Error while moving transports

Hi Friends,
While transporting in CRM2007 system, weu2019re getting errors of type u201CThe installed version does not matchu201D and another for u201CCRMUIFu201D stating that u201CThe software component is not installedu201D.
Could you please advise.

Check your transport settings.
Check that the components in your source is equal to your target in status->system->components.

Error while uploading Transport request

Hi friends,
Error while uploading transport request to the transport directory,
we downloaded the trasnport request from one sap system which have a set of developments
for example downloaded files are;
control file: K900470.SAD and Data file: R900470.SAD fronm transport directory.
we are trying to upload the transport to another Sap system
we have
Uploaded the controlling file K900470.sad to the location  /usr/sap/transpad/cofiles/
Uploaded the controlling file R900470.sad to the location  /usr/sap/transpad/data/
we tried tro add in the import queues using TCODE: STMS
and trying to import.
During import we get
error:
HALT: unknown dynpro format: d021s_length() returned 0 Please contactthe SAP support.
End with rc : 16
Please help me with the problem.

Did you see that you tried to transport to an older release!! You should have expected such a result.
Before doing such a thing, you should have looked at SAP notes to see SAP recommendations, if any. And you're lucky, there are ones: [Note 1090842 - Composite note: Transport across several releases|http://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/1090842]. You need to know that ECC6 corresponds to SAP Basis 7.0, and ECC5 corresponds to SAP Basis 6.40.

File Permission Issue.

Transport Error while moving Transfer rules - RS_ISMP_AFTER_IMPORT for object type(s) ISMP ( )

Hello Experts
Strucked up with an issue while transporting the Transfer rules that are created for an UPFILE source system.
Transport is included with list of Data source Replica, Transfer rules, Transfer structure and Info Package.
My data Source : ZVPRCRDT for an UPFILE
Below is my error screen :
Tried to resolve the error by moving the Data source Replica as an individual Transport.
Still see the same error and my data source is active in the current system.
Looking for a resolution to find out the root cause.
Any help is appreciated...

My Source System UPFILE is in active mode.
Unsure why system is throwing error as source system assignement was inconsistency.
All fields are mapped perfect with one-one relation.
Worked by reassigning the UPFILE - source system to the data source but still i m seeing the same error : Data Source doesnt exist in source system of version A.
Transported the DS alone to Quality initially where i m unable to find the transported data source in my quality(target). DO i need to perform replicate meta data ...something like that in quality so that imported data sources will get refreshed?
If so can you let me know the approach.

Error while importting Transport Request

Hi,
I am getting following errors while Transporting requests from Development to Test System
Error getting fields for PSA /BIC/B0000643
Error occurred during post-handling RS_AFTER_IMPORT ofr DTPA L
The Transport request just contains one Transformation the corresponding DTP.
We are using BI 7 for Bank Analyzer and have just imported SP11. This problem has started coming only after the import of SP11.

Yes the DS were active. I tried to re-transport that too but the TR failed with similar error.
Finally I tried to manually activate the DTP in the Target system and got the same error. I rectified the problem by deleting the DTP from the Target system. But I am not sure why this happened. Please let me know if you have any idea abt the same.

Error while exporting/transporting the Business system from Dev to Quality

Hi,
We are getting the following error whil exporting/trsnporting the Business system from development(SLD) env to quality(SLD) environment. The error is
404 Not Found
The requested resource does not exist.
Details: Go to main page of this application!
We have followed the following procedure to export :
1. opened the business system.
2. Clicked on export option
3. tried to download
then we got the above error message.
Please provide your precious inputs to resove our problem.

Error while GP Transport: IllFormattedSduFileException

Hi Experts,
I am facing error while transporting GP content.
For transport, i have followed this link:

I have created .sda file as mentioned.
When trying to deploy it on SDM, getting following error:

the name defined in the component element does notfit to the name attribute
the counter defined in the component element doesnot fit to the counter attribute

Check SAP Note 1111316. There is an attached tool in the note that fixes the corrupted manifest file. This is fixed in:

Transport Error while moving BI objects to quality

Hi All,
I have the followinng landscape.
Source system :- Dev ECC 100(config) and Dev ECC 200 (data is present here).
Since for my BI implementation, I need data. I have created requests i.e for activating datasources in Dev ECC100 and then copied them into Dev ECC200.
Dev BI is connected to Dev ECC200, replicate the datasources and do my development.
Now I have created request in Dev BI for my BI objects.
*The question is when I have to transport it to Quality. What source system assignment I maintain in Quality Box ? *
So far, Quality ECC-100 and Quality BI-100 are connected.
Also I am maintaining Dev ECC 100 -> Qua ECC 100
                                 Dev BI 100 -> Qua BI 100.
I have alreday transported request from Dev ECC100 to Qua ECC100.
While transporting BI requests for datasources, I get the error : source system unknown Dev ECC 200.
Please respond.

