Error while maintaining structure in LO-Cockpit

Hi All,
I am trying to maintain an extract structure in LO-Cockpit but it is throwing an error saying "Entries for application 18 still exists in extraction queue".
How could I solve this?

If you are changing the Purchase Extract Structures then delete MCEX02 like this...
But it is not advisible to delete the delta queue.Before doing modification make sure that LBWQ is empty i.e all the changes from R/3 got loaded to BW.

hi,
You are getting these warnings because you have not assigned an enhancement category to your structure .
Try to assign a enhancement category for the structure .
1. open the structure in change mode .
2. then Extras -> Enhancement Category and choose an enhancement option .
3. save and activat ethe structure .
4. Your structure wil be activated now without any warnings .

I get the following error while trying to copy the existing determination rule. Could you analyse this please.
ERROR MSG:
Prefix number: entry missing for system CRD client XXX
Message no. 5W023
Diagnosis
Tasks, rules, and workflow definitions require an ID that is unique throughout all systems and clients. In this way, you can ensure that you can transport these objects from one system into another at any time (without restrictions). From a technical point of view, the uniqueness of the ID is ensured by what is known as a "prefix number". You can define a separate prefix number for every system and every client in table T78NR.
System Response
If a prefix number is not defined in the client in which you are currently working, it is not possible to maintain (maintenance terminates).
Procedure
Maintain table T78NR in Customizing, and create an entry for the system in question and the current client.

Organizational Management objects are identified by an eight-digit number.
In the cases of tasks, workflows, rules and task groups, this eight-digit number consists of a three-digit prefix number followed by a five-digit number which is determined by internal number assignment. The complete number must be unique across systems and clients. From a technical point of view, the uniqueness of the number is catered for by the prefix number.

Error while maintaining the Update Rules for the Infostructure

Hi,
I have added 2 new characteristics for the existing infostructure S9xx and executed the same. While maintaining the Update Rules for the same, system is giving the error message 1. "Field 'PARVW' unknown" and 2. Error generating program RMCX0011.
Please guide me in resolving the issue.

It is not possible to maintain the updating procedure since DDIC structure S990, which belongs to info structure S990, is not active.
The info structure has probably been saved but not generated.
Procedure
The info structure must be generated.

Just check whether update rules has any routines or fomula, or constant.
If so collect that in a request and transport it.

I am configuring Flexible Planning . In this procedure first I have created Info structure S893 later with the same name when I am trying to maintain Info structure planning parameters I am getting the error "Info structure S893 does not exist or is not active" Message no. MA003.

Im getting the following error when trying to add entries (Maintain) in table T5ASRAUTHMETHOD in SM30 transaction.
The error is " The maintenance dialog foor T5ASRAUTHMETHOD is incomplete or not defined".

Error while transporting structure

I have tried to move a structure CI_FAGLFLEX04 from development to quality. But I am getting a transport error as follows..
Table CI_FAGLFLEX04 could not be activated
(E- Nametab for table CI_FAGLFLEX04 cannot be generated )
This structure is used as an include structure in FAGLFLEXB. Can anyone tell me what might be the problem.

Error while appending structure into BSEG Table

We had appended BSEG table with a ZSTRUCTURE to enable Custom field in MIRO. Subsequently there was a change required in the appended field. After Changing the field there was adjustment required to activate the appended table . However due to slow system performance during that time the Adjustment SE14 timed out. And created inconsistency in BSEG table.
If I Do the Table adjustment now it is showing below error.
We tried to delete the append structure also but the structure is not appearing in the append structure list to delete.
Even if we try deleting the Z structure from se11 it is throwing below error.
Any one could help me out to resolve this..

Please First Check if the Database version and disctionary version are in sync.
Also, it could be the case that you would have enhanced an already existing Append stucture. which might be being used in other BKPF dependent tables.

Error While maintain VK11 Create Condition Type

     Due to I created new sale area in system and user want to maintain condition type "MWST" for new sale area . In config I set criteria for maintain condition type "MWST" is Sale Org / Channel /Division
     When I access tcode VK11 for set tax code of new sale area , System show error "Conditions cannot be created in division 30"
     Message no. VK078
      Diagnosis
     You have attempted to create condition records for division 30. This
          function is not allowed because in sales organization 2301 no division
          was assigned to division 30, which is used in a sales document.
     System Response
      It is not allowed to create conditions for division 30 (sales
          organization 2301).
     Procedure
     Check whether you have selected the right division and whether the
          divisions have been assigned correctly in Customizing.
     First time I think that config wrong about new sale area but I test in create sale order for new sale area so It can create normally

Conditions cannot be created in division 30
You need to assign the Division 30 to Cross Division 00 in VOR2.

Error while forming Structur in Message Mapping.

I have taken source payload from Moni and tried to test the Message mapping.
When i paste the Pay load in Test tab,under XML, my structure is getting well formed., But 3 feilds from structure is showing in Red color.

Please cross check with filling the values into the test tab and display it in source xml format and copy in notepad and compare with the payload data there must be some tag problem.

Error while saving Extract Structure

Hi Friends,
We have enhanced the DataSource 0FI_AR_4 by adding new feilds. After that i went to Extract Structure to Un check (Deselect) the HIDE check box for newly added feilds and when i save the structure it is throwing the Error The OLTP source still has errors. When i go to detail it is giving message .........

I Have checked the Extract Structure it is in Active and For the newly added Key Figures there are referenced table and Feilds.
WHat Might be the reason.
How can Deselect the check boxes for newly added At Hide Feild in the Extract Structure and Save it.

Error when maintaining output condition records

Hello experts
I m getting an error while maintaining output condition records using VV11. The error reads as "862 System error: system cannot read the structure for table B567". Can you pls help in identifying the root cause.
I checked that the condition table 567 has he correct fields and the field catalogue has the fields.

Try to regenerate the condition table B567 using the report RV12A001.
Use TCode SE38, select usage 'B', table '567' and mark the boxes for following indicator
- dictionary
- reports and screens.
Press execute and re-try by maintaining VV11 for the output.
