Error while runing bdc program

hi,
i written one bdc program there are no syntax errors and in flat file also no error records but when uploading data it showing pop up that do you want to save data with 2 push buttons yes or no. i suppose to be it is front end problem how to avoid that.

Hi,
You have miss a step while recording.. What i mean is you have created
bdc for changing some document. you recorded the fields to be changed
but didn't save before terminating recording.
re-create your recording... and before and click save icon as the last step#
in your recording..

while calling Smart Form from driver program. it is giving error as :-

InfoSet Query: Syntax Error while generating the program.

I have a Query in CRM system which contains an Infoset based on LDB.
The InfoSet Query throws up a Syntax error while generating the program.
So, we are not able to change the Infoset using the Infoset Query through SQ01.
The error is as follows:-

There is an error in your query, specifically in the definition of CRMT_REPORT_LOCATORLIST. In the short dump (transaction ST22) you will see more details and the exact location of an error if you just scroll down.
I can't tell more because this problem is specific to your system, to which I have no access. Read the whole dump and look at all the objects mentioned there.

I am facing error while importing the BDC models to SharePoint from SAP Duet environment. Please find the attached screen shot and text document for reference.

Error while doing BDC

Hi,
I am doing a bdc program on t.code MIR4 (Display invoice screen).The problem is this screen has a SGA/GPA set so that whenever you into this transaction the last entered value is shown in the first screen.
While doing BDC i deleted the old invoice content (on the first screen) and entered my new invoice number and did the recording.
Now when I run my call transaction using this BDC table the process get stopped in the first screen itself and the old value (set by SGA/GPA) is not removed and hence my bdctab value is not populated and it is showing a error "field 000 not present is program SAPMIR4"
PS : after that i checked my recording and saw that the place where I am clearing the old value on the first screen and entering my new value, nothing is recorded in place of BDC_OKCODE, only bdc_fnam and fval have my new entered value. Maybe it is because the clearing of data is not recorded by my recording...But to record that as there is no okcode for that?
Please advise how to proceed?

There is no problem in the flow .You just need th eclear the data in the internal table BDC_DATA so that there are no prevoius values .

Error while executing BDC in background.

Hi
I have written a program that creates a background job to execute a BDC on Transaction CKMPRPN. This transaction is used to update future price of Materials. When this program is executed in foreground it works perfect. But when it is executed in background it throws these error messages. Same error messages are displayed when I process the BDC recording in background.

Can anyone tell me why this problem is occuring only during background execution?
Or Do I need to find out a Function Module to update the future price of materials?

Its a useful answer.. But unfortunately in 4.6C version we dont have this option of 'simulate background mode'.
Anyways.. I was able to find the solution.. I used call transaction and executed the BDC program in background and it worked. Earlier I was executing a single transaction for set of materials. But now I m executing separate transaction for each material. It gives these messages at every execution but it also updates the database. Dont know how..

Error while loading java program using loadjava

I have oracle 8.1.7 in NT server. When I try to load a java program with load java it gives me the error like this

ORA-00904: invalid column name
loadjava: 1 errors

You need to install teh jserver component.
have your dba review this and run all java enabling scripts.
look for it in the doc as initjvm.sql.

Have a look in eclipse in the menu under window -> preferences -> java -> installed jre's which one is selected there.
Than you have to check you project settings: right click on the project and select properterties. Check "Java Build Path" and "Java Compiler" settings.
If you run your program, the console also shows the version you are running. If it is an 1.6 version everything should work.

Error while recording bdc for F-02...........

     I m doin BDC recording for tcode F-02, i m getting a pop-up screen stating as, Coding Block ...asking Transaction type....
      This pop-up apperas only while recording, if i extend G/L without recording i m not getting this pop-up and the G/? will extending directly...
      With this my flatfile getting mismatched and getting error while uploading....

Are you uploading any file to this program through your PC ?
If this is the case you cannot schedule the BDC in your backgroud.
If you still need to schedule it in the background please make sure that this file is in the Application server.
