Error:-While vendor master update

Hi,
Here issue is at the time of vendor master data update payment method is updated from DMT to DLP .
FK03 >> Environment >> Account changes >> All fields >> All changes
Shows other changes as home address,mobile number etc.
Can anyone tell me why with payment term other changes are coming in change log even if it was not done moreover what could be the possible solution so other changes will not appear in the change log.

Here the operation terminated due to error.
When checking the queue for data transfer to APO at least one entry with errors was found. This means that some of the data could not successfully be sent to APO.
Please check the queues in the qRFC monitor (SMQ1 if you are using outbound queues and SMQ2 in the target system if you are using inbound queues), then remove the cause of the error.
Afterwards restart the action.

This error repeats with all the data-packets.
what could be the reason of the error. how to correct the error.

We have exactly the same issue when loading the infoobject 0PM_ORDER, the datasource is 0PM_ORDER_ATTR.
The workaround we have been using is 'Manual push' from the details tab of the monitor. Weirdly we don't have this issue in our test and dev systems, even in Production, this doesn't occur somedays. We have all the necessary settings enabled in the infopackage.
Did you figure out a solution for your issue, if so please let me know and likewise I will.

Strange error while loading master data

Hi,
Has anybody seen the following error while loading master data?
6 duplicate record found. 886 recordings used in table /BI0/XCOSTCENTER
6 duplicate record found. 886 recordings used in table /BI0/PCOSTCENTER
and repeat again once (so total 4 lines of error message)
The update mode is "PSA and then in the infoobject (Package by Package)"
Surprisingly the step by step error analysis shows all green except in step "Processing error in Warehouse reported?" which is red. The over all status i.e. Total and Technical are both red.
It all means something went wrong but with the step by step error analysis all green even in the parts like "Processing successfully finished" and "All reported data packet received" I am confused.
To make matter more confusing there are no error records in corresponding PSA data package.
any comments would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Novice,
In your InfoPackage > Processing tab, select the option Only PSA and Update subsequently into Data Target, and also add the check mark for Ignore double data records. Then try the load again...it should be okay.

Caller-70 Error while loading master data into infoobject

I am getting following error while loading master data into infoobject (0tb-account). I am loading this master data in production environment for the first time. there are about 300000 records. All have got loaded upto PSA. Infopackage settings were PSA and then into data target.

Diagnosis
The data update was not finished. A short dump has probably been logged in BI. This provides information about the error.
System Response
"Caller 70" is missing.
ST22 dump analysis is as below:
Termination occurred in the ABAP program "GP476CZYBEF2WX53UZ8TXFG6XOS" - in
"VALUE_TO_SID_CONVERT_DB".
The main program was "RSMO1_RSM2 ".
Please help as soon as you can..Production problem....

May be IDOCs not processed completely,
Idoc Problem, Either wait till time out & process Idoc from detail monitor screen, or go to BD87 & process Idoc with status = YELLOW ( be careful while processing IDOCS from BD87, choose only relevant Idocs

Error while deleting master data (Message no. RSDMD118)

Dear all,
I am performing a test to create and delete new Company Codes in Consolidation Workbench.
Creation of new Company Codes went on successfully but deleting them give me the following error message upon saving:
Error while deleting master data
Message no. RSDMD118
Since they are new Company Codes, they have not been used and stored in any BW cubes. Any idea on why BCS prevents me from deleting them?
Appreciate assistance to troubleshoot and resolve this error.

I am sure those are not the case here as I deleted the Company immediately after creating it.
Just to make sure, I performed "Where-Used List" again and BCS confirmed that it is not being used anywhere:
Use of: Company UAT1 UAT Company 1
Number of Uses Found: 0
However, the same error message was displayed again after I tried to delete the Company and save the configuration. Still can't find any solid reason behind this.

Error while trying to update to ios 5

I keep getting an error while trying to update to iOS 5. I update iTunes this morning to the lastest version so I know that isn't the problem. I have tried restarting both my computer and my phone, but contine getting "The iPhone could not be restore. An unknow error occurred (3194)." PLease help! Thanks in advance

I am also getting the error 43 when the update tries to back the phone up. Im using the latest version of itunes. This is on an iphone4, I am in the UK.
I tried deleting all of the historical backups to see if a fresh backup folder helps. It did not.
Ive tried running iTunes in 'administrator' mode on my Windows 7 machine. This made no difference.
Ive tried putting the phone in airplane mode. No difference.
I tried getting it into restore mode just to see if it worked on a iphone4. However it did not seem to want to do it.
Im not not too sure about proceeding with this update as I done want to loose any of the apps I have. (or 3 my 3 stars in every angry birds level on all 3 versions of the game!!)

