Errors in mix radio

Well i have given around 5 to 6 feedback to nokia regarding mix radio these are the problems which i am having 1-cant download any songs it is showing payment failed try again 2- even if download is completing it showing it pending. 3-app is working little bit slow.

What's your phone's model? Where did you purchase your phone? Where are you located? Do you have an active Nokia MixRadio subscription? Which connection are you using when registering to the service (Wi-Fi/cellular data)?
If you have an active Nokia MixRadio unlimited downloads subscription, this error is most likely due to connectivity issues. Please try to exit the app by pressing the Back key until the device Home screen is displayed. Then re-open the application and try again. If the problem persists, try using a faster network connection, e.g. Wi-Fi.
If you do not have an active Nokia MixRadio unlimited downloads subscription, then the device you are using is not enabled for the service.

I am feeling absilutely dejected to have bought a Lumia 820.
It has been a year and over but still Nokia has not been able to provide solutions to generic and chronic problems. I have been asking for solution to the music problem since a year but no answer but today at last when i visited nokia care centre (Bohra Communications, Navrangpura, Ahmedabad) IT WAS A COMPLETE LET DOWN ! The guy who received me was a total Noob and illitrate and also all engineers (They didnt even know Amber, Black and whether it can be rolled back or not One guy asked another "Boss can we have Amber in 820 after Reset?. They just did not know anything. I am proud that I have more knowledge about updates and firmwares of my handsets.
My chronic problem was MUSIC ( Duplicating/ Dissappearing / Showing errors etc etc)
My music (downloaded from Nokia music only gets lost, shows errors and moves to other storage folder. I had "Lumia Black" updated OTA.
I bought this lumia for the free music subscription for a year and the person at the service centre said it is wrong. Whatever, but he said that the issue was with subscription. He did not understand that errors "c00d36c4" "player error" etc are not because of subscription but are bugs .....
My phone has been reset (hard reset) for more than 5 times in past month and thats what i do all day. NOKIA IS GREAT !! However just an hour back the Bohra communication care centre again did the same. What the HECK is happening ?
FORGET GETTING SOLUTION, PEOPLE DO NOT EVEN LISTEN AND UNDERSTAND.
I am desparately seeking to throw this NOKIA + MICROSOFT junk away and opt for other.
What did I gain buying a MS Nokia product ? No music since over a year and now additionally after reset the backup also is lost. Last time I did I had to update 23 apps and this time its down to only 8 apps !!!!

I am constantly getting the problem you talk about in your second para. I don't experience it if I'm playing Nokia's own Offline selections, but it has been happening constantly over the past few weeks if I use the Create A Mix selections that I have downloaded for offline listening.
Recently both the Offline Mixes and Create A Mix selections reduced themselves suddenly to four or five tracks only in each Mix! Like you, I had to delete everything and download all again. Chews up my data allowance.
Nokia's offline mixes don't appear to download using a free WiFi connection - is that normal? I really have to watch my data allowance. Offline mixes will now expire after 10 days it seems.
Altogether Nokia Mix Radio appears to be full of bugs. I hope their software people are reading...

Mix Radio Log in issue

Dear expert, im unable to log in my mix radio apps with my nokia account, getting error that "NETWORK PROBLEMS"- we couldn't complete that operation, try again later......bt there is no any network issue in my phne, pls tell me what I've to do...??????

Try from WiFi, if that don't work, turn off your WiFi and try again from your cellular data connection. If that fails, there is a Mix Radio app on the PC side, for Windows 8, 8.1, and 10 available in the Windows Store.

Mix Radio in German

Hi,
My Nokia Music Mix Radio stations are all in German. I've checked every setting on my device (Lumia 1020) and on my Nokia Account but everything is set to English UK. I have a UK sim and live in London and location is turned.
Anyone else experienced this? I tried deleting my Nokia Account and creating a new one but that still didn't help.

Hi, VENKATraj. Are you still unable to sign in your Nokia account and download songs? If yes and you're getting an error message whenever you try signing in, please provide. Does it happen regardless of the internet connection you are using? Where are you located? Are you able to download before without any issues?

Does Lumia 730 come with a 3 month Mix Radio subsc...

I am located in India and I recently bought a LUMIA 730 phone (3 weeks back) and I read on internet that LUMIA phones get a 3 month free subscription of MIX RADIO application.
I launched MIX radio application on my phone, created new Nokia account from the app itself but then later when I tried downloading a song I get this error message
"There seems to be a problem with downloads but you can still listen to 100's of curated mixes. For further information go to the help section(?) which can be found on the app home screen"
Does LUMIA 730 come with a free 3 month subscription of mix radio ? If yes, why am I not able to download songs.

That is probably just a generic error message and you might not ever know what is causing it. Assuming that you have been able to play live radio with the app in the past (I know nothing about the app) and assuming that all other Internet related functions (Safari, email, etc.) are working properly on your iPad, quit the app completely and reboot your iPad.
Go to the home screen first by tapping the home button. Double tap the home button and the recents tray will appear with all of your recent apps displayed at the bottom. Tap and hold down on any app icon until it begins to wiggle. Tap the minus sign in the upper left corner of the app that you want to close. Tap the home button or anywhere above the task bar.
Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.
If that fails to resolve the issue, you might want to reboot your router, unplug it for about 30 seconds and then plug it in again.

FRM - 40212 / FRM - 40222 error on a radio group during query

Hi all,
This is my first post so please bear with me if I haven't provided sufficient information or am unclear at all.
I'm using Forms Builder (Web) on a 10g Database. I have a number of database and non-database items as part of a data block.
My problem is that, when I enter a value in any field and click the query button, I get a FRM-40212 Invalid value for field error on my radio group (disabled, non-database item that is programatically populated in the post-query and list-changed triggers only). When I click ok, I get a FRM-40222 Disabled Item Failed Validation error on the same radio group.
This does not happen if I click the 'Enter Query' button before entering values into fields, however I don't want my users to encounter this error if they try to query without clicking on 'Enter Query' first.
I'd like to know why exactly does this error happen - what does it mean?
I've read in other forums that setting the item's Required property to false solves this issue. But how can I do this with a radio group? And if it's not possible, does anyone have any suggestions for other workarounds?

Hi,
You can avoid this by setting 'Mapping of other values' to the one fo the radio buttons value.Like if you have to radio button radio1 and radio2 associated with radio group R1 ,then set any radio buttons initial value to this 'Mapping of other values' property of radio button R1.You won't see this error.
This error occurs because your loading a screen without assigning a value to the radio button.

I would like to know the reason behind revising and free music download subscription to 6 months without any notice. When the phone was bought, free subscription was given for an year.

Now I am getting pop up "Activation Problem : .....see attachemnt" Its very disappointing and shocking that one of the encouraging features in Lumia720 (Nokia Mix Radio) suddenly stops working instead of providing service for 1 Year. Initially this sudden seizure spoiled our mental peace, forcing us to try re-installation and discussions until I read some comment in Support page. Nokia Music: Mix Radio, Store, Gigs options disapp...

I have been using Nokia Music on Lumia 710 without an issue until today when I launched it and options for mix radio, store & gigs disappeared. I uninstalled the app and re-downloaded it.
On launching it, all options became available but disappeared again after a few seconds. Any subsequent launch without re-downloading doesn't show the options. Only my Music & Settings appear.
What could be the issue? Am running Nokia Music vs 3.1.0.0 on OS Version 7.10.8773.98; Firmware 1600.3031.8773.12121.
Any assistance will be appreciated.

You can find release information on the new version of Nokia Music in this post. As of v3.x it is no longer possible to bypass the terms and conditions you agree on when using Nokia Music and use it in a region where the service (either Nokia Music and/or Mix Radio) are not available. See the list of countries where available in the post mentioned above.

Nokia music update no longer carries mix radio fea...

Hello I am a little disturb after coming to realize that the recent update for the Nokia Music app does not consist the mix radio feature on my phone that was one my favourite things that I had liked about it including the option of having offline radio music available in your phone was just superb but now that I no longer have access to that it kills me. So can you please help me fix this issue.

Have you possibly bouhgt your phone abroad? What I'm thinking about is if there is some domestic laws there where you live that causes this? If that's not the case, maybe you should back up all your personal stuff from your phone and then reset it (settings-> about-> reset your phone).

Nokia Mix Radio+ subscription doubt

Can someone please clear few of my doubt regarding using nokia mixradio.
First of this is when Nokia write statement like this
"Listen to Nokia MixRadio – unlimited FREE music mixes to play now or download for later."

What does it mean ?
As per my understanding I can play at least mixes without having a subscription plan. Is it correct ?
In no than its too bad to advertise like that, but as always customer won't be able to anything about it other than regrating buying Mobile from Nokia.
Now comes the few more doubt. If I plan to buy the MixRadio+ subscription plan than,
Will I be allowed to have only offline mixes or more at a time?
Will streaming available in HD quality also or only SD quality ?
I am fan of Mix Radio and even willing to buy subscription but only if these two restriction ( limited offline mixes and poor sd quality audio) are not there.

Provided that you are in India, the link refers to the Nokia Music Unlimited service. This is a music service which allows the user to download unlimited music files from the Nokia Music Store within a specific period of time (3, 6, and 12 months). To avail this, your phone must have the supported variant (India & China only) and the user is using the service within the supported territory/country.
The other Nokia Music service is Nokia MixRadio+ which supports the following feature:
- Skip an unlimited number of tracks while listening to mixes
- Save an unlimited number of mixes for offline listening
- Stream mixes with higher-quality audio
- View lyrics (when available) while listening to music on my music or MixRadio

Mix radio is available in India. May we know if you are using a local SIM card? If yes, you may try to re-insert the SIM card and then check it again. Does your Nokia account's country/region set in India? To verify this, log in to your account through this link:
https://account.nokia.com/
Please make sure that the phone's country/region is set in India as well. If it's different, try to change it and then reboot your phone.

I own a nokia lumia 720 and i have been using mix radio since i installed it and till I update my phone to Black. But now im getting notification every time I tried to download/ listen to online playlist. I have tried re-installation and many resets. I have a registered nokia account.
pls help to get access to download again..
