Error while posting Inbound Delivery

I am trying to post inbound delivery and getting error that there is no item avaialble on the Purchase order. Please help.
Thanks in advance.

Hi,
Check Confirmation Control Key of resp. purchase order.
Also check for the said inbound delivery, have you created shipment for this?
If no, create with respect to Inbound delivery using transaction VT01N and then do GR agianst Inbound delivery.
Please check and revert.
Thanks

  • Error while posting return delivery to backend system

    Hi All,
We are facing problem when we are posting return delivery. Currently we are in ECS implementation. Our SRM is 7.0 EHP3.
Scenario goes as, SC is created then PO is created then further confirmation is created and on creating return delivery of this confirmation, this return delivery goes error in process.
Now on further analyzing, I found out that outbound IDoc in SRM is getting posted successfully but when ECC receives this IDoc it is saying please enter reason for movement 122. This reason for return is already entered while creating the return delivery. But this reason is not flowing in IDoc (Message Type MBGMCR and Basic Type MBGMCR01) in SRM and further to ECC. This field MOVE_REAS in IDoc is populating blank.
Can anybody help me resolving this problem? Any pointers or SAP notes related to can also be suggested.
    Thanks
    Siddarth

    Hi Siddarth,
Please implement the note below, which is included in SP05.
2007628 - Return delivery cannot be posted in backend system as reason for return delivery is empty

  • Error while activating Inbound Delivery Notification

    Hi,
I have created and Inbound delivery in ERP, the material is batch managed and packed with HU. Once saved on ERP system, I find the Inbound Delivery Notification in SCM EWM system with HU, material and batch number appearing. Up to this point all good.
However, when I am trying to hit the button 'Activate' so that I can create Inbound delivery, system comes up with error message - 'Please specify an external number range' (message NR753) I have no idea where it's coming from.
For further information - I am using standard Doc Type INB with Doc Cat. PDI and it's assigned with an Internal Number Range.
    What's missing?
    I help will be rewarded.
    Thanks,
    Amit

    Thanks Virendra,
You have pointed to the right direction. Basically, without checking for the posts here, which are really helpful, I went to system one more time only to find that I have made a configuration error. I am just sharing if anyone else in future faces same situation, he/she can be benefited out of it.
In EWM system - I had created number range with transaction SNRO for object /SCWM/SSCC putting 01 (from 1 - 1999999) as internal and 02 (from 2000000 - 2999999) as external number range.
In EWM system - I had assigned the number range in following place:
Extended Warehouse Management > Cross Process Settings > Handling Units > External Identification > SSCC Generation Acc. to EAN128 > Maintain SSCC Generation for Each Warehouse Number
In ERP system - I had created number range with SNRO for object LE_SSCC with same attributes as above. i.e. 01 as internal and 02 as external.
Now when I packed the inbound delivery in ERP system, I used packaging material for which the number range is internal (i.e. 01) and it created HU with SSCC number. Up to this all were good. But when the same HU transferred from ERP to EWM system, SAP treated the HU number coming from ERP system as external HU number (which is logical) but it was looking at number range 02 (since it was marked as external) but was failing to match as the allowed numbers doesn't fit  along with the number transferred from ERP system. Hence it was giving error.
As a solution I declared 01 as external and 02 as internal and also inverted the number range assignment for SSCC generation in EWM system.
    It created Inbound Delivery successfully.
Thanks all of you for helping on it.
    Cheers,
    Amit

  • BORGR. Error when posting Inbound Delivery

Within transaction BORGR, when posting an inbound delivery, the material document is in state "Archived" instead of completed.
This is observed in the document flow of inbound delivery.
Status WBSTK and WBSTA of tables VBUK and VBUP are recorded with " C" even though that the material document does not exist in the system.
This error does not allow to continue with the transport order creation of the received material.
I would like to know the possible reason for this problem and the solution.
    Thanks.

