Error while reading configuration (-6722)
AirPort Utility shows my Airport Extreme. But when I select Manual Setup on the Extreme, there is a several minute delay followed by:
An error occurred while reading the configuration
Please make sure .... .... ... (-6722)
I have been able to configure it before. I'm directly connected by cable. Internet and wireless through the device is working fine. It is at version 7.2.1. I have tried power cycling the device. IPv6 is off. I don't want to do a total reset of the device if I don't have to. Do I need to?
This morning I performed Security Update 2007-009 (10.5.1) dated 12/21/2007. I can't tell if this is related since I hadn't accessed the configuration recently.
Erik
I also get this same message. After resetting the base station through both a soft and then a hard reset, I always now get the "An error occurred reading the configuration".
I am using Airport Utility 5.3.1 and have a Base Station (Extreme N Fast Eth). I originally was trying to upgrade to the 7.3.1 update (because of security precaution reasons) and this was failing each time. So I tried a soft-reset.... and then the hard reset....
and now it is back to the factory default (It is showing 7.2.1 ) and I cannot even get into it to reconfigure it! I am connected to the internet via the ethernet cable as the wifi no longer works

EHPI installer: Error while reading a dynpro. Stuck at Start Shadow First.
Hi Everyone,
I am dead in the water with my test install of EhP5 using the most current installer. This small test is on an older iseries, V5R4 with 8G memory. The SAP version is ECC 6.0 at sp Basis 23 and Applications at 19.
The install stops at Start Shadow First, but the instance and work processes are up on the server. The log- SAPehpiConsole reads:
Severe error(s) occured in phase MAIN_SHADOW/START_SHDI_FIRST!
Last error code set: RFC call to upg_is_shadow_system failed with key
RFC_ERROR_SYSTEM_FAILURE (open): Error while reading a dynpro
Please refer to these logs in the posted replys following this post for readability.
The shadow system work process wp01 log showsan RFC error as follows:

So I have a problem communicating with the shadow. Or is it a problem with the db_open?
From the test system I have an entry in SM59 to the shadow and I get this error when trying a connection test.
Error Details Error while reading a dynpro.
And trying to logon to the client sends the same message, it does not bring up the login screen.
OK. So in the 3 weeks that I have restarted, re-set and completely restored and restarted the install, I have always come to this point. I have search for similar issues and have done a review of pertinent notes etcu2026 Just as a comment, last year I successfully did the Ehp 4 upgrade without many problems on this same system using last years SAP system. In the month that I have been trying to do this, SAP has replaced the EHPI installer 3 times which indicates some problems on their part.
Any comments or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
PatThe 2 logs from the installer are here.

SAP XI 3.0 - Error while reading the ID of own business system from the SLD
Error while reading the ID of own business system from the SLD for system Quality (QOC) and Client 100.
I get this error in the SXMN_MONI. The business process is that the Interface to send master schedule and finished inventory from the legacy system to SAP to create planned orders in SAP for all Plants.
I could able to get "SUCCESSFULLY PROCESSED" in development and production. But only in Quality I getting this error. Could anyone help me to fix this issue.
thanks...Probably, its due to incorrect RFC Adapter properties in config.
Go to Integration COnfiguration. Double Click on the Business System for your R/3 system. On the right hand screen, Click on Service-->Adapter Specific Parameters.
Check whether the Logical System Name comes up as SAP<SID> and whether R/3 system ID and Client are appropriate.
If these values are inappropriate, make changes to the corresponding Technical System defined in the SLD. After you have made the necessary corrections, come back to Integration COnfiguration, Double click on Business SYstem for R/3. Switch to Edit Mode. Click on Service-> Adapter Specific Parameters and then click on the Icon between Apply and Cancel buttons, inorder to compare with SLD and make those values reflect in config. Then click on Apply and Save the Business System.
After this, you can retry sending the message.

