Errors in Support Group ? -- E-Recruiting

We see this error in SLG1. Is this regarding support groups? We did not do any config for support groups? What is this error?
Serious error; see log

No candidate could be found for US IM47
The error occured in program CL_HRRCF_CANDIDATE===========CM003 line 361
Can you help us?

First part of the error:
I think this might be because a support group which hasn't been created or has been deleted is assigned to requisition(s). You can search for these requisitions in HRP5131 by specifying the field SCLAS as NG and the field SOBID as 50000889. Then you can maintain the support team of these requisitions to delete the support group which is leading to this error.
Second part of the error:
You are getting this error because user IM47 is not linked to a candidate object in the e-Recruiting System. You can resolve this by doing the following:
Run program RCF_CREATE_USER through tcode SE38 or SE80 to create a candidate for user IM47.
I hope this will help...

Download the Windows Installer CleanUp utility from the following page (use one of the links under the "DOWNLOAD LOCATIONS" thingy on the Major Geeks page):

To install the utility, doubleclick the msicuu2.exe file you downloaded.

    Hi,
I was working on EJB wrapped on existing .sqlj file. It was
    giving me error like

  • E-Recruitment where Support Group description is stored in SAP Backend

    Hello Experts,
I am not able to find the desription of SUPPORT GROUP in E-Rec tables in backend.
Can you pls help me with your ideas and experiences.
    Thanks in Advance
    Gita

    Hello,
The title and the description of support groups are stored in KW with DOCIDs SGR_DESCRIPTION and SGR_TITLE. You can execute class CL_HRRCF_HRKWF_STORAGE > READ_INFTY_TEXT and put the HRP5151 information for the support group for testing. In the NG classes, this is from CL_HRRCF_SUPPORT_GROUP_PL > READ_SUPPORT_GROUP. Even myself initially I thought I would find the Title text in HRP1000 but it does not get saved there. The is the same case with Talent Groups as well.

  • How to get a response from the support group ?

I`ve been trying to get help to actually download Adobe elements.
When I put in my details for purchase - the system says "system error". I phoned the support group and was told that the charge on my card had gone through and they were waiting for a response from me.
    I queried "what response"and since then - nothing !
Not happy.... and this has now been going on two days and multiple entries to customer care....
I`m open to ideas - either I can download it, or cancel the transaction.

Many thanks - yes I tried that and I`m getting no response to any of the customer care queries I put in.
They took 5 hours to respond to the "chat" by which time I`d gone to do something else.
    I`ll keep trying them.
    Thanks for your help.

    (1) Download the Windows Installer CleanUp utility installer file (msicuu2.exe) from the following Major Geeks page (use one of the links under the "DOWNLOAD LOCATIONS" thingy on the Major Geeks page):
    http://majorgeeks.com/download.php?det=4459
    (2) Doubleclick the msicuu2.exe file and follow the prompts to install the Windows Installer CleanUp utility. (If you're on a Windows Vista or Windows 7 system and you get a Code 800A0046 error message when doubleclicking the msicuu2.exe file, try instead right-clicking on the msicuu2.exe file and selecting "Run as administrator".)
    (3) In your Start menu click All Programs and then click Windows Install Clean Up. The Windows Installer CleanUp utility window appears, listing software that is currently installed on your computer.
    (4) In the list of programs that appears in CleanUp, select any Bonjour entries and click "Remove", as per the following screenshot:
    (5) Quit out of CleanUp, restart the PC and try another iTunes install. Does it go through properly this time?

  • ERecruitment - How are support groups created?

Prior to support packs we maintained support team groupings in the following IMG location:  SAP E-Recruiting -> Technical Settings -> User Administration -> Define User Lists for Support Team
This IMG config no longer exists and it appears this has been replaced with support groups.  Where are support groups configured?
    Thanks,
    Jeff

    Hi,
generating direct links to bsp applications is not the common way for e-recruting. Creating support groups is an administrator task so you find the link to the application on the standard admin startpage (ID 0004). If you plan to have your admin / key user maintaining the support groups in production you should include the link in your customer startpage, too.
As you mention the old version prior to EhP3. If you used the former group customizing be sure to migrate the old lists to the new support groups.
    Rgds.

  • Support Groups in e rec

    Hi,
When a Recuitment Administrator is trying to access Support Groups under User Maintenance he is getting an error, "No authorization for Support Groups". Our HR and basis team have confirmed that all the necessary roles have been assigned.
Please provide with the necessary steps that need to be performed or the necessary roles that need to be assigned to rectify this issue. Also we cannot provide all roles in production system.
    Regards,
    Piyush.

You need to check in object P_RCF_WDUI if the application ERC_A_ADMIN_SUPP_GROUP is assigned. In object P_RCF_STAT, you need to be authorized for object NG. You can also check if you have authorization for the user groups in S_USER_GRP.

  • Apple Support Group - Sussex, England

    Hi there,
I live in California and recently donated my old G3 Blueberry laptop (running Panther) to my mother in Sussex, England. She is having problems getting online - a modem error apparently - and I was wondering if there are any Apple Support Groups in Sussex, England (near Brighton), or service centers. She is willing to pay for service. Any suggestions? Everyone around her seems to only offer M$ support. I did a Google search but didn't really come up with anything.
    Thanks in advance.

  • Query to view the support group of a generated ticket in the Database, not the Data Warehouse

    Hi,
I need a query to view the support group of a generated ticket, but the query must be useful in the only Database (I don't know what happened in the DW, could be a issue).
    Please help me,
    Greetings!

it's "possible", in the same way that low temperature fusion and space elevators are "possible". There's nothing conclusively ruling it out, but not something you want to attempt on your own under a time constraint.
The "Active" ServiceManager database is a 5th or 6th normal form dynamic software defined snowflake schema representitive object database. Updating the database directly is strictly unsupported, and
Travis has discouraged people from even trying to read from it. a college of mine does service manager and operations manager databases at a 400+ level full time, and after 2+ years of doing it, he
almost understands the operational database. it's WELL beyond me, and I do Service Manager basically full time.
That being said, if you are brave and only looking for some basic data, you might be able to tease some things out with the SQL management studio and a good grasp of SQL syntax.
for a production environment, you're much better off fixing the DW.

  • Error checking transport group configuration in System BQS

    Hi Everyone,
I made a client export from Production to Quality. It went successfully,, I noted the requests numbers and transported them from PRD to Quality, but while transporting there was a tp error(which i did not note), next i went to the quality import queue and saw all the 3 requests had come. But when i click the adjust queue icon im getting the following error message "Error checking transport group configuration in System BQS" .  Afterwards i tried to delete the requests from quality to retransport  from production but still im not able to delete those requests from quality. Can anyone help me solve this.
    Regards,
    Rahul

    Hello Rahul,
    regarding the error message:
"Error checking transport group configuration in system"
It's mostly related to the TMSADM RFC destination. Kindly follow the below mention steps:
    1. Logon to client 000 with user DDIC.
    2. STMS   > System   > Overview   > Select the system in which you are logged in   > Click on the menu says EXTRAS   > Generate RFC Destinations
Perform the above steps in all the systems configure in your TMS. This should resolve the issue.
    Best regards,
    Tomas Black
