Error while running the Program file(Program Object)

Question

Hi All,
I have created 2 program files in SAP BO 4.0 to send automated mail and to remove the flag file. It is working in my DEV environment.
Last week i have created new environment(PROD) and created same program files. But its not working in new environment. Please fine the below error
Also please find the trace:
