Error while Split Entry Posting in T Code u0096 FBCJ u0096 Cash Journal

Hi,
When we are using Split Entry option in this Transaction FBCJ for posting Cash Expenses, we are getting error message Field Bus. Area is a required field for G/L Account of relevant Cash Account, i.e. we can generate the entry and save but we cannot post the document into FI. (We use this option when one document / cash transaction consits more than one Expense Account and we need to post into single document).
Note :- This error is appearing inspite of cost object ( cost center / business area is entered in expenses GL line item ).
I have prepared the complete cycle of the issue but cannot attach the same here.
Need your help .

Hi,
This error generally arises when your system datetime is not in sync with the Domain Controller datetime. Try following steps:
1. Check if the Windows Time Service is running on your machine or not. Try restarting this service and then restart host instances. Then run your script.
2. If this does not works, have a look at this

Error while trying to post inbound idoc of message type COND_A

Hi,
I am getting error while trying to post inbound idoc of message type COND_A.
If I left Usage & Condition field of segment E1KOMG then 'Table not available' idoc message is coming
and if providing value in above fields then dump is coming.
How to solve ?

I do not see any reason why you would need to use COND_A04 if COND_A01 is working.
What if you could get COND_A04 to post and you would face the same result as in COND_A01?
If SAP does not check wrong values, then you have to do it yourself, or you report an incident at SAP (after you have searched for OSS notes that may have fixed this error already)
For example OSS Note 1169998 - IDoc: KONP-LIFNR values not checked

@Jack – you were using a joboptions file by Distiller to convert a PostScript file to a PDF/X-1a.
What you get is no error message, just a report, that everything went ok. And in this case I cannot see any advantage using PDF Export for printing to PostScript/distilling to PDF. Ok, maybe one, CS5 and above would export in a background process.
To prevent InDesign flattening transparency, you could use PDF/X-4 as your export setting. You cannot use writing to PostScript for that task.
Check including tags for tagged export to prevent misalignment of text because of a strange bug with PDF Export when you are using 9pt text on 12pt leading or text with a ratio of 9/12 for point size and leading in multicolumn text frames.

Actually you are getting a warning message where one of two things could have happened. Either you specified an incorrect zone name or one of the zones has not been fully booted. It's likely that you haven't booted the zones, so please follow this:
zoneadm list -iv
If zone1 or zone2 are not running then boot and configure them
zoneadm -z <zone> boot
zlogin -C <zone>

We checked the physical location of forge output and found that there is no file called 'ATGSample.dimensions.xml '
However, when we manually placed this file in the forge output folder and ran dgidx alone, the baseline update failed with the below error

I've seen this type of error before when Forge is configured to read multiple files with spec *.xml. Is that how you've configured your record adapter? This configuration then collides with Forge XML config files merged into the same data/processing directory.
From memory there's a couple of solutions for this - one might be to give the files a common name prefix if that's feasible, e.g. _data*.xml. You could use a sub-directory to separate the files, but you'd need to modify your copy scripts.

Please check once again. There is a deficit of stock in the storage location in the plant. I guess you are mentioning the incorrect s.loc in mb1b.
Also check if there is any return material in the storage loc.

Error while obtaining JCO connection in t-code RSPLAN

Hi Gurus,
I have installed ECC 6.0 SR3 and i have added BI_CONT and updated all the patches. But while trying to access the t-code RSPLAN and after clicking on the START MODELER button it is opening in a browser . after giving the user id and password in the browser , while opening the page it is showing the error " Error while obtaining JCO connection". and how to create jco connections in visual admin.

Geeting error while doing Mass UD using t code QA41

Hi
While doing mass UD using t code QA41 I am getting below error messages:
1. You can not make the UD because of 0001 non-valuated physical samples,
2. You can not make the UD because of 0002 non-valuated physical samples,
My objection is to do mass UD for all INPROCESS inspection lots where results are recorded but no UD given.
Request a solution where I am doing wrong and a solution to it.

Last query: I will not able to do MASS UD if all samples are not valuated means I have to record results in all 3 physical samples.
1. In QA11 I am able to UD for each inspection lot (where result is recorded in 2 physical sample & 3rd one is not valuated). Why it is so? Why I am not getting the same error that 3rd sample is not valuated.
2. In QA41 mass UD is not possible if 3rd sample is not valuated. Why I am not getting all inspection lots and getting few in the output screen? Is there any other way where I can valuate all open inspection lots in mass operation?
3. In QA16, also I am not getting all inspection lots in the output screen. Why?
Requesting yo clarify my queries to make me undrstand the process better. So that I can convince my higher management to reduce physical sample generation in auto.

Yes that is right what is mentioned above, first you give the company code and name then give the currency then select address (Shift+F5) and in that if you select country as IN then it will automatically come to master data.

OB08- Error while deleting entries.

Hi All,
I am getting an error while deleting some entires in OB08.
ERROR MESSAGE: Entry CAD/EUR (28.08.09), exchange rate type EURX cannot be deleted.
Steps i followed to delete the entires are
selected some 30 entries and clicked the edit tab and delete function.
system has given a message box with number of deleted entries 30 after that i clicked SAVE button. Once i clicked the save button i got the above error message.
Please advice what is error about and how to get rid of this error. Why the error message coming only for this currency combination.

Error while reversing document posted through cash desk

Hi,
I have posted a payment through cash journal/cash desk (FPCJ) and closed the the lot. Now I want to reverse the payment, however SAP function module 'FKK_CJ_PROHIBIT_RVRSL_OF_DOCS' is throwing an error - 'reversal not performed'. Does anyone know how to reverse a payment document posted through cash journal if it's lot has already been closed?

If a payment is posted through the FPCJ and lot is closed , payment cannot be reversed that's is standard functionality, there are lot of notes on this which gives you alternative steps that need to be taken.

We are not able to create posting period of 2014-15 as we are getting this error.

Error while running Batch Session for T.Code F.19

While processing T.Code F.19 in Batch Input Sessions, the log shows following error: "For document type SA, an entry is required in field Reference. Can anyone please help me resolve this issue?

If your Batch input data is very less, run in foreground and update it manually or
Goto GGb1 select Fi accounting and create substitution under header of the document and keep necessary settings like below
Prerequisite
BKPF-BUKRS = xyz AND SYST-TCODE = F.19 and SYST-UNAME = your user id
Substitution
BKPF-XBLNR = keep any default value

UOM group error while material document posted throgh BDC( MB01)

Hi All,
we are facing issue while posting material through MB0-goods reciept
error "UOM group not maintaineed for 'XXXXX" material" for some line items,
and i have checked in material master data, UOM group not maintained for some material,
even after maintaind UOM group for those material's still we are facing same problem,
as i checked in BDC code there is no validation for UOM group,
if we posted same PO manual, document posted successfull,
please suggest me.....why this error message coming eventhogh UOM group mainted?