  • B1358 error while posting inbound idoc with a FM

    Hi
We are trying to post and inbound IDOC with the help of an rfc and eventually creating an invoice from a bdc wrapped in the RFC
The idocs are successfully pushed to R/3 while they are not getting posted and the error code in we02 is as follows
No status record was passed to ALE by the application
    Message no. B1358
    Diagnosis
The application failed to return a status record to the ALE layer after the IDoc was processed.
This is due to an error in the application function module which processed the inbound IDoc.
    Procedure
If you wrote the application function module yourself, you need to change the program.
If the function module in question is a standard application function module, you should consult SAP.
Note: we are using a custom function module
    regards
    krishna

    Hi Krishna,
I assume that your function module processing the IDOC does not follow the ALE/IDOC processing rules.
Please check out the programming guidelines in the SAP Online Help under:
    <a href="http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw70/helpdata/en/78/21758051ce11d189570000e829fbbd/frameset.htm">http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw70/helpdata/en/78/21758051ce11d189570000e829fbbd/frameset.htm</a>
Important are the parameters and tables that need to be returned, containing the correct IDOC processing status. Please take the IDOC processing quite serious in regards to complete Logical Unit of Works.
    Best regards,
    SIlvia

    Hi,
Check in WE20 if the partner profile is configured for the idoc type and the message type. That might be the cause of the error.
Also make sure the same partner profile details are sent to the control record. Partner profile details are stored in the table EDP13.
    Hope this helps

  • G/L Account blocked Error while posting goods delivery in VL02n transaction

Our Requirement is to change the G/L account which is  proposed by  OBYC(automatic account determination ) as per the movement  typ and order reason from a Ztable. We need a place to code this logic before this OBYC check happens due to which we getting the account blocked error.
Please suggest some user exit or enhancemnet point where we can place this logic.

    hi Ramki.,
I had configured  a Surcharge on delivery in the condition type to be calculated on the qty delivered. Say for every Gallon, a surcharge of 0.2 cents is charged. I had maintained ths surcharge as a separate condition type and assigned it to a separate G/L a/c.
Now during PO creation, in the header , the price remains the same as i give for the Unit price.
IN the conditions tab in Item level, the surcharge is added on to the gross price and i get a Net Price.
Without saving the PO, when i go to see the Print-preview, i see only the Gross price.
After saving the PO, in print review, i see
    1. Unit gross price under Sl.No.1
    2. After the Item description, immediately, there is qty ordered x unit price + surcharge and them following  Nett price
    3. At the bottom right corner of the PO, i get qty ordered x unit price only . Surcharge amount does not appear.
How do i get the Total Nett price i.e qty ordered x unit price + surcharge to appear on the bottom right of the PO.
Is it a standard functionality for the Total price to appear or does it involve the role of ABAP programming.???
    Do clarify my doubts

  • Exit to Post GR while creating Inbound Delivery

    hi Experts

  • Error while doing outbound delivery against Purchase Order

    hello
i m getting error while doing Outbound delivery for purchase order as follows
    EKPO-SOBKZ=E; EKPO-UMSOK=_; EKPO-KZBWS<>_ EKPO-KZVBR<>E (Note 305582) not supported (check your entry)
Message no. M7146, i m not getting wht will be the reason,
    Regards
    NISHJ

Please go through the note - 305582. It is clearly given the direction.
    Symptom
You try to post a goods movement for a stock transport order from the unrestricted-use stock into the sales order stock or project stock.
During the goods issue, the system displays error message M7146 with a text along the lines of "EKPO-SOBKZ=E; EKPO-KZVBR<>E; ... not supported".
    Cause and prerequisites
In the goods issue for the stock transport order, the system may have to create a stock in transit which is deconstructed during the goods receipt. If the withdrawal takes place from the special stock, it is clear which is the receiving stock.
However, if the withdrawal is carried out from the unrestricted-use stock ("Collective requirements", controlled by the dependent requirements indicator MARC-SBDKZ in the material master of the issuing plant), this results in the design problem that the control tables of the goods movement do not have any key field for the receiving stock. Therefore, the control for the receiving stock is controlled via the consumption indicator in the account assignment category of the purchase order. The consumption indicator therefore requires a specific default setting (you may have assumed you could change the design of these control tables, however this is not possible).
Using an inappropriate consumption indicator then causes for the goods issue an incorrect or no stock in transit to be created so that the goods receipt fails.
    Solution
Implement the program change in accordance with the correction instructions.
Afterwards implement Note 413908 immediately if this is relevant for your release.

  • Error while Posting GR or GI

    Dear All.

    Best Regards,

    Hi Santosh,
I believe you are using the FSCM - Collections module.
This clearly looks like a program error.
There are various SAP notes for the FDM_MIRROR errors. I have searched a few but could not make anything with number 301.
This to me looks like a new error and you may report the same to SAP for a note.
    Thanks
