Errors after trying to install apps from creative cloud?
everything was going fine when i was downloading the apps and then bam i cant install because of errors anyone know why

I'm not disrespecting you, I'm trying to make best use of your time and mine. I'm sure you have great expertise in other areas, but I need great professional expertise in this area. I'm sure you'd want the same if you were the customer." If the tech stalls, DEMAND the supervisor or manager.
* When you're connected to the next higher-level person, repeat he request that they read the case notes first, then ask them to ESCALATE the case to the highest-level experienced person.

When trying to install apps from app store it does not prompt an apple id and after 15 minutes says "cannot connect to itunes store".
Your Apple ID may be greyed out because of restrictions. Settings>General>Restrictions>Allowed Changes>Accounts. If you set that restriction, your ID will be greyed out. Nobody can make changes to the account without entering the passcode to change disable the restriction.
Maybe something in here will help, even though this is not exactly what you are experiencing.

Uninstalling a single app from creative cloud
I am trying to uninstall a single app from creative cloud, specifically Photoshop CS6, however the only items listed in Add/Remove Programs is Creative Cloud. I am using Windows 8.1 and all the apps are listed under the Creative Cloud application. Is their a repair application or some other method to uninstall the unwanted apps.
Alltehscreennamesareunava do you use some type of registry cleaner or system optimizer which may have already removed the entry? Also to confirm you are looking in Programs and Features and not Add/Remove Programs?
I would also recommend reviewing CC desktop lists applications as "Up to Date" when not installed - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/aam-lists-removed-apps-date.html which discusses similar behavior to what you are currently experiencing. -

How to uninstall apps from Creative Cloud App and reinstall it on your computer and CC App?
Sorry, my English is not good. I have a Creative Cloud app on my computer. I used the CC applications such as Ps, Pr, Au ... of two days, but I had to do a system restore two weeks back. Nope that's not it, I always use that particular ID, but the @me.com portion of the Apple ID is missing when trying to download from the App Store on the Phone.
It is grayed out inside the App Store app so I can't change it there and I already changed it in the settings.
The entire Apple ID is fine in the Settings so I don't get why the App Store ID is different and missing information.
