Error while sending bulk data
Hi,
I am doing one scenario in which SAP sends Material Number to Oracle and in turn Oracle fetches data for that Material Number and send it back to SAP.
Here when I am executing the scenatio in SAP with Material Number as 1* . I am getting an error in XI as "Exception caught by adapter framework: Error processing request in sax parser: Error when executing statement for table/stored proc. java.sql.SQLException: No more data to read from socket"
I am getting this error while sending data from SAP to oracle.i tried the same scenario with 2 or 3 records. It is working fine.
I tried many options increasing the polling interval and restricting the records. But I am getting the same error. Please help me in this case.
Thanks,
Gunasree.
Most of the debugging links say: Connection with database server is lost, and Use a new connection to come out this problem with code so that if again the session goes expired the connection automatically get establised.

Error while sending the data using input schedule
Dear Friends,
I am unable to send the data using input schedule due to following error is occur while sending the data.
The Error Message : Member (H1) of dimension (ENTITY) is not a base member (parent or formula)
Can anyone please help me to resolve the above error.
Thanks and regards,
MD.Hi,
You are trying to send data to a parent/node, you can only send data in BPC to lowest-level children (base mamabers) of any dimension.
"H1" is a parent in the entity dimension so you should try sending to a child.

Error while sending Bdoc data frm CRM to R3
Hi All,
We have created a BDoc containing a Ztable which is send from CRM to R/3 where it will update another Z table create for this in R3.
We have tried here the follwoing steps:-
a. Created the Z table in both systems.
b. Created a new messaging BDoc in CRM and linked it to the R/3 Site Type.
c. Created a new mapping function module in CRM that takes the data from the BDoc and maps it to the BAPI structure.
d. Created a new Adapter Object that links to my BDoc, contains the Z table as the source table in CRM and contains the mapping function module mentioned above.
e. Created a new Replication Object based on my new BDoc.
f. Created a new Publication and assigned it to the Replication Object.
g. Created a new Subscription and assigned to the Publication and Replication Object. Also assigned it to my R/3 site.
h. Created a mapping function module in R/3 to map the data from the BAPI structure into the equivalent R/3 table.
i. Created entry in table CRMSUBTAB.
Error:
When try to insert an entry in the customer table in CRM a BDoc is being created but fails to transfer with error message "Error in outbound processing".
Trace: "Query error for site type SMOF_ERPSITE".
please advice.
Thanks & Regards
DebHi Deb,
Any reason why you have extended the Z fields both in R/3 and CRM manually.? This should have been a lot of effort. Did you try to do this via EEWB. ?
In case you would use EEW to extend rather than the manual extension, the following memo will be helpful:
EEWB doesn't support changes in the connected ERP system. For example it is unclear which object is of interest in ERP, the SD customer master or the BP. However, we provide note 864222 that explains some features regarding data exchange of extensions.
Also note 831536 explains how to exchange table like extensions. For the data exchange of 1:1 extensions at the CI inlude for the main table BUT000 you could check note 725671, should be available in your system already, so just for information. First please create two CI_INCLUDEs CI_CUST as described in note 736595. Then your data are transferred and processed via module COM_BUPA_MAIN_BP_INBOUND. For debugging purposes please have a look at note 398925.
Since it is possible to have independenT extensions on CRM and ERP side we mustn't map the two CI-includes directly but only via this additional CI_CUST feature.
Best Regards, Adil
(Note : The above notes/memo may help in troubleshooting the manual extensions) -

Please check to ping the BI server IP 10.1.45.35 from your XI server , in case its working you can check telnet to SAP standard port like 3201/3601/3301/3901 etc.
It seems to be connectivity issue only.
Make sure your both the systems are up and running.
Revert back after checking above stuff.

Read timed outIt seems that either your TP's server is not accepting these requests (due to heavy load)/ message size is too large that HTTP timout has occured. Possibility for later case is low because only 25% messages are erroring out. Anyways, you may like to tune your B2B system and test again -

If no change happens, ask your TP to check his server settings.

Suki.Hi,
Check in transaction SCOT. If your mail is in error status in SCOT, you can assure that there is no problem with your code. If your message has not reached till SCOT, then the problem will be with the code.
If the mail is there in scot with error status tell the BASIS to configure it. I feel this could be the problem.

