Error while Reinstalling at Phase 6

Question

Hi
    Can u  pls check this snap-in, what could be the error
    ASSERT(arguments.callee, creation_ok, "SDB: ERROR WHILE DB INSTANCE CREATION! CHECK THE XCMDOUT.LOG FILE! ");
SDB: ERROR CREATING DATABASE INSTANCE! Check the XCMDOUT.LOG FILE
XCMDOUT.LOG FILE contains following information
ERR
-24953,ERR_DBEXIST: database instance already exists
Previously I deleted  c:\usr,  sapdb, NWSP11 directories
Deleted  sap  registries
But not deleted maxdb in Control Panel
What could be reason

Hi 
      How to delete maxdb using
   dbmcli –d <database_name> -u <dbm_user>,<password> db_drop
what is dbname, user, password
ex:  is it correct
    dbmcli -d    J2E CONTROL,CONTROL db_drop
i.e following message occurred in log file at phase 6
(or)  check The topic  Error while Reinstalling at phase 6
