Dopo 2 giorni di utilizzo non si apre più il programma e esce una finestra con scritto:
"disinstallate e reinstallate il prodotto. Se il problema persiste contattate l'assistenza tecnica di adobe per supporto
e fate riferimento al codice di errore visualizzato nella parte inferiore di questa schermata.

non mi va di reinstallarlo siccome ci ho messo già una giornata intera e devo finire un lavoro utilizzando adobe illustrator entro 5 ore ... help

It may be a range of different things, I am afraid.
You may try the list, unless someone comes up with something brighter.
The following is a general list of things you may try when the issue is not in a specific file, and when it is not caused by issues with opening a file from external media. You may have tried/done some of them already; 1) and 2) are the easy ones for temporary strangenesses, and 3) and 4) are specifically aimed at possibly corrupt preferences); 5) is a list in itself, and 6) is the last resort.
If possible/applicable, you should save current artwork first, of course.
1) Close down Illy and open again;
2) Restart the computer (you may do that up to at least 5 times);
3) Close down Illy and press Ctrl+Alt+Shift/Cmd+Option+Shift during startup (easy but irreversible);
4) Move the folder (follow the link with that name) with Illy closed (more tedious but also more thorough and reversible), for CS3 - CC you may find the folder here:

5) Look through and try out the relevant among the Other options (follow the link with that name, Item 7) is a list of usual suspects among other applications that may disturb and confuse Illy, Item 15) applies to CC, CS6, and maybe CS5);

6) Uninstall (ticking the box to delete the preferences), run the Cleaner Tool (if you have CS3/CS4/CS5/CS6/CC), and reinstall.

Without proper system information and other details nobody can say much. Usually these errors mean that your system isn't compatible because the processor doesn't support specific operations or you run out of memory.

Error updating Illustrator CS6 now it can't be used

I tried to apply the latest updates to CS6 but the update to Illustrator failed with the error:

How can I get Illustrator CS6 to update? I get Installation error code U44M1P7

I have a windows 8.1 machine. When I installed Design Standard CS6, I got error messages for Illustrator CS6, Photoshop CS6 regular and Photoshop CS6 64-bit.
I checked for Adobe updates, and after installing all of these, I still get an error for Illustrator.
It tells me "Adobe Illustrator CS6 Update (version 16.0.3) Installation failed. Error Code: U44M1P7
From some of the other message boards, I have seen the thing to do is re-try the update.
I have done this three times, but Illustrator still has the same problem.
What can e done to troubleshoot? I am directed to contact customer care for this issue.

Uninstalling Illustrator CS6 and Prelude CS6 Mac Betas

I was on beta team of CS6 and before release this past week was experiencing an issue with Adobe Application Manager. A very unhelpful and uninformed Adobe Tech rep demanded that I uninstall all beta apps manually. I knew this was wrong but followed his advice. Now installing from the Creative Cloud and am getting error messages in Illustrator CS6 and Prelude CS6 installations that there are conflicting files. I cannot locate these conflicting files using Spotlight. All other apps installed without a problem. Since I removed all of these beta files, including uninstallers, manually (following the bad advice of about the worst tech rep I have ever experienced), I have no uninstallers to find these files. I recall that after the cs5 beta cycle, there were several clean-up scripts available to remove any residue of beta software. Does such a script exist or is there a different way to find and remove those conflicting files?

I apologize for the experience you had with our support representative. They were partly correct though with asking you to remove the beta version prior to installing the released version but you would have wanted to use the uninstallers. Problems installing Illustrator CS6 on OSX 10.8

Every time I try to install Illustrator CS6 on my Early 2009 17" MacBook Pro, the installation gets to around 85% or so and then jumps straight to 99% and then fails. I've noticed that the disk image is diappearing form my desktop and then failing. Photoshop, InDesign, etc. are all installing without problems. This is the error message I'm getting:

Then you have a permissions issue or some security tool is blocking these things. Turn off such stuff and verify your file permissions and user privileges.

Issue Installing Illustrator CS6

I purchased CS6 Design Standard Student & Teacher Edition for Mac through Amazon (Digital Download) and everything seemed to install properly except for Illustrator. I've tried to read through some support but I'm pretty lost. Here is what the summary says in regards to why Illustrator failed:

I've tried to uninstall and install again, but that hasn't worked for me.

Adobe Illustrator CS6 Update

I was trying to update my CS 6 Design Premium and got error message:
Adobe Illustrator CS6 Update (version 16.0.3)
Installation failed. Error Code: U44M1P7
Extension Manager 6.0.4 Update
Installation failed. Error Code: U44M1P7
What can I do?

I tried both using Adobe application manager and manual install, both of them failed.
Worst now I can not start my Illustrator CS 6 at all.
Here is screen shot of a message I am getting when I am trying to launch Illustrator.
It is very annoying, I paid premium for the product which is gives me trouble since I upgraded to Creative Suite 6 Design Premium

If you look at the install fail log , then it is written

The payload is for the Illustrator CS6 Core 16.0.0.0 , hence it is not for the update but the core installation of the Illustrator.
The reason of the fail is at the time of installation the installor was unable to preserve the original file at "/Applications/Adobe Illustrator CS6/Adobe Illustrator.app/Contents/Frameworks/AdobeCrashReporter.framework/Adob eCrashReporter" ,
So , on running the Cleaner tool , the "Illustrator.app" got deleted and on re-running the installation , it worked because a fresh illustrator.app was written.
