Error while updating I Phone OS

I tried to update the OS of my I-Phone 5 but it is giving error in downloading the software. It says-
"Software update filed. An error occurred downloading iOS 7.1."
I tried to download it by connecting it to Computer. I have iTunes 11.1.5.5. It gives the error -
The software for the iPhone "XXXXXX" was corrupted while during download. Disconnect and reconnect, then try again. Make sure your network settings are correct and your network connection is active, or try again later.
Please help.

first things first make sure you have a backup of your phone if you dont plug your iphone into your computer and try and back it up using itunes ( steps for backing up are listed in this article http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1766 after that close itunes then go to one of the following locations depending on what type of computer you have
On Windows XP
Documents and Settings\<User>\Application Data\Apple Computer\iTunes\iPhone Software Updates
On Windows Vista/Windows 7 Users\<User>\AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer\iTunes\iPhone Software Updates
On Mac
~/Library/iTunes/iPhone Software Updates
once there delete the iphone software updates folder then open itunes and try the software update again it should start downloading the update again and if the update is successful then restore your backup using itunes again use article http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1766 for steps on how to restore your backup if that fails use the steps in the following article as a last resort http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1808 goodluck

I'm not a Cisco employee, so I can't do anything with your backup.!
You need to take a backup as a precaution (You should have been doing this anyway) Then you need to call Cisco TAC to get the underlying problem fixed. CalManager is a locked-down environment, and only TAC can get the low-level access needed to fix database problems.

As pdroth said, you should have gotten a backup made when you started the update of iOS. If you cannot find a backup, and the phone is in recovery mode, there are no futher suggestions to make. To get the phone working again you have to restore. You cannot force a backup at this time since it is already in recovery mode. It will not allow anything else but a restore at this point.

Hi,
in BAM-Administrator you should rraise Parameter "MaxResultBlocks".
BAM originaly is al licensed Software from Group1 named "Sagent Data Flow".
This may help searching the web.
