Error While Offsetting

Hi,
I am trying to offset the enteries through transacetion FB01 for intercompany posting. When i am trying to simulate the document it is giving error " Company Code Offsetting cannot be posted automatically". In diagnosis it shows that " the local currency amounts for the offsetting enteries between the company codes could not be determined automatically".
Please let me know the possible solution for this error.

Hi,
U are posting for vendor intercompany transactions so in one company the vendor
becomes customer to other comp.
So, go to OBA7 and activate the intercomany check box of vendor and customer document types.
Remove post automatically for the GL accounts which u are creating offsetting enty in FB01,
Why because u are manually creating the Transactions.
Check other OBYA setting, even u need to define the bank accounts in both the companys
as u said intercompany is not configured for GL.

I want to display the data for last 5 years in my query. So I tried using the SAP exit variable Current Calendar Year (0CYEAR) and the offset it by 5. However, I am getting the following error message for the query "System error in program SAPLRR12 and form REP_ASSIGN_INITIAL_OPT-01"

But I would appreciate if you help me clear my understanding of offseting a variable.
Say if the Current Calendar Year variable returns 2008, then will offseting that variable by 5 return me the data for years 2008, 2007, 2006, 2005 , 2004. Or, will it just return me the data for 2008 - 5 = 2004 only.

Error while loading entity ORM

entityLoad('Account') throws this error,

java.sql.SQLException: [Macromedia][Oracle JDBC Driver]Numeric overflow.
However entityLoad('Account',1) returns the proper record.
I am using oracle 10g as a datebase.
Is this a bug with oracle? entityLoad('Account') should return all my accounts.

What if you use the offset & maxrows settings to return the whole lot? Does that work?
If not, it might be bung data: try paging through all the records to see if one page in particular gives you a problem, then you can maybe narrow it down to a specific record.
Can you profile the SQL that Hibernate is passing to the DB? Anything unexpected about it?

Error while scanning for Serial-ATA devices.

There was an error while scanning for Serial-ATA devices. I'm not sure how to trouble shoot this. I believe a secondary drive in bay 2 died.

I also have just began to hit this issue.
I have 4 2T enterprise class WD drives in a raid 1+0 (or was it 0+1) config.
Device Model: WDC WD2002FYPS-01U1B1
One disk (disk0 in bay 2) keeps disappearing. Completely. /dev/disk0 and /dev/rdisk0 vanish.
If I look at "about this mac" / "More Info" / "Serial-ATA" I get the "error while scanning ...".
If I reboot, the offending disc comes back and the raid volumes start rebuilding.
The SMART status is (reported to be) fine.
I use the 'smartmon' tools and look at the extended SMART status and the values of the counters all looks the same as the other drives. I can run an extended offline test, which takes forever to execute. disk 1 and 3 eventually finish with success (it writes this status into a SMART log area on the disc).
Disk 2 and 0 take longer. I image this is because 2 is being read to resilver 0. Currently, I am running with disk0 absent again, and disk 2s test did not complete. It claims it was aborted by the host, so I imagine the one on disk0 will claim the same after I reboot.
My system is under extended AppleCare until 16 Jan 2011, so if I can determine that this is a disc controller error, I can get it fixed. The drives have a 5 year warrantee, and are less than 1yr old, so they are covered. I just need to figure out what the issue is.
I will now reboot and recover disk0 and see if perhaps there is anything recorded in the SMART log.
There is nothing in kernel.log specific to disk0. I include the log extract here for posterity. The "speed" volume is not raid 0+1, just striped, which is why it gets aborted.

This is very surprising error I am getting. Because getHandle(), getEJBHome(), isIdentical() are no where declared in business interface extending EJBObject.
Descriptor File is perfectly fine.

<p>I could not find any documentation that suggested LIMIT or OFFSET where supported. Some of our developers needed to use limit, in the end all I could suggest was using a dynamic query and setting the maximum number of results see here

How was the zip file created, is it compressed ? Yes
If you encode / decode locally with your logic (without any call to WS) does the resulting zip work with the same tool that gives the corruption error ? \Yes, It is not giving any error.
How are you accessing the file from UCM ?
Navigate to below page in Fusion apps and we will be able to search for the uploaded file. Click on the file name , we will be able to open or save it to local system. When I try to open it ,it says invalid file.
Login To Fusion Apps -> Navigator -> Tools -> File Import and export
Can you provide the code you use for the content encoding / decoding (make sure no passwords or URLs are included) ?

Broadcast Error while broadcasting a template

hi...
I am facing error while broadcasting a template as a PDF file.
Error: com.sap.ip.bi.base.exception.BIBaseRuntimeException
I cant find any other details for this error.
I am able to broadcast the query.But i am not able to broadcast the template which includes the same query.
When i tried to assign a different query to thesame template, its working.It means that template is working fine.
The problem is the combination of the actaul query and actual template is not working.
I also checked with the support desktool and the configuration settings which are fine.
There are no error logs found. When we execute the template for broadcast it should initially communicate with the BW system and then from there we wil recieve mail.
But here when i am executing i am not able to see any logs in BW syetem, the report is not getting communicated with the BW system.
There are 4 queries with their corresponding templates for which templates are not getting broadcasted. The queries are designed for top n customers. These queries have offsets and also for one of the query there are exit variables.
I want to know that is there any problem with the query or some setting problem which will make the combination of query and template work properly i.e broadcasted properly.
Can anyone please provide some inputs????

Error while unziping

So that we may better diagnose DOWNLOAD problems, please provide the following information.
- Server name
- Filename
pdk.zip
- Date/Time
20. 26. 6. 2002
- Browser + Version
IE 6.0
- O/S + Version
Win NT
- Error Msg
I have pressed Unzip button and I got:
Error in file #1: bad Zip file offset (Error local header signature not found): disk #1 offset: 8393747
I have dowloaded the file several times. Some subfiles of PDK.zip can be unzipped some can't. For each downloaded PDK.zip works the same files. I have constant connection to the internet.

I am getting file corrupt error while unzipping win32_11gR2_database_1of2.zip file. The erro is as below and similar error I am getting for many files.
Error: C:\Downloads\win32_11gR2_database_1of2.zip: CRC failed in database\stage\Components\oracle.bali.displayFonts\9.0.2.0.0\1\DataFiles\display.2.1.jar. The file is corrupt
I have downloaded twice the file , but getting same error.Please try to donwload file via some download manager program (like flashget) and retest your issue please

Or even, "which free". Both these come from the same package so free can not plausibly be build against another version of libproc...
On i686:

Dynamic section at offset 0x147c contains 22 entries:

I encounter the above error while executing a synchronous bpel process, that invokes an esb db select service to fetch a value from the db.

I am getting the following error while generating a role,
"18 field value(s) for object K_CCA were not entered in the profile"

How many cost centres are you putting in the role? Do you have cost centre set as an org level?
From your User Name I assume that you are at the BBC...Do you still use a program to populate the cost centres in the role based on the cost centre group names? If so it is possible that you are trying to put too many cost centres in the field and the the profile will not generate because of this (we had it back in 2001 when I was working there).
Do you have the technical error message details?
