Error while starting CICS Runtime Server

Hi ,
I am trying the rehost the STFILEORA sample applcation that is provided with Tuxedo workbench . I followed all the steps and
deployed the application. After that I did . ./setenv and ksh ./setup.sh under CICS_RT which worked okay. But when I tried to
run tmboot its giving below error ;

Can any one please check what is the problm in starting ARTTCPL ?

Hi ,
I tried to check if any ARTTCPL process is running using  ps -ef after shutdown and there was no such process running.
I also checked any IPC usage and Port usage by ipcs –a and netstat –a and there was no such clash for IPCS or for ports .
I did found an entry for port 10001 in /etc/services as below;
/root/workspace/STFILEORA2/deploy/CICS_RT> cat /etc/services | grep "10001"
scp-config      10001/tcp                       # SCP Configuration Port
scp-config      10001/udp                       # SCP Configuration Port
/root/workspace/STFILEORA2/deploy/CICS_RT>
When I ran the server with trace as below, it gave the below error;

Is there any problem in coding GROUPS and SERVER in UBBCONFIG file and specifically ENVFILE parameter , as I am getting "LIBTUX_CAT:1539: ERROR: Error getting Group Environment filename" error .
