Youhave to enter for third time for your reference site say for example RFST and again third time i have to enter the RP.
Idealy you should first maintain for reference site initially.
eample I am maintaining MM41 for my store (site) so first at DC level and then at store level and then again when I accept to save the article at refercne Store level I have feed in the RP type.

1) Wrong format, you wont get much support loading OLAP cubes in here I think.
2) Has your CSV file been anywhere near excel by chance the conversion of 20071113121100 to 2.00711E+13 looks very much like what I see when Excel has an invalid number mask / precision specified for a cell.
*** We are using EBS. File was already generated by consultants through SQL query. Getting error while loading though Informatica. Target table is setup as date datatype and source is String(19).
Expression in Informatica is setup as below.

Let's start with the basics...
1) You state that you are getting an error. What error do you get? Is this an Oracle error (i.e. ORA-xxxxx)? If so, please include the error number and the error message as well as the triggering statement. Or is the problem that rows are getting written to the reject file and errors are being written to the log file? If so, what record(s) are being rejected and what are the reasons given in the log file? Or perhaps the problem is something else?
2) You state that you are quite sure that the problem relates to the hilighted code. What makes you quite sure of this?

My client is posting TDS with TCode: J1INC and while executing error message ," FI/CO interface: Inconsistent FI/CO line item data for updating" is displayed. Message No is RW016. I have checked all the configurations for Tax codes and its fine. The error is applicable to one particular document no. This document is normal IV document with a PO.

Error while posting data from SCM to XI

Dear Expertise,
I got a requirement where I need to post data from SCM to XI server. From SCM
side it is an ABAP proxy. When I tested the scenario and checked in the MONI of
SCM I got an error. But SCM is correctly configured pointing to XI under Tcode
SM59 (SM59 --> Connection Type H (HTTP Connection to ABAP System) -->with
correct user credentials and PIPE line URL of XI server).
Please let me know is this the correct settings for ABAP proxy for connecting
from SCM system to XI system.

Check XIAPPLUSER is having this Role -SAP_XI_APPL_SERV_USER
If the error is in XI Adapter, then your port entry should J2EE port 5<System no>
If the error is in Adapter Engine
then have a look into SAP note- 821026, Delete the Adapter Engine cache in transaction SXI_CACHE Goto --> Cache.
May be wrong password for user XIISUSER

When I am trying to load data from structure s614..I am getting the Below error..
I have gone through Transact.RFC..there i found that for ALEREMOTE..function module 'RSAR_TRFC_DATA_RECEIVED'..time limit exceeded..
and also found that job was finished in the source system..
Can any one give some suggestion for this...and also i have a doubt..my client is having table s614 and structure 2lis_01_s614..do i need to run set up to extract data from this table..if it is so,how should i approach......

Diagnosis
No IDocs could be sent to BI using RFC.
System Response
There are IDocs in the source system ALE outbox that did not arrive in the ALE inbox of BI.
Further analysis:
Check the TRFC log.
You can access this log using the wizard or the menu path "Environment -> Transact. RFC -> In source system".
Error handling:
If the TRFC is incorrect, check whether the source system is fully connected to BI. In particular, check the authorizations of the background user in the source system.

Error while loading data through flat files

Hi,
I am laoding data through flat files
I loaded the data in development & then transported it to Quality system for doing Integration testing & loaded the data in Quality system & data loading was successful
But we do the regression testing in one more Quality system where the objects get transported from Quality system ,here when I try to the load the data to any of the cube in this system I am getting the following error
Error 'The argument 'US' cannot be interpreted as a number' on assignment field /BIC/ZIFBCOCTR record 1 value US
Generally we get this error when there is the data of one field is going to the other field
But one thing I am unable to understand is it was working fine in the Quality system and all the objects got transported from Quality to Regression testing system
Could any one help me out

It seems you are performing import via network_link option.
Ensure that the database link STAG_RISKCORE is valid and works. Also, check the TNS service associated to connect to remote database.

