 - Interactive Demand Planning and search for my PB
I could see sale history filed is copied form BW.
Run Forecast and got the forecast in 9AREVFC.
Released the DP figures above to SNP using /SAPAPO/MC90 - Release to Supply Network Planning.
In /SAPAPO/SNP94 - Interactive Supply Network Planning, used std planning book/DV u2013 SNP94(1).
When I load I am getting the error as u201Cno key figure selection was foundu201D
Any clue where i am wrong?

Error while executing planning Function
Hi All,
I'm getting some error while executing planning function. Below are errors. Please check and provide solution.
Errors occurred when executing planning function RTFMPF01/RTFMPG01
Value 08 of chara Region does not correspond to the attrib.val MI of chara Store
Value 10 of chara Region does not correspond to the attrib.val RM of chara Store
Value 11 of chara Region does not correspond to the attrib.val NA of chara Store
Thanks,
VamsiHi,
Value 08 of chara Region does not correspond to the attrib.val MI of chara Store
Looks like there is a characteristics relationship which derives the attribute store from Region.
Check the master data for Region for attribute Store and the corresponding values.
The values that are maintained in the master data will only be allowed to enter in the cube.
Thanks

Error while creating planned order in product view
I am getting following error when I try to create planned order for a product in a Location manually in product view using /SAPAPO/RRP5.
Error occurred while creating order
Message no. /SAPAPO/RRP251
I checked the product and resource. Everything looks good.
Block is available in the resource WMP1_2041_001 for characteristics specified in planned order.
Product master and PDS look good.
In the planning log, I see the following error message.
Plan explosion failed for product LBRA1050-661 in location 2041
Message no. /SAPAPO/RRP718
I have not found SAP notes for above error.
Can you pl let me know what this is due to?
Thanks,
SriniSrini,
The message was created as a result of several notes, such as 1582997. There are others.
The implication is that you have an invalid source somewhere in your BOM. Maybe a bad component part, maybe a bad transportation lane, maybe an invalid BOM, or maybe a bad PPM/PDS.
If you can't find the problem using logical troubleshooting steps, have one of your programmers debug. Have him put breakpoints in FM /SAPAPO/RRP_PLORD_CREATE . If you are particularly lucky, you will find a developer that understands German, because all the internal comments in this FM are in German.

Error while uploading plan revenue -CJR2
Hi All,
I am facing one issue while uploading Plan revenue for wbs elements using excel method for CJR2 transaction. What i m doing is , in project structure i have 1st , 2nd & 3rd level WBSe, 2nd level WBSe is relevant for billing and revenue planning. Therefore i have marked 2nd level WBSe as a billing element and to restrict revenue plan i have maintained a relevant user status at 1st and 3rd level WBSe. In upload file i am only giving 2nd level WBSe but when i execute i am getting an error that user status XXXX is set on 1st level & 3rd level WBSe which restrict revenue planning. I also removed 'Bottom up planning" indicator from planning profile.
My reason of worry is even though i have not maintained 1st and 2nd level WBSe in upload file then why and how system is checking 1st and 2nd level WBSe .
Any clue is highly appreciated.
Thanks.Hi Varun,
In my query i have mentioned that user status is set on 1st & 3nd level WBSE only and i am doing revenue planning on 2nd level WBSE( to this WBSE there is no user status ). And i am mentioning 2nd level WBSE only in upload file but system is checking 1st and 3rd level WBSE and giving error and this is my point of worry. It should not look for 1st and 3rd level WBSE. And i do not want to change the user status at 1st and 3rd level WBSE.
Thanks -

Dears,
Am facing the below error while trying to transfer the data from DP .(SAPAPO/MC90
Thanks for the helpHi Vijesh
You may start looking into the issue by checking whether all Product/Location mentioned in the seletion exists as CVC in MPOS. This should be followed by running a consistency checks through /SAPAPO/TS_LCM_CONS_CHECK. This previous post may be helpful - https://scn.sap.com/thread/654202.

Error while selecting planning app in Business Rules
Hi ,
I am not being able to select the planning outline while developing business rules (but I can select the Essbase Outline). Whenever I expand the Planning node, an error pops up the details of which says "Error connecting to Essbase server machinename/testapp." There is a details button which says: "Could not log into Planning "Detail:Could not log in to Planning Server".
Can anyone help me out. I am not being able to view the rules in the planning UI .
I have tried for recycle the EAS even though i am getting same error.
could you please let me know the solution for this
Thanks
maheshHi,
Always follow this process, stop the planning service and eas service.
Start RMI service
Start EAS
Start Planning
Log into the web planning application
Then go into EAS and create a new rule, select an outline to the application you have just logged into via web.
Also if you are using the default admin user to log into EAS try another user that has been provisioned with business rules roles
If you still have problems then go to My Oracle Support (formely metalink3) then have a look at doc id - 763345.1
Ok?
Cheers

Please adjust the order dates in the scheduling of the planned order. In normal production scenario operation completed end of the night shift and order finish date is possibly moved one day in the future for this reason we need to set the operation timing in 24:00:00 format
In your issue change date like this

Opening date : 31.05.2104
Check with this date, it’s work for you

Error while saving planning function in IP
Hello All,
I have a problem while creating a FOX function in IP. When I save it, I get an error "RFCSave: An exception occurred that was not caught., error key: RFC_ERROR_SYSTEM_FAILURE".
The strange thing is that, when there is any syntax error in the FOX code, it gets saved; but as soon as I remove all the errors, I get this message on pressing the save button in the planning modeler.
I never faced this problem before. Can anybody suggest something?
Regards,
MayankJust for information; this was a bug. We raised an OSS case and got the solution (to apply few OSS notes). We are on Support Package 10. It seems this issue does not occur on Support Package 11.

Error While Copying Planning Area
Hi all,
I am in the process of creating a new planning area by copying 9ASNP03. But while i copy the system throws the following error "Planning Object Structure ID 9ALA is invalid". Also 9ASNP03 is not active.
Please help me out with this error.
Regards,
ArunHi Arun,
Please activate the POS 9ASNPSA linked to the Planning area 9ASNP03 or any copy of 9ASNP03.
Once you activate this POS 9ASNPSA, you can just copy the inactive/active Planning area 9ASNP03 to custom.
This would solve your error "Planning Object Structure ID 9ALA is invalid"
