but from last some days its giving an error "+Device type HPLJIIID does not support page format DINA4"**+

I am Running the Automatic payment program in (F110) by assigning all of my company vendors (Ex. 0 to 9999) Normally i will take 10 to 20 hours time to complete the proposal.
In time of APP running when i am trying to post the any of the vendor document it is not allowing to post and getting the error as " Account .......... is blocked by the payment run"
Please give me the solution.
How can we post any of the the vendor documents when the APP is running.
If the APP runs 20 to 30 hours means we can not stop the vendor transactions.

Hi Vasavi,
I understood your question.
What Iam asking is you to run the APP in background. SAP gives you a option to run the APP in background using T.code F110S.
If you have multiple company codes and multiple vendors you can break the APP into several runs so that system will not take much longer time.
The solution given by me will reduce the time taken for APP but it cant resolve the blocking issue. Once your APP runs with in 12 hrs (May be you can schedule a job in night), this may not interrupt the regular business like posting of Invoices in F-43 etc.

Payment has got blocked while running Automatic payment program for vendors

I created a proposal for 10 vendors out of which one vendor payment has got blocked. The blocked payment is there in REGUS table. I just want to include the vendor in the current proposal. What could be the possible solution.

Hello dear,
If it is blocked, means there is minimum one reason. Can be related to missiing payment method in master record for vendor FK02. Or there are missiing customizing in FBZP for ranking order or missing combinations for Payment method/currency and bank account
Please check first the master record, the documents to be paid (the invoice) and FBZP settings, then correct what is wrong.
Then, delete your proposal and create it again in F110

No data records found for these selection criteria
Message no. FZ208
Diagnosis
No data could be accessed for this selection.
Possible causes are:
No data exists for the activated selection.
You have no authorization to display or edit data from this selection.
Procedure
First check whether your selection criteria are correct. You may need to expand the criteria to include a larger search area to check whether data exists in the system.
Make sure you have the proper authorizations for displaying and editing data. Read the Release note for DME management for further information on the authorization objects.
Please note that i have made some changes in the payment media format and saved before that it was woking fine, can any one help me in finding out the error

Please verify whether there is no other payment proposal pending for the same payment criteria. Or just follow the following steps for deleting the existing proposal and recreate the payment run alongwith parameters(since you have made changes to the payment media format),proposal and then run the payment:
In F110 select Edit-Proposal-Delete
Edit-Parameters-Delete
Please note,incase we also want to delete the output after the payment is run then we can delete the same through Edit-Payment Run-Delete Output and then proceed with the above steps.

Error while running F110.

Dear All,
we are getting the following error while running F110.
ERROR: "payment with the Currency EUR, Payment method 'S': No valid payment procedure"
1. Invoice posted in EUR
2. Vendor is not a onetime vendor& payment Methoed updated in Vendor master
3. Bank determination mapped properly
4. No Currency specific to the copuntry payments
5. the payment method in the invoices is not different from the payment method showing in the vendor master
the following is the error Diagnosys
" Diagnosis
The payment program could not find a combination of payment method and house bank account with which the payment can be carried out.
System Response
No payment is generated.
Procedure
In order to find out which combination of payment methods and house bank accounts were checked and subsequently not used, repeat the proposal run and activate the additional log for payment method selection for the account affected."

This error could come from the following customizing settings: (some you
may have already checked)
A.- Assignment with house bank and a payment method.
    Please go to Tcd:FBZP -> Bank determination
    1) Choose company code
    2) Ranking order : Make sure you have currency + payment method
       assigned for house bank you intend to use.
    3) Bank accounts : Make sure that you have payment method assigned
       for currency /house bank/accountID/Bank subaccount.
    4) Available amounts : Make sure that 'available for outgoing paymen
       is filled for house bank/account ID from (3) and currency.
B.-If the vendor is not from the country of the company code, please
   also check:
    Tcd:FBZP > Pmnt methods in company code -> choose your CC / payment
    method:C => 'Foreign business partner allowed" flag must be ticked
    on for this payment.
C.-If you have required master record specifications flagged, however
   there is any address info in the master data of the vendor.
   Tcd:FBZP > PAYMENT METHOD IN COUNTRY > Select your payment method
   Goto the tab   > required master record specifications, check
   if you switched on the flag on:
    x Street, PO box, P.O. box pst code
    x Bank details
Run FK03 for the vendor and check if address (Street, PO box and P.O
   box pst code) are empty.
Also, please consider the follwoing info for other possible cases:
Many different reasons can cause an error when the run proposal is
executed, it will be very useful to activate 'the additional log'
in order to analize it.
Solution
Delete proposal.
Edit; Parameters; Maintain parameters.
Edit; Additional log
Depending on the error message, activate additional log for
- payment method selection for the appropriate vendor.
Then reschedule the proposal and display/print the log.The problem
must be explained in the additional log.

While making Automatic Payment (F110) in the Proposal following error is appearing.
Company codes 0550/0550 do not appear in proposal
Please give me solution for the same and kindly explain as to why I am facing this error to understand better.

1. Check whether the Vendor is due for payment.
2. Check the configuration settings for the payment method and house bank and gl account.
3. Verify whether any open items exist for the vendor.
4. Verify whether the Vendor account code which you have entered is correct.
Confirm the result.

Error while running a KPI Watchlist in obiee 11g dashboard

I am getting the following error while running a KPI Watchlist :
*" Odbc driver returned an error (SQLExecDirectW) "*
I added two KPI's (KPI 1 & KPI 2)into that Watchlist , one from the default "Sample Sales Lite" (sub 1) and another from sub 2 which have essbase as data source .
KPI 1 (created from sub 1) is working fine , but while placing KPI 2 (created from sub 2 ) in the watchlist , its throwing the above error . However , while running KPI 2 individually , its showing meaningful results .
Let me know if the problem statement is not clear .
OBIEE version used : 11.1.1.5.0 .

This is most probably because the Periodicity input value has been configured as "Required" and no value has been input for it.
Please enter a value and try to re-run Quick Pay.

500 Internal server error while running sqlsrv_query in PHP

Hello everyone I am having a problem with sqlsrv_query I will be grateful to you please provide some help.
I am running a query through php:
$ls_parcel_query = "select * from ParcelDetail order by ExtractDate";
$result = sqlsrv_query($conn, $ls_parcel_query, array(), array("Scrollable"=>"keyset","QueryTimeout"=>300));
$no_of_rows = sqlsrv_num_rows($result);
echo "<br/>".$no_of_rows;
It gives (After 30 seconds):
500 - Internal server error.
There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed.
I have php.ini settings like below:
max_execution_time = 90
memory_limit = 128M
While running this query in SQL SERVER 2008 R2, it successfully gives result in some times in 1 minute and sometimes in 2 minutes.

A 500 Error will be caused due to many reason.To troubleshooting this issue, you can try to check out the error log and get more information on what is causing the error.
