While doing GR i am getting following error message
"Account 41281100 requires an assignment to a CO object"
i think in FI we need to maintain something so if anybody have the solution pl reply

now for ur problem u have to create ur acct 42281100 as a cost element
go to FS00 here select the acct and click on cost element (at right top)
then select option 1 and save
u can also use KO04

while creating a GR for a subcontracting PO, I get the following error. please suggest what to do. i checked the configuration for the movement type and could not come up with the solution.

Diagnosis
Comparison of the field selection strings from movement type 543 and G/L account 7449990 has revealed that there is an incompatible field selection combination at one or more points.
Field for which the field selection is different: Vendor goods movement
Example
On the movement type screen, a given field is a mandatory-entry field, whereas on the G/L account screen, the same field is suppressed.
System Response
You cannot post this transaction, unless you have changed the field selection adequately.
Procedure
Contact your system administrator.
Action to be taken by the system administrator
Check whether any postings resulting from this movement type are to be made to the G/L account determined automatically. If you find that the G/L account is not correct, check the automatic account determination in the Customizing system for valuation.
Proceed
If the G/L account is correct, use the report RM07CUFA to compare the field selection for the movement type with the field selection for the G/L account and change the incorrect settings or the field status group of the G/L account.

The field is mandatory in acct 7449990 and hidden in movement type 543 or vice versa. To check the field status for that movement type, you can run the program RM07CUFA
Once you execute this program and found that the field is set to mandatory, then it should be mandatory for that movement type field status also.
Alternatively, Go to txn OMJJ, click on Movement Type and execute. There double click on "Field selection (Enjoy) and see whether the movement is maintained as Required Entry or Optional Entry.
Now go to FS00, input the G/L Account 7449990 and execute. There go to tab Create/bank/interest and chech whether you have maintained any value against "Field status group" and also you have checked the box for "Post automatically only".
This should be done in consultation with FI people only if the issue is in production client.

I am trying to send Materials Provided to a Subcontractor via an SD Delivery using std SAP functionality using IDES preconfigured system.
In transaction ME2O, while creating delivery, i am facing following error:
Essential transfer parameters are missing in record: 000002
The dignosis gives following details.
Diagnosis
Information necessary for this delivery is missing.
Please help to sort out the problem.

Error while making joins between ODS in a Infoset

I am getting these 2 errors while making a join between ODS In InfoSet
1).Incomplete ON conditions in an outer join
2).Invalid ON condition for left outer join (ZSDO015)

Hi,
for those who have encountered the same problem as me, you should check that the table name sql query is of the form Name_Schema.Name_Table.
For this right click on the entity in the workspace> edit entity> Database Objects> Schema Objects and add the schema name before table name( Name_Schema.Name_Table).

I'm using JDev 9.0.4.
i make a VO from two EO at the BC4J level.
then i create complete struts JSP Application for this VO.
so i get a page that i can do New/Edit and Delete to each row.
when i try to do Edit for some lines (not all of them) i get this error :

Error while running procedure for refreshing AWS

Hello There,
I am using a procedure which consists the script of refreshing the analytic workspace. I call this procedure from Business objects data services for automatic refresh.
It used to work perfectly until the recent changes implemented.
The issue is, when I run the procedure the cube refreshes successfully. When the same procedure is called from BODS, it shows an error.
Error is :: XOQ-01601: error while loading data for cube dimension "BI_PETRA_DWH.ACTIVITY_TIME" into analytic workspace
Underlying DB error is : ORA-01858: a non -numeric character was found where a numeric was expected.
I dont get this error if I run procedure directly in SQL developer.
I verified attribues of dimension, there is only one numeric attribute and it is mapped to only numeric columns of view.
Can you please help me fixing this issue?

I have joined the VM (on which installing SC VMM) in a domain(as per install guide) and installing VMM using domain account & it is in local Administrators group.
Also I would like know if there is any stand alone SC VMM installer. If yes then please let me know the installer location & install guide.

Stack overflow error while running Jprofiler for Jboss 4.0.2

I am getting the below mentioned error while running Jprofiler for Jboss App server.
My JVM version on linux is:

You could try increasing the thread stack size, e.g. something like
'java -XX:ThreadStackSize=768 ...'
But you should really be asking the JProfiler people, they would probably give you better advice.

Error while deploying ECO for Java

Hi
I got this error while deploying ECO for JAVA
I chose manual deplyoment
I specified the location of the jar file, app name, display name
and left the rest of the options unticked
after i clicked on the apply button
OAS returns me this error message:
Error!: 1
which is not very helpful

Error while doing GR for scheduling aggrement

Dear Experts,
We are facing error while doing GR for scheduling aggrement.
we have done the following steps.
1) Scheduling aggreement in ME31L
2) Released in ME35L
3) Mainatined Sch.Agmt Schdule in ME38 for todays and date 200 qty and other line is 800 qty.
When we are trying to do GR in MIGO system is giving the following message.
Document 5500000152 does not contain any selectable items
can I know what I have missed in the above steps.
Please guide me to resolve this.

Please check Please check if Gr is already done against this document. Also please check whether you have attached SA in the source list with line items.
T-code:ME01
Enter Mat.code & Plant.
In the next screen pl.do the following:
Valid from - commencement date of the SA
Valid to - End date of the SA
Vendor - Vendor on whom the SA is released
POrg - Your purchase organisation
PPL - Leave it blank(This is only for interplant)
OUn - Ordering unit
Agreement - SA number
Item - 1

Authorization error while configuring TREX for HR - talent search

Hi All
HR team is performing talent search configuration and they are using Tcode ESH_Cockpit. Here while creating, they get this error "Error while preparing".
For one of the failed connectors (eg: HRTMC AES Documents), job log is as given below:

Here they have SAP_ALL assigned and even then they are getting above authorization related error .

TREX also uses gateway programs.
Check with your basis folks or tcode SMGW (go to --> expert functions --> external security) to see whether it is restricted.
There are also some SAP notes about this...