Error while reading file entries from the database
Hi there,
We are running a instance of xmii 12 in a VM (VMware) and after somebody shutdown the host machine without shutting down the VM (great idea isn't it?) we keep getting this message when trying to access xMII:
"Application cannot be started.
Details: com.sap.engine.services.deploy.container.ExceptionInfo: Error while reading file entries from the database."
Any clue? Any suggestion on how we can recover from that?
Thanks a whole lot,
Dom

Error while reading ID of own business system from the SLD
HI guys when trying to send Idoc from my R/3 system to SUS i am getting the following error in XI

I checked in sxmb_adm on both the ends on Xi as well as on my SUS server in Xi the role is the Integration server and on the SUS it is Application server also checked SLDAPICUST which is configured rite. Plz help me to come out of the problem.
Regards,
AnandHi Anand,
check the two thing's in XI.
1. First created technical system in XI to identify your XI server (Web as ABAP and Web AS Java)
2. Create the business system based on above technical system and select the role of business system is Integration server.
URL : http://<hostname>:<ICM Port>/sap/xi/engine?type=entry.
3. Create the technical system based on your SAP R/3 system.
4. Create the business system based on your SAP R/3 system.
here you need to select role of business system : Application system.
related integration server is : <XI System SID has to come>
and try to refresh the initical cache once ...
http://<hostname>:<j2ee stack port>/CPACache/refresh?mode=full
after all the things post what is the problem you are faceing.

Error while reading ID of own business system from the SLD for system D18
Dear guru's,
I have almost completed a file2proxy scenario but I'm stuk on the following.
When sending a message the outbound adapter says:
<b>Error while reading ID of own business system from the SLD for system D18 and client 200</b>
What's the problem? I'm using a HTTP connection in the comm. channel. In this http connection a user with SAP_ALL is defined.
Any suggestions?

Actually what happens in this error is when you are done with the configuration part in the ID, you are trying to eceute the scenario File to proxy, when it comes to identify the receiver system which is D18 clnt 200, it goes to SLD to check it and SLD is trying to ping to the machine D18 this connection is set from the TC SLDAPICUST on the machine D18.
here the problem is that either the D18 is not able to ping to the SLD and also try refreshing the SLD cache.
Hope you problem is fixed -

It is a bug for the EJB container to respond with an NPE.
(It's been fixed in v9 Beta, and it might be fixed in an 8.1 service pack but I can't recall off the top of my head). At any rate, I'm pretty sure that an EJB QL query with an empty WHERE clause will cause this. I would look for a query that ends in ' WHERE'.

Solution 1:
Check if the techncal system has associated Business system. I think there is something wrong in your SLD configuration and try to correct it.
Solution 2:
Create a Business system in the ID, and create the communication channel do the respective changes in ID ( I.e Receiver agreement, Receiver determination & Interface). -
Error while reading deployment; Deployment problem
Hi,
I have written an ANT script that basically deploys a .war file to a remote
server. both the machines are UNIX based. Iam using wls8.1
My build.xml file looks like this:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="iso-8859-1"?>
<project name="dev" default="all" basedir=".">
<!-- This is configurations for deploying an application on wls8.1 on win2000

debug="t

</target>
</project>
But when iam running this script, iam getting this error:

Please give some solutions..........this is urgent for me. I really appreciate
your time on this.
-sI believe you need to go into your config.xml and add
ClusterConstraintsEnabled="false" attribute to the Domain element.
ie.
<Domain ClusterConstraintsEnabled="false" ...
Let me know if that doesn't do the trick.

Thanks Rob. I also wanted to deploy an application to a cluster that would basically

what is this parameter that i need to set so that even if there is any one/more
servers are down, still the Deployment could be achieved succesfully.

Question: suppose i have a cluster of 6 managed server, then do i alsoneed to
have all my 6 managed server up and runnning so as to have the Deploymentcompleted
?By default, the deployment fails if any of the targets are not running.
I believe there is an option to force it to deploy even if some
of
the targets are not up, but I don't recall the option. It isn't usually
what you want.
Question: How can i target deploying an application to a cluster usingANT script
as in my build.xml file. i.e i wanted to target to a cluster ratherthan to a
single server.Just say targets="name of your cluster". If you're unsure of your
cluster's name. Search for <Cluster> in your config.xml and you should
find it.

I believe remote=true means that the files should be resolved on
the
server rather that on the local client. Basically it gives you away
to
pass a relative path in and have the server use that relative pathon
its file system.
It doesn't sounds like remote=true is what you want. If the
client/server share a filesystem (eg a network filesystem) then you
don't need to specify any options.
If you want the client's copy of proxy.war uploaded to the server, then
set upload=true