Error while uploading data through CSV File

Dear All,
While Performing following steps I have encounted error in BW 3.5.
Step 1. Right-click Source System u2013 demo: flat file, and then select Create InfoPackageu2026.
Step 2. Select the DataSource Material number (Master data), enter a description for the InfoPackage, and
Step 3. Click the External data tab. Select options as shown in the screen. Enter a file name with a path.(CSV File)\
While checking the preview I am able to see the values inside CSV file,
But while Starting the scheduler to upload this data it is displaying following error=>
Syntax error in template RSTMPLIR, row 0 (-> Long text)
While checking performance assistant following detail is displayed.
*Diagnosis
Field "C_R_D" is unknown. It is neither in one of the specified tables nor defined by a "DATA" ...
System response
The program generation was terminated.
Procedure
Correct the template*

Error while deleting Hierarchies through TCode - comm_hierarchy

Hi there,
We are trying to import the Product Mater data from SAp R/3 4.7 to mySAPCRM 4.0.
The CRM system already has product master data (hierarchies, categories and products) from old logical R/3 system. So We have directly deleted all the categories in the master table COMM_CATEGORY using TCOde SE14 (have not deleted the products prior to that).
Now if we try to delete a Hierarchy thru the TCODE COMM_HIERARCHY, it thows an error message "Hierarchy still conatins categories".
Any idea, how we could correct this.

Ramya, I do think we have a little problem here. First of all never delete any from the database, period. This causes in many (if not all) cases inconsistencies. First question I have, do you have a back-up from before you initiated this deletion? If so, please restore.
Second question in order to be able to upload this hierarchy information you must ensure the corresponding number ranges in the old R/3 system and the new R/3 system do not overlap. Only in this situation you can load the new hierarchy in the CRM environment.
If there is an overlap, create a separate number range in CRM starting where the number range in the old R/3 system ends. In the replicating object add a filter to only load the hierarchies that do match this newly created number range. This will at least enable you to partially load hierarchy info from the new SAP system.

User tries to download data to spreadsheet via Tcode CNS43 by using spreadsheet(XXL) option. user gets following error.
Selected key figure STUFE not contained in XXL output structure
Message no. M5180
Diagnosis
You tried to export a key figure that is not contained in the definition of the internal table 'xxl_data'. The key figure, therefore, cannot be exported.
System response
The system ignored the key figure column when exporting.
Procedure
The table definition for 'xxl_data' must be corrected by the development department responsible for the application.
Please note that user doesnt want to use 'save to file' option.

Lock Error while posting document through bapi_acc_document_post

Hi,
We are trying to Post documents in R/3 using Bapi_acc_document_post from BW system using ABAP report. The report groups data using certain criteria and makes a Bapi call for each group.
Problem : The program has 2 modes test mode and actual run.
When the program was run in a test mode 15 groups were created. Hence 15 documents should get created in R/3.
Now when the actual run was done the program gave an output saying doc1 created,doc2 created....doc11 created.. and suddenly Bapi error .. doc1 is locked by another user, doc1 is locked by another user, doc1 is locked by another user, doc1 is locked by another user.
Moreover Doc1 never got created in R/3. Doc 2 to Doc11 were created in R/3 and then the BApi error.
Can anyone please help me understand why this could have happened?
P.S : We use same Bapi for Check run as well as Actual run. Only difference is that in actual run a BApi_commit is done.
Do you think using BAP_ACC_DOCUMENT_CHECK during check run will help ?

Setting the WAIT parameter = 'X' will make your updates synchronous which might solve your problem.

Error while posting data with BAPI_ACC_ACTIVITY_ALLOC_POST

Hi All
I am using BAPI_ACC_ACTIVITY_ALLOC_POST to post documents but getting error as 'The document has too many line items (maximum number = 997). Even though my input file has only 900 records.
I tried reducing it to 600 . Even then I am getting same error.
Has anybody come across this , message class BK (829).
I have traced that this message comes from function module K40C_DOCUMENT_CREATE which is being called internally in the BAPI.
Please help me on this , its urgent.

Change your code to create 400 line items for each document number. I mean, 1 header for 400 line items.
That way you will have one structure HEADER and 400 lines in table ITEMS.