I understood ur problem, u r running the J1INCHLN when u r running this program . Program chks both the Table BSEG & WITH_ITEM they 2 field from BSEG-BUZEI & WITH_ITEM -J_1IBUZEI . if this 2 line item is not matching then system will show the same error which u have mentioned.
Whether this has occured first time or rarely it occurs, if first then just update the table WITH_ITEM for the field J_1IBUZEI with respect to BSEG-BUZEI for the TDS line item only. Make the changes with help of ur Internal consultant. write an update program.

Error while loading master data.

I am facing error while loading master data in a infoobject.
The error comes when I run DTP fo rloading data from PSA to infoobject.
The error wordings are : "MCK_PRDT1 : Data record 1 ('Bleach '): Version 'Bleach ' is not valid"
Please help me in understanding this Version errror and suggest a solution for this.

You can turn matching strategy in MDM Data manager for delete dublicate of records
and then use MDM Syndicator for export data to file and then load that file to BW
If you use OHD you cannot load from BW to MDM repository 10 records and unload only 5 because
in BW every record has unique key.
also you can use MDM ABAP or Java API for delete dublicate of records

BI 7.0 - Duplicate Record Error while loading master data

I am working on BI 7.0 and I am trying to load master data to an info object.
I created an Infopackage and loaded into PSA.
I created transformation and DTP and I get an error after I execute the DTP about duplicate records.
I have read all previous threads about duplicate record error while loading master data and most of the them suggested to check 'Ignore duplicate records' option in the infopackage. But in 7.0, I can only load to PSA with infopackage and it doesn't have any option for me to ignore duplicate records.
My data is getting loaded to PSA fine and I get this error while loading to info object using DTP.
I would appreciate your help to resolve this issue.

Getting the error "Error while trying to update record" when I try to force complete a plan in DAC

Hello Everyone ,
I am using OBIA 7.9.3.7 . One of my execution plan has finished executing all the tasks but it is still in running mode . When I try to force complete it , it gives the error " Error while trying to update record" . Upon checking the log file , I found the below errors :
MESSAGE:::ORA-04092: cannot COMMIT in a trigger
ORA-06512: at "DAC_CUSTSCM.ETL_FAIL_NOTOFICATION", line 9
ORA-04088: error during execution of trigger 'DAC_CUSTSCM.ETL_FAIL_NOTOFICATION'
EXCEPTION CLASS::: java.sql.SQLSyntaxErrorException
The Plan is in running state for past couple of days . I tried to re-start the DAC services , but again it gave the same error . Kindly suggest .

Replication Error with Vendor Master Records

Hello,
We are trying to replicate vendor master records from R/3 to SRM via BBPGETVD. When we go to SLG1, there is an error stating Business Partner XXXX: Invalid Value 0003 for field Authorization Group.
Currently, the AP dept. maintains the field Authorization Group in the Vendor Master Record 'Control' screen with a fixed value of 0003 (LFA1-BEGRU). When the replication occurs, SRM complains that this field value does not exist in a SRM customizing table or is a fixed value.
Do we need to implement the BBP_TRANSDATA_PREP BAdI to pass this value as a fixed value to replicate vendors?

Hi Friends,
   I have my scenario like this. I am working with Production server. When ever a request is created, it has to be sent for Vendor master data updates. then only a PO has to be created. The problem is the PO is created and the workflow is completed with out vendor master updates. When i check through SWI6 the step is just skipped. In the graphical view the steps vendor master update i.e tru descion and other wait step types are disappeared. but in the original workflow the steps are present. can any one pls help me in solving this?

Thanks for the reply. The process is like this :
   when once request is created , it will fetch the email id of the approver from LDAP
   Then 2 approval steps are there. first approval is not mandatory. second is mandatory and its having terminatting event.
After this Amendment descion will be there. on rejection of this descion it has to go and update vendor master. Until the amendments the process is going on. after this vendor master update will be there . it includes wait steps to finish the update. then PO has to be created. but from vendor descion to wait event the steps are disappeared when i checked in SWI6 for that user. pls help me.

Hi,
For Vendor Master using IDoc's for LSMW,Use Message Type = CREMAS and Basic Type = CREMAS05.
For Basic type 01,02,03...05 are versions which includes more fields in basic type so better use latest version.

Am getting an error while transfering Master data from SAP R/3 system ECC5.0 to SCM4.1 through Core Interface (CIF).
After creating an Integration model and while activating the same am getting the following error,

Am sorry for the delayed response. Well am using XI as integration engine for transfer of transactional data from R/3 to SCM4.1. I resolved this issue which was because of master data problem. Thanks for your input.
