Error while report bursting in infoview

Hi all,
I have created a publication for report bursting when i am scheduling in my Development environment it is working fine and reports are generated but when same publication i m using in PRODUCTION environment it is showing below error

I am converting Reports from 1.0 version to Developer 2000. I
issue this statement:

and get back:
REP-3300: Fatal error in the object store
ROS--29: Error while opening or saving a document.
I also appreciate any information on where I can find
documentation related to the issue.

We are getting the following error while running of the Query '0PA_C01_Q014'.
Error Meassage: Program error in class SAPMSSY1 method : UNCAUGHT_EXCEPTION

Diagnosis
This internal error is an intended termination resulting from a program state that is not permitted.

Java iView Runtime Error While Report

I am Angeline, I having some problem when I click Export to Excel from web-reporting... under NW 2004s, BI 7.0 Windows 2003 server all updated JDK, JRE, Framworks
Report shows in Potals but when I click on Export to Excel It does blow errors:

I tried to clear cache, but there is not option to clear cache, so I restart server, I have 12GB memory in PRD server, I treid increase memory xxMaxSize 2GB, and J2EE Engine is running fine... check user authroziation works fine...
Please help me where is that problem, Remember Repoarts has more then 4000 records

Just incr. Heap memory now its ok

Error while configuring a Report Bursting in InfoView

Hi,
I try to configure a Publication inside InfoView ("Bursting"). If I configure a simple Report as "Dynamic Recipient List" I get the error: "Type of value has a mismatch with column type"
An parallel-Installation (same setup-file) on an other Server (Win7) works fine withe the same Reports
If I google this errormessage, I mostly get hints to ADO.Net errors!?
System:
I'm using a 30-days Trial of Crystal Reports Server 2008
Windows 2003 Enterprise Edition
Productversion: 12.1.0.882 on both systems

Ora-00604 error and ora 01000 error while report generation.

hi all,
I am trying to generate the multiple reports of same template through a program.
While this job is running, i get the following error at the BIP console and the reports don't get generated.

SetPromptsFailed Error while running Deskireport in Infoview

Hi all,
I have migrated a 5.1.7 deski report to XI - R3 deski and it successfully gets refreshed in Deski environment. When I export the XI R3 report to the CMC, I'm not able to refresh the report. It throws the error as
"Set Prompts Failed Error. The connection with the data provider could not be refreshed"
How should I solve this issue? Kindly help me.

Hi Bhuvan,
Following is the solution for the issue you are getting.
A Deski report using a universe whose connection is using "Enable Database Credentials" authentication mode refreshes in DeskI but fails in Infoview with "SetPrompts failed" error.
Reproducing the Issue
Create a new user in CMC.
In the user properties, check the option -"Enable Database Credentials:" and enter the account name and password.
Create a universe using "Use BusinessObjects credential mapping" as the Authentication mode in its connection.
Now create a new DeskI report on that universe. Save and Export it.
Log on to infoview and refresh the report.
You will get "SetPrompt s failed" error.
Solution
This issue has been fixed with BusinessObjects XI 3.1.

Can we change file name in the excel report bursting in infoview

Hi,
I have created a publication with email destination and excel format in infoview. By default there are some place holders which can be used to give report name during bursting process but I want to customize report name like I want to append state variable value in the report name so that each recipient should get report which has reportname_state.xls.
Did anyone came across this situation. Please help me.

You cannot change thats placeholders you must use them or use a fixed name...
IYou must try in the body of the email theres some other additional plaeholders that maybe you can use in this case.

I have created a rpd based on excel datasheet.
Record counts are updated and when I try to retrieve records on Physical layer, sometimes I can view records and sometimes the following error message is displayed:

Try replicating the data source again.
After that go to RSDS x-action there give the data source name and source system name and do restore and activations from there .
After check if you were able to create x-fer rules first.

Error while viewing CR from Infoview

Hi,
I have developed Crystal Reports using OLE DB connection. I have published the report on BOE server.
But when I try to view it from InfoView, it is displaying error message like u2018Entered information in either incomplete or incorrectu2019
I believe I have entered the correct information.
I am using Crystal Reports 12.2.0.290, MS SQL Server 2008 and Business Objects XI 3.1 version.
Any help in this regard will be appreciated.

Actually I am using Add Command feature where I have written a query. I have added the Command to the Repository and set the Data source Location to the Repository.
Now when I run the report, it is displaying the Parameter screen. I enter the parameter and when I click on Ok, it displays error message like "Failed to open connection."
I am running the Crystal Report from the Info view portal.
No, I am running CR Designer from a different computer.

Error while reporting in parallel with ETL run!!!

It has been observed that when report is run in parallel with ETL, Report fails with following error:
Error during SQL execution: (DA0003)
Exception: DBD, ORA-12842: Cursor invalidated during parallel execution State: N/A

Error in report bursting/distribution

I develop a group report for distribution. I use XML file to save report output as pdf into a particular location. Files save with column name exist in group. Its working fine, but some time i face a problem that report save with different name and the content (e.g. group for which report is created) are different. I will very thankful if anyone can let me know the reason of this error. Its urgent.

Error while report running in background

Hello to all,
I am running a report in backgroud using SM37.This report already programmed to call a report in background.It takes stocks for given period,I am taking the values using "import memory-id" statement.It gives an error log in SM37 as:

Can we call a submit stmt in a report that is to run in background?? or pls provide any alternative for this problem??

Hi,
If you faced problem in submit statement,then try replacing the same by running the bdc for the particular program that you are using in submit statement.
Make sure that you had given values for all the mandatory parameters and select option in the selection screen of the report program that you are submitting using submit statement.

DB error while running reports in InfoView

we are trying to create a report in infoview.
however we are facing following error while trying to create new webintelligence document or running existing report:
A database error occured. The database error text is: (CS) "DBDriver failed to load : /bobje/bobje/enterprise120/linux_x86/dataAccess/RDBMS/connectionServer/libdbd_oci9.so (libclntsh.so.11.1: wrong ELF class: ELFCLASS64)" . (WIS 10901)
We are using BO XI 3.1 SP2, Oracle 11g server on Linux. Both oracle and bo server are on same machine.

Looks to me that you are using the 64bit oracle driver. Make sure to set your LD_LIBRARY_PATH variable (for th euser running the BO services) to point first to the directory with the 32bit libraries of the Oracle driver.
