Error while using MI_MCD transaction

We have Mobile Infrastructure. 2.5 SP09 - we want to use transaction MI_MCD to Defining the Installation Sequence (as described in MI25-SP9 Installation Guide PDF).
But when I click the Link tab and click Add Link button and choose component the component version inserted on the
mobile component fields and version fields locked, so I can not adanother link or save or write it manually. Always Error message appear says that you must inter the version number .

Hello Experts,
I am trying to execute an edit transaction on Equipment object. I have currently called the edit transaction using a button on Equipment Details screen as follows.
1) Created a transaction on Equipment object.

2) Properties have "EquipmentID".
3) Config. under this property:
4) the Update step under this transaction.

Apart from these settings, I have created the required screen set, required button, navigation, set up fields on the screen referring to the transaction and all other required settings.
Now, while running the application, I am able to navigate and pass the field values from details screen to custom edit screen.
While clicking on apply (green check button), it throws the following error:
What can be missing here? Is it mandatory to create a rule on Key property of the transaction? As of now, no rule exists on the ID as it is an edit transaction.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you so much for your reply. along with these 3 steps, I also changed the action step to point it to equipment instead of "none" and it stopped throwing the error.
However, I got an exception while executing the BAPI using stephandler.

Diagnosis
An error occurred when checking the tax code. Either the assignment of company code and country or of country and calculation procedure is not correct.
Procedure
Check the system settings.
To do this, choose Maintain entries (F5).
If the program error occurred
In a standard SAP program, then create an OSS message
In a program you wrote yourself, then correct the program.

Go to OBBG -->Assign Country to Calculation Procedure and assign the Tax procedure( ie like TAXIN) to the GREECE Country.

ARM approval error after upgrading to SP14: Database error while using the secure store.

Dear GRC experts,
After upgrading GRC 10 to SP14, assigning manual passwords during the approval of a request, the approval process is failing.
Here is the scenario; your advice will be appreciated.
Task: Manually assign passwords to multiple systems contained in the request
Where: On the access request, go to “User System Details” tab
Issue: After approving/submitting the request, the error “Database error while using the secure store” is generated
Logs: Nothing on transactions SLG1 or ST22; however ST11 shows the error attached below:

Other scenarios executed as a workaround, and passed the password assignment this time:
The approval will work if only one password is assigned to any of the given systems. The rest of the systems get an auto-generated
password.
ARM also accepts multiple passwords when the requestor assigns passwords on the “User System Details” prior submitting a
request. The GRC admin can approve once reached for system approval.
AS FYI, “Confirm Password” is only required when creating the request but not on any other stage.

It is having the following parameter .
IT_MSEG     Importing     Type     SLLR3_MSEG_T .
SLLR3_MSEG_T is declared as follows.
TYPES: sllr3_mkpf_t LIKE mkpf OCCURS 0,
            sllr3_mseg_t LIKE mseg OCCURS 0.
here i have to get the werks value that is populated into IT_MSEG whie doing MIGO .
I have declared a local variable and assigned werks value from the IT_MSEG to the local variable as follows
DATA:l_werks type werks.
l_werks = IT_MSEG-WERKS.
But I'm getting the following error.
"IT_MSEG" is a table without a header line and therefore has no
component called "WERKS".
How should i avoid this error. Please give me sample code on how to avoid this error.

Move the row from IT_MSEG into a work area and use it. Declare the workarea of required type.
DATA:l_werks type werks.
read table it_mseg into wa_mseg index 1.
l_werks = wa_MSEG-WERKS.

Have you tried Cancelling the release before adding the version?
Select the active version of the IDOC Segment and cancel its release first. Only then you will be able to add a version.

Error while using LabVIEW 8.2.1 Dll from Visual C++ 6.0

I am getting an error while using a LabVIEW 8.2.1 dll from Visual C++ 6.0 application. This is what I am doing:
1) Created a dll using LabVIEW 8.2.1 (I used a tutorial from NI knowledge base: "Creating DLLs from 6.0i". It is a temperature conversion VI; input DegreeF and get DegreeC out). Instead of LabVIEW 6.0i, I used 8.2.1. It created the dll Convert_Temp.dll successfully.
2) Then I created a Visual C++ 6.0 application (used a tutorial from NI knowledge base: "Calling a DLL from Microsoft Visual C++ that was Generated by LabVIEW 6i). I could build the project and create an executable application F_To_C.exe.
3) Then copied the LabVIEW dll Convert_Temp.dll into the folder where F_To_C.exe resides. Using windows explorer, went into that folder, and executed the application. I got the following error:
System Error 998 while loading the LabVIEW run-time engine (C:\Program Files\National Instruments\Shared\LabVIEW Run-Time\8.2\lvrt.dll).
Convert_Temp requires a version 8.2.1 (or compatible) LabVIEW Run-Time Engine. Please contact the vendor of Convert_Temp to correct this problem.
I checked the folder: C:\Program Files\National Instruments\Shared\LabVIEW Run-Time\8.2\. It has the file lvrt.dll.
So why am I getting this error?

I have created jndi from console which I have mentioned in DBAdapter and I have provided details of JNDI to DbAdapter in deployment.
I am not able to solve this.

you are using old version of SQL*Plus. if you use later version it will give you correct result.

I have already posted a detailed message for the XML iview problem sometime back but havent got any reply so far. All the replies had come from users who are also facing the same problem. I am trying to use a XML iview for fetching RSS feeds from one of the internet source, i have entered the proper URL and selected the proper RSS to XHTMLB transformer also and have entered the proxy settings in the http service and enabled it and restarted it also, but again when i am previewing the Iview its giving me the error <b>"Error while using XML Iview, please contact your system administrator."</b>. I am using

The XML iView uses server-side fetching, so if you are having problems with a regular URL iView in server-side fetching mode, so the problem with the XML iVIew probably has to do with the proxy settings.
And since you got a 407 error, it seems there is an issue with proxy settings or the proxy server, as mentioned in this description of 407 error:
The HTTP 407 code only applies to users who are accessing the Internet behind a proxy server. This is common in government and corporate workplaces. The 407 code indicates that your computer must first authenticate itself with your company's proxy server. Check with your IT department or computer support group as to the exact reason why you may be getting this error. It may be possible that the proxy server does not allow downloads of specific files (exe, cab, com). You can also verify that your proxy server settings are valid.
I will check if I can find out any more specific info.

Satish is right, there exists bug for 11.1.0.6.
Look at metalink note 741984.1.
Bug number is 5872788 - there exists patch as well.

Hi Sekhar,
Make sure that you are setting the environment first by running Midtier_Home\ip\install\setenv.bat OR Midtier_Home\ip\install\setenv.sh (according to your OS). Run the resubmit command after executing this setenv file.
