When I was trying to settle production order faced error as follow.
Error in assigning the tax group
Message no. FF716
Diagnosis
To guarantee a connection between the automatically created tax items, the initiating line items, and the tax information used for reporting, a unique code is assigned to the line items belonging together. An error occurred during this assignment.
Procedure
Contact your system administrator.
Procedure for System Administration
Create an OSS message.

In production Order maintain Settlement type as Full Settlement.
In CO01 Create production Order or CO02 Change production order go to
Header -
> Settlement Rule
Maintain Category, Receiver, Percentage, FUL (as settlement type)
Change settlement type to FUL if it is PER.
PER Settlement Type - Only settles the cost incurred on the posting period
FUL Settlment Type - Settles all the cost incurred after the previous costing run

Error while executing the reversal in KO88 for an internal order

Hi Experts,
I am getting the below error while doing the Actual settlement : order reverse through t code KO88. we are currently using the SAP ECC 5.0 and i found the SAP notes 215944 and 335428, which are upto release 4.6C.
System error - deletion not possible
Message no. AAPO186
i can see that the doc has generated for the settlement and for reversal it is giving the error. Can some one help me who has faced this type of problem earlier.

Error while doing AUC Settlement in KO88

I am getting the below error while doing KO88. I have maintained the Allocation structure for FXA and given the cost element group in the Source field & Given FXA in Receiver category and selected By cost element option aginast Receiver category FXA in Settlement Cost Element field. I am getting the below error while settling in KO88.
Define a settlement cost element for receiver type FXA
Message no. KD506
Diagnosis
In allocation structure A1 (controlling area BP01), you did not define which cost element should be used when settling costs/revenues of the sender. Nor did you define receiver type FXA.
Procedure
Assign a different allocation structure to the settlement sender (-> Master data -> Settlement rule -> Goto -> Settlement parameters), or maintain allocation structure A1.

Please check your allocation structure , it looks that settlement cost element that you have assigned in the allocation strcuture is not having correct cost element category.

The settlement and posting period are 12 and the processing type is "Partial Capitalization".

check you settlemnt rule for internal order. forsure you will find mismatch between settlemnt rule and actual settlemnt. check in settlement rule the % to be settled.

How many cost centres are you putting in the role? Do you have cost centre set as an org level?
From your User Name I assume that you are at the BBC...Do you still use a program to populate the cost centres in the role based on the cost centre group names? If so it is possible that you are trying to put too many cost centres in the field and the the profile will not generate because of this (we had it back in 2001 when I was working there).
Do you have the technical error message details?

These type of Internal Errors are all too common in OWB and it's difficult to diagnose the exact problem.
I'd suggest closing the Design Centre, going back in and trying to delete it again, this will often resolve Internal errors.
There's also an article on Metalink Doc ID: 460411.1 about errors when deleting mappings but it's specific to an ACLContainer error, so may or may not be of use.
One of the suggestions is to connect as the Repository Owner rather than a User and try to delete the mapping.

Can anyone please help me with this error.

I checked my server (which has all the default Adobe services) and the only service I have that comes close is:
the Repository service's "Read Resource Content" operation. In the list that comes up as RepositoryService.
The Barcode's Extract to XML service. In the list that comes up as BarcodedFormsService
Neither of these is an exact match to the error. Is your process calling a sub process you built? Does that service actually exist on the server? If you do a record/playback (in workbench) on which step does the process fail?
If you look through the entire list of SOAP services (in Adminui) are any of them disabled?

Hi Kirran,
Please see if you have defined a status scheme and assigned it to the recipe type. Before defining a status scheme, you must complete the one time IMG activity 'Collect Object Types and Assigned Attributes' under Recipe Development > Status Management. Then in the next node you define individual statuses and a scheme with transitions. For each status, you must define 'field value' for the field RCP_USAGE which is nothing but a value from Recipe Purposes customizing.
