Error while serching by employee responsible in CRM Interactive reportong.

CRM interactive reporting experts ,
i am getting a error while serching records in report using employee responsible as filter criteria .
This error only come when the employee is assign to an org Unit .
please help me if any one faced this issue and help me to resolve. it is really high priority to me.

Hi Dev,
You may need to check the authorization error if any in SU53.
As soon as you get this error, try to check SU53 in CRM GUI.

Error While terminating the employee through API

Hello Group,
I am facing the error while terminating the employee through standard api. The error is "You cannot create an entry past the termination rule date" The element entry I have are type "Recurring" and Termination at "Final Close" I have gone through the thread

I have gone through. Just want to cross check if this required. I am able to terminate the employee through the application. There it just throws the warning saying " Element Entry has been changed for the Employee as the result of the termination do you wish to go with the termination"

Transfer of Employee responsible from CRM to ERP

Hello,
I've replicated employees from ERP to CRM. I create a new corporate account in CRM. I assign an Employee Responsible. On the relationship, I assign a sales area and the partner function Sales Representative. I also maintain other sales area data like payment terms. I transfer the account from CRM to ERP. The Sales Representative is not transferred to the partner function PE in the customer master in ERP. Why not?
I have done the following IMG-settings:
IMG: Customer Relationship Management => Basic Functions => Partner Processing => Data Transfer => Distribution of Partner Functions from SAP ECC into CRM
Partner function ERP    Partner function CRM
VE (PE)                 00000014 Employee Responsible (CRM)
IMG: Customer Relationship Management => Basic Functions => Partner Processing => Data Transfer => Distribution of Partner Functions from CRM into SAP ECC
Partner function CRM    Partner function ERP    Type ERP
00000014                VE                      PE
When I at a later stage edit the customer in VD02 in ERP, I add partner function VE manually.
When I then open the account in CRM, the sales representative added in ERP appears with the relationship "Has the Responsible Business Partner", CRMH06. I would have expected it to be "Has the Employee Responsible".
Any ideas are greatly appreciated.

Presently i am working on the same scenario,where i am trying to add employee in ECC and want to have the same BP in CRM under relationship tab as Employee Responsible but i am getting the following bdoc error

I maintianed the said custo settings in CRM with rel cat BUR011
Note: Employee number in ECC is say.. 9999 but in CRM the same employee is replicated as HR9999,hence will this creates any problem for relationship not to replicate from ECC TO CRM.
please let me know what needs to be corrected

Error while creating new employee in CAF Core application

I am novice to the CAF, this is my first CAF Core application which I have created and deployed in J2EE engine successfully. Its ready for Testing, here I am trying to create a new employee but while saving it, giving error like:-

first tell me exactly where the error is coming?
is it coming as soon as you entered in PA40? or
is it coming in a particular infotype? if so what is that infotype and what value you are inputing in that screen?
please make sure the value you are giving in the screen is properly configured. also check the T588D & T529A with respect to UGR and IGMOD.

I get the following error while trying to copy the existing determination rule. Could you analyse this please.

Diagnosis
Tasks, rules, and workflow definitions require an ID that is unique throughout all systems and clients. In this way, you can ensure that you can transport these objects from one system into another at any time (without restrictions). From a technical point of view, the uniqueness of the ID is ensured by what is known as a "prefix number". You can define a separate prefix number for every system and every client in table T78NR.
System Response
If a prefix number is not defined in the client in which you are currently working, it is not possible to maintain (maintenance terminates).
Procedure
Maintain table T78NR in Customizing, and create an entry for the system in question and the current client.

Error while trying to get the IBase in Interaction Record

We are trying to bring the Ibase component in the Interaction Record and Activity, for that in UI configuration we have enabled the
Ibase and Component field. Once the enter the Ibase id and press enter we are getting the following Short dump.

Error while filling IT0031 "Employees could not be linked"

Hi Experts!
I am getting the error message "Employees could not be linked" while filling the infotype 0031 (Reference personnal number).
I debugged through the standard program MP003100 and found that this error is related to CP relation (Central Person).
I am little poor in HR functionality. Could any one help me in understanding this Central Person Number and how it is related to Reference Personal Number in IT0031?
Also how to get rid of this error message " Employees could not be linked"

Error while installing new com+ component SAP CRM Mobile Transfer 5.0

Hello experts,
I've upgraded crm/msa from 50sp6 to sp11. In SP11 there msa/mas use dot.net framework
2.0 .
For this I have to upgrade the commstation with note 1065337, but after deleting
the com+ component DOTNET.TransSrv I cannot reinstall the new MsgTransServer.dll,
I get error:
you do not have permission to perform the requested action. If security is enabled on the system
application of the targed computer make sure you are included in the appropriate roles.
Has anybody similar problems while upgrading this ?
I've checked MS-note 909444 for new user rights, but didn't help.

I've registered the dll with command line execution as described in
note 1036377. This should solve the problem.
If you have still problems with admin rights on the server have a look on
note 1036377.

Error while assigning a employee in transaction PTMW

In Transaction PTMW, after i enter a particular employee number in Temporarily insert employees & click enter...i get a error message in bottom.
The error message is " UNABLE TO HANDLE DAY (18.05.2009) IN THE PAST, PERNR: 04002995.
After debugging, i found that the Time Events date is lesser than the Valuation date.
Can some one explain ..what this Valuation date is ? & also pls let me know..wht else could be the reason for this error.

Or you could to it all in awk(1):

(This example was not tested, it's just for a model.)
Someone more of an SQL guru than I can probably tell you how to change your numeric locale to avoid presenting those commas in the first place and avoid the problem.

in mdmgx , when i click generate XSD ,i get following error.

Hi Akhil,
Did you define "Define Repositories and FTP Servers" in transaction MDMGX before Generating XSD under Transaction "MDMGX" in CRM.
In transaction MDMGX, for defining "Define Repositories and FTP Servers"
You have to give here Repository Logical Name( Anything), under object type select "Article", in Reposit.name(code)= define the exact name as u have given in MDM Console (take care of case-sensitive) eg if inMDM console your Repository having name "XYZ" then here you have to give same "XYZ", in FTP server fill here : FTP://IPaddress of your MDM server in MDM root, IPaddressofyour MDM server_underlying database server, e.g if IP is 10.9.5.7 and you are using Sql-server then fill 10.9.5.5_MSQL, in clnt code give the same clnt code which have you given in MDM console in Admin under "Remote System" Code then define clnt system type and lang as EN. then save it .
After this under Generate XSD select the settings corresponding to your bove defined Repost.Name(Code) ,in file directory give the path to your desktop.it should work.
Note :Also Please check, is there any need to apply sap Note in your CRM system or not .
