Error while reversing document posted through cash desk

Hi,
I have posted a payment through cash journal/cash desk (FPCJ) and closed the the lot. Now I want to reverse the payment, however SAP function module 'FKK_CJ_PROHIBIT_RVRSL_OF_DOCS' is throwing an error - 'reversal not performed'. Does anyone know how to reverse a payment document posted through cash journal if it's lot has already been closed?

HI Ravi,
If a payment is posted through the FPCJ and lot is closed , payment cannot be reversed that's is standard functionality, there are lot of notes on this which gives you alternative steps that need to be taken.

Hello,
check if when you configured your new transaction type ZLFN you have included a corresponding entry in view CRMC_SERVICE_H.
If the transaction type is missing in this view, you have this error.

Diagnosis
Shortfall below the specified stock level or quantity amounting to 1,638 NO.
System Response
If the message is an error message (E), the above is not allowed.
If the message is a warning message (W), the system will allow your input, but the warning is intended to prevent you entering a wrong quantity.
Procedure
In the case of a warning message, check the quantity entered.
In the case of an error message, change the quantity or terminate processing.
I have checked that quantity 2100 of material 1730PCPBS.0031 is in QI stock. Kindly advice what is the issue and why we are getting the error?

One of the possibilities I think could be inconsistencies between MM and QM.

@Jack – you were using a joboptions file by Distiller to convert a PostScript file to a PDF/X-1a.
What you get is no error message, just a report, that everything went ok. And in this case I cannot see any advantage using PDF Export for printing to PostScript/distilling to PDF. Ok, maybe one, CS5 and above would export in a background process.
To prevent InDesign flattening transparency, you could use PDF/X-4 as your export setting. You cannot use writing to PostScript for that task.
Check including tags for tagged export to prevent misalignment of text because of a strange bug with PDF Export when you are using 9pt text on 12pt leading or text with a ratio of 9/12 for point size and leading in multicolumn text frames.

I have a requirement where for certain countries i have to pass the tax code to RKWA table while doing Transfer posting through MIGO transaction.
For certain countries which i have to pass the Tax code to RKWA table, basically will not be having the tax code. For this reason im looking for BADi/User exits where i can update the RKWA table with the tax code. If the tax code is not derived, im getting the error as 'No tax information found'.
Please suggest if any BADi/exits are available for this requirement.

Bussiness Place (BUPLA) in documents posted through REFX

Dear All,
The bussiness place is not getting updated in documents posted through REFX, even though their is a option to assign Section Code (SECCO) in Bussiness Entity Master data (from T.Code REBDBE) their is no feild available to assing the bussiness place. So do anybody have any solution to populate the bussiness place in documents while posting through REFX.

Business place has to field by manually. But if you want you can restrict through Validation and substitutions. here what we are doing maintaing both section code and business place. what substitution we are created so far here when section code this one then business place is this. like that we are created.
Depend upon configuration you might be create any validation.

If I left Usage & Condition field of segment E1KOMG then 'Table not available' idoc message is coming
and if providing value in above fields then dump is coming.
How to solve ?

I do not see any reason why you would need to use COND_A04 if COND_A01 is working.
What if you could get COND_A04 to post and you would face the same result as in COND_A01?
If SAP does not check wrong values, then you have to do it yourself, or you report an incident at SAP (after you have searched for OSS notes that may have fixed this error already)
For example OSS Note 1169998 - IDoc: KONP-LIFNR values not checked
fixed a situation where the vendor number was not validated.

i get the error when i convert large documents

Message no. KE350
Diagnosis
In Profitability Analysis (CO-PA), the system tried to valuate a line item using the current standard cost estimate.
In order to determine the current plan period, the system needs to read the valuation segment of the material master.
The system has found that the current plan period is not filled forproduct "BDE98561002" in plant "9856".
Display material (View: Costing)
The system looked for the material cost estimate using costing key "ZK1", as defined in the Customizing settings for CO-PA.
System Response
The document cannot be processed.
Procedure
Contact your system administrator".
I have checked CKR1 transaction there were no cost estimates with KF costing status.
NOTE: Material Ledger Activated.
Please suggest the possible reasons and what to check?

Check the cost estimate that is mentioned against the Costing key ZK1 whether it exists in the system and as you are saying there seems to be no cost estimate for the said material.
Hence release the std cost estimate for the said materia using CK11n or CK40n

i got this error ('error while signing document') on my 1st attempt to use the service. simple 4 page PDF, no doc. security, same error both b4 & after i edited my user profile (i filled in the missing details & changed the default signature image).

I have also tested with a different signature profile with same results. Please advise if there are