Error While Testing the Data from RWB
Hi Gurus,
While testing the data from my RWB --> Component Monitoring -->IE -->Test Message
I am getting the error as explained below:
Error while sending Message -->RWB
No header Mapping Defined -->Trace
Moreover when i was assigning Inbound Interface in the Interface Determination its shows in the popup window NOObjects Found instead of showing the Inbound interfaces.
Any help on this please
Regards
SreeniHi ,
without completing your configuration how are you testing your interface??
1)you need to add your source and receiver interfaces in business service, select your business service then add your outbound interface in sender tab and add your inbound interface in receiver tab,if it is business system not required.
2) then check your interface/operation mapping done perfectly between source and target interfaces.
if you have above steps done perfectly then your interface will work.
if you still getting error search in sdn with error message you will find usefull tips..or post in sdn.

Urgent Help Req.: Exception=ORABPEL-11162 Error while reading native data
Hi All,
I am getting below error: Exception=ORABPEL-11162
Error while reading native data.
[Line=6, Col=7|http://forums.oracle.com/forums/] Not enough data available in the input, when trying to read data of length "22" for "element with name PurOrderNum" from the specified position, using "style" as "fixedLength" and "length" as "22".
Ensure that there is enough data from the specified position in the input.
Let me also give you the brief scenario of what I am trying to achieve.
INTERFACE FUNCTIONING:_
I have an interface which reads the records in a file in a chunk through ChunkRead adapter and and after one successful reading if chunk it calls the DB adapter to insert the records in the table.
Now these records are committed and next chunk is read and the process goes on till all the records are read.
After this the API is called which does the processing of these records.
Inserting records in the DB is a XA transaction which means if anything goes wrong while inserting the data, the records which are added earlier are rolled back.
ISSUE:_
Now the issue comes when I do the negative testing. Since my file is based on fixed length schema., I change the length of last record from 15 to 13. (say total are 10 records)
Now what happens is when chunkread tries to read the record of 15 length it gets only 13 characters and hence ignores the records.
But the chunkread reads all other 9 records correctly and sends this to DB adapter which now inserts them correctly in the DB.
But being a global transaction I want that if any record is missing from DB in comparison to those in file then whole transaction should roll back.
So I am unable to make this whole process as global transaction. This is because the ChunkRead adapter inspite of detecting the error doesn’t throw it back.
Moreover if this problem occurs in say next chunk then also I am unable to find out how to rollback the whole transaction. Because the first chunk was correct.
So basically two concerns are there:+
How to detect that chunkread adapter has missed one record?+
Secondly, If it’s detected then how should I rollback the transaction that caused earlier records to enter into database?+
Please let me know if anyone has faced this issue earlyer and how it got resolved. Any pointers regarding this would be of great help.
Also attached is the chunkread log for reference.

SOA suite version : 10.1.3.3.1 and JDEV : 10.1.3.3
Edited by: SOA Team on Oct 6, 2008 10:48 PMJust a thought, you could set the terminator for the last field as {eol} instead of length, this means that it should read the last field regardless of the length.
Depending on the logic of Db adapter the error could be traped due to incorrect length.
If the file starts each row with a constant(s), e.g. 01 then you can terminate the previous line on that, this is the better option but relys on the file format.
The other option is a little thing call compensation, ouch. Basically this allows you to back out commited rows but you have to provide all the logic, it is generally something people avoid because of the complexity.

Hi ,
I have done the setup for SMPP Driver properties.
We have a clickatell account and registered the server IP with them.
I am getting the following error while running the BPEL process to send SMS. Please help.
Error while sending notification to 'sms:919876543210; 7074de6c8d92005d036d07190f170cb5'.
Possible causes : SDPMessaging Driver not configured; Invalid To Address is used; Email server/Messaging gateway is down; using IP address as part of email ID instead of domain name;.

Possible Error Sources
● The database is not running, or the database URL is incorrect
-> The problem can be solved using the Visual Administrator or by a manual modification of the data-sources.xml file
● Wrong user or password parameters
-> The problem can be solved via the Visual Administrator or by a manual modification of the data-sources.xml file.
● Maximum count of simultaneous connections to the database has been reached
-> To increase the maximum number of opened connections and/or the time to wait for a new connection you should change the DataSource properties in the Visual Administrator or manually modify of the data-sources.xml file.
● Problem with connection sharing if J2EE transaction is running
-> The problem is caused while in an active JTA transaction there is an inappropriate attempt to open a second connection. There is either an attempt to get a second connection from an un-shareable non-XA DataSource, or an attempt to get it from another non-XA DataSource.
