Try setting the following parameters in init.ora:
dbhandles_cached = 0
hash_join_enabled=false
timed_statistics = false
If the problem still reproduces then try increasing your SORT_AREA_SIZE of your session to a larger value.
When a ORA-12805 occurs in most cases it is accompanied with a ORA-600 or a ORA-7445. Hence please check your alert.log if such errors are reported there.
Verify the files of the temporary tablespace of type TEMPORARY are in a full file system ( no free space available).

Hi this was due to not maintaining proper design and it was solved later once we setup all the parameters perfectly
and had time dimension members for one year prior (though seems strange)

Error while running data manager package

Hi All,
when i am running data manager package for currency conversion i am getting the following error
"An exception with the type CX_SY_CREATE_DATA_ERROR occurred, but was neither handled locally, nor declared in a RAISING clause
The data object could not be created: The type /B28/MHED7W9U does not exist."

I saw in the Fact Tables - and the rate exists.
Do you have any idea why the error is coming ?

Samvir,
TblFactRate table should have all kind of rate information in that time period.
For example, AVG is average rate and END is Endrate.
So if some rate type is missing, that error message will be returned.

I have 4.6 million records in my sql db and i want to copy this into a excel file. for this i went to the db and rt click and export to command and started the ssis package running. but after
few minutes, it throws me an error that "error in transferring data into excel file."
Can anyone help me why this happened and the resolution ?

For example if you have a ROW_NUMBER column you can use for instance a
Conditional Split for something like:

I encounter the below error while running SSIS Package from Job or integration service. However on execution completes success fully while running from data tools. The issue occurs after migration to 2012 from 2oo5 dtsx. PFB the error.

The package also runs successfully from other servers. This happens only in one of our server.seems like issue with some sql configuration.

Are you running using SQL Agent Job and Data tools on same server or different?
If it is executing fine using Data tools and failing with Job it might be User credentials issue.Try
to run Job with your credentials by using proxy .

Have anybody received an error while running CATMETX.SQL in attempt to fix a known problem in 10gR2 - inconsistent datatype: expected BLOB, CLOB got CHAR?

Error while running the rdf using concurrent program

Hi All,
I am facing the following error when i try to run the concurrent program
REP-0736: There exist uncompiled program unit(s).
REP-1247: Report contains uncompiled PL/SQL.
I am using a package in the program units. when i ues it the database its working fine. but when i use in the rdf.
it is throwing the above error.
Also the rdf is scuccessfully compiled.
Please let me know what should be done now??

Error while running ejbc - Deployment time

Whilst trying to deploy my WSE through J2EE deploy tool i get the follwoing error:

No it is not packages problem i had check all the packages it is showing some relinking error.

Hi,
You are bound to get this error as write optimized behave in this pattern.
open the write opt DSO and in the settings you can see a check box for 'Do not check uniquness of data'
Check it if you want to use the duplicate records. But there will be two records (duplicate) uniquely identified by the technical key.
Now if you want to use delta concept in this then in DTP use delta by request.
If you further want to use delta then refer to this thread..

Hi,
According to your post, my understanding is that you get error while running SSRS reports.
Basically, If the Request Management service is enabled, it manages all incoming requests by evaluating logic rules against the user requests in order to determine what\which action to take and which machine or machines (targets) in the farm should handle
the request.
By default the Request time out value for Request Management service are as follows,
RequestTimeout : 00:01:40
RequestExecutionTimeout : 01:00:00
So the error throws from RM service for those reports who take more than 1 minute to generate the report.
To solve this issue, we can stop the Request Management service.
Or increase the time out
value by making use of following PowerShell script.
$waUrl = "URLofWEbApp"
$wa = Get-SPWebApplication $waUrl
$rmSettings = $wa | Get-SPRequestManagementSettings
$req=$wa.RequestManagementSettings
$timeout2= New-TimeSpan -minutes 5
Sreq.Requesttimeout=$timeout2
$req.update()

(2) If it exists, check whether the DEV_OIM user has enough privilege to view this table or not...
If not, give it all privilege by login as sys as sysdba
GRANT ALL PRIVILEGES TO DEV_OIM;
COMMIT;