Actually in Quality BI, logical source system assignmement, I should have used
Source                                                       -->               Target
DEV ECC200 (instead of Dev ECC 100)     -- >                 QUA ECC 100.

Moving public folders from exchange 2003 to exchange 2010 error while moving replicas

Dear All,
i am in the process of migrating from Microsoft Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2010,
i am done with moving all the mailboxes 300 mailbox almost with a 1.5 TB DB with no issues
when i tried all the processes, procedures, instructions and forums to move the public folder or
to use move all replicas from Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2010 i always get errors , now when i try
to open PF Management console from the exchange 2010 server i get it but it is disconnected
then i can choose to coneect to the new server name EXCHANGE2010 with no issues
when i try to expand the default folder and system folder i get the following error.
OAB is set on the new server as default.
when i try to add replica using power shell i get this error:

PF DB is arounf 90 GB with alot of public folders and sub-folders. around 60 mail PF and too many subfolders.

First and the most important thing you need to do is, upgrade exchange 2010 to SP2 and RU5.
Exchange 2010 RTM support is long gone.

Reg:: Error while XI Transport Using CMS

Hi! SAP Gurus,
I am trying to transport XI Integration Design and Configuration Objects from X42 (DEV) to X44 (Quality).
I want to transport Transport ID Design:5909a730a2fe11dcc8dd001125e7370c
Configuration: 1c3d0c90a30111dcb2c0001125e7370c
I was succefully transported the Design object but while I am transporting the Configuratio Object at First I am moving from X42- CMS and then from CMS-X44.
ERROR 1 :: But once I am Exporting I am getting an acknowledgement message and finally it was moving to CMS. But there in Consolidation TAB it was coming IMPORT FAILED.
But when I tried 6-7 times I sended it successfully and there that objects first went (sits) directly in Change lists of quality server ID Part. From change lists I am transferring to Scenarios by Right clickTransport.
ERROR 2: According to CMS some parameters will be lost in communication channels and in some other objects. while transporting using CMS.
How to recollect that parameters again ?
Will you please confirm simply copying the parameters from Development server and again editing or Is there any other method?
ERROR 3:. While I am activating any object in Configuration object I am getting the error

Unable to move object. Change lists were not part of the same import
Kindly Solve this issue and If Possible send me a brief note and complete procedure of

Dreamweaver CS5 errors while moving files

Hi. I tried moving image files from one folder in my Dreamweaver CS5 site to another (from within Dreamweaver) and it threw the following errors about 3 or 4 times for each file. Any ideas what's going on?

Error while executing transport in HANA's application life-cycle management

Hi everyone,
we're currently developing our HANA-based software and would like to use HANA's application life-cycle management: transporting our product from one system to another. Everything seems to be set up correctly: two different systems, correct privileges, a product comprising delivery units comprising packages as well as a transport route between the systems. However, the transport always fails with the following error (example for a transport of a single DU):

[hanaserver][HDB][2014.05.07 15:10.08.323][Other][0] Get end export timestamp for DU name: PERSISTENCE
[hanaserver][HDB][2014.05.07 15:10.08.501][Other][12] Unable to retrieve end export timestamp: ReferenceError: assignment to undeclared variable errText
[imdbhdb][HDB][2014.05.07 15:10.12.402][TransportService][0] There will be 1 delivery units which will be transported.
[imdbhdb][HDB][2014.05.07 15:10.12.895][TransportService][12] Failed for DU: PERSISTENCE Vendor: LO Error: HTTP request failed. Status: 500. Error: Unable to retrieve end export time stamp.
[imdbhdb][HDB][2014.05.07 15:10.12.917][TransportService][12] TransportServiceError: Error occurred while performing the transport.
Does anyone know how to resolve this?

Hi everyone,
I am sorry I bothered you with this error. It was caused by me since I forgot to export a top-level file. This file must have defined a variable errText which other DUs depended on and could therefore not be activated.
Now, the transport works perfectly well and I'm really happy with it.

Error while releasing Transport request number

Hi Friends,
Whenever i release the Transport request from SE01 i am getting the following error. Please view the attached image . Could you please explain about that error ? and how can i prevent it in future ?

At starting it shows warning like " Your object contains error continue or cancel " but if i proceed with continue after completion of the releasing process it shows (0) successfully completed but not with an error message. As Krishna Chaitanya said i might have used any dependent object. by reading all of your answer i could understand that this is not sever problem. But i would like to understand this process very clearly . All i want to know is
how to release the request without any inconsistencies?
and which is the best way, ?
is there any requisition before i initiate releasing ?
