Don't confuse the schema passwords with the passwords set for the web-based login as the lightweight user.
In fact there is no way to "check that the password is correct". Once you assign or set a password, it is MD5 hashed and is irreversible, so you can't look at anything to determine if the password is correct or not.
The WWC-41419 error indicates in fact that the password is wrong. Try one of the other seeded accounts, like portal30_admin/portal30_admin.
If you log on to portal30_admin successfully, then you can
1. go to the Administer tab;
2. click on Login Server Administration on the Services portlet;
3. click on Administer Users
4. enter portal30 in the Edit User box and click Edit
5. enter portal30_admin for the administrator's password (the account you're currently logged into)
6. enter the new password for portal30, and again to confirm
7. ok.

    Hi,
    Firstly, would you please post the result of running “ipconfig/all” on the DHCP server and domain controller?
    It seems that the DHCP server cannot be authorized in AD DS. Please make sure that the DHCP server is a domain member and try to ping the domain controller on the DHCP server.
    Best regards,

  • Log In Error : WWC-41439

    When trying to log in the Portal , I get the following error :
    Error: You cannot login because there is no configuration information stored in the enabler configuration table. (WWC-41439)
    What could be wrong ?
    Thanks.

    I got answer to my problem in the Troubleshooting Guide :
    Cause: The hostname specified in the httpd.conf file was written using capital letters. This prevents the SSO subsystem from finding a matching entry in the enabler configuration table.
    Solution: Modify the servername setting in the httpd.conf file so that the hostname uses all lowercase letters.

    hi aleem,
    can you check the permissions that the user/group has and the permissions that are set at the default home page for this user. it could be the case that either the default homepage for this user/group has been changed or the access rights on the default homepage have been changed.
    regards,

  • Account deactivated error WWC-41963

    After running 3.0 for a couple of days the portal30 acct. is now deactivated (WWC-41963). I receive the same error when attempting to login under portal30_admin (which I've read you can use to reset the PW activation parameters).
    Any suggestions?

    There are two potential causes for this error. First, someone has set the terminate date on the login user record and second, the account can be deactivated if a given number of failed login attempts are recorded. The first case requires an update to the underlying database. The second should resolve itself in a day. The login server unlocks the account again at that point.
    Which version are you running? 3.0.6.6.5 or 3.0.7.6.2?
