try remove security and start essbase in native mode
you can use this steps
1) backup essbase.sec
1a) backup (copy) you production app from %ARBORPATH%/app
2) cd %ARBORPATH%/bin
rm - f essbase.sec
3) vi essbase.cfg
- find strings
CssSyncLevel
SharedServicesLocation
AuthenticationModule
put ";" on the first columns on strings
4) start essbase and create new admin

Hi All,
I am facing problem while starting OBIEE services.
Error Message: The configuration file (C:\obi\user_projects\domains\bifoundation_domain\config\fmwconfig\jps-config.xml) was not found or is inaccessible.
I tried staring services through EM and OPMN, however I am getting the same error (in Presentation, BI Server, Scheduler, Cluster Controller log Files).
It's a cluster environment and I am able to start obiee services on node 2, however node 1 gives the error as mentioned above.
How can I resolve this issue?

I checked FMW_SECURITY_SERVICE_URL parameter in the NQSConfig.ini file.
This parameter is using VIP (admin server listen to this) and not the actual IP of the server.
Should I change this URL and point it to actual IP.
What is the procedure to change this parameter using EM?

I made a mistake while starting DB Services.
Instead of starting DB services with ORACLE user I tried to start it with ROOT user and got Insufficient Privileges error.
Now when I am trying to start it with ORACLE user I am getting Listener error. Listener is not getting start.
Please tell me what to do

Check your domain logs in admin console and see the error messages. Post your domain logs
Make sure integration services is connected with repository and also the code page

i have got the answer for this question, i updated the registry with the correct file path, and then closed the registry, the services.msc file is automatically updated with the correct path
and then started the CSService, then went to the OEM setup i clicked Retry buton, then it went through.

Getting error while starting SAP service "SAP SID _01" in ECC 6.0

While starting the SAP<SID>_01 service I am getting the following error :
"The SAP<SID>_01 service failed to start due to the following error:
The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion."
We have ECC6.0, OS Windows 2003 and databse oracle 10.2.

Error while starting saprouter service

i am narayana. i have installed saprouter service.it is successfully installed.i had changed the logon as <SID>adm.
while starting the saprouter service it is giving the following error message.

The EBS R12 server suddenly switched off due to a power problem and then, after starting the DB and Apps services this is the error and Apps log-in page shows error as described in the beginning above.
Please help.

The XAER_INVAL return from xa_open() is being generated by your Resource
Manager, and not by Tuxedo. From the references to Pro*C, your resource
manager is probably Oracle, so you will need to look at Oracle log files
such as the xa_*.trc log file to determine the cause of the error.
If you want Tuxedo to manager transactions, which is highly recommended,
then the OPENINFO string for the group in which the pp_cs_general server is
running cannot be NULL and must match the format defined int he "Defining
the xa_open() String" section of the "Developing Applications with Oracle
XA" chapter of the "Oracle Database Application Developer's Guide -
Findamentals". If needed, DbgFl=7 can be specified in the OPENINFO string
so that more information is written to the Oracle trace file. The
pp_cs_general server and the Oracle TMS server must be built with the -r
option and "OPTIONS NO_XA" must NOT be specified in the TUXCONFIG file. If
Tuxedo is managing transactions, then your server code must not contain any
"EXEC SQL BEGIN WORK" or "EXEC SQL COMMIT WORK" statements.
(It is also possible to have Oracle manage all transactions, but in that
case you would not be getting the benefit of Tuxedo's capabilities to
combine multiple service calls or groups in a single transaction. In such a
configuration, you would not specify any OPENINFO string for your groups,
you would need to link the Oracle libraries into your server yourself
instead of using the -r option, you would need to remove any calls to
tx_open() or tpopen() from your tpsvrinit() or tpsvrthrinit() routines, and
you would need to code your own BEGIN WORK and COMMIT WORK statements in
your servers. However, using Tuxedo in this way is not recommended.)
