Errors in webview report, ccm 4.1(2) ipcce 6.0

Hi all
sometimes report shows
abandoned calls
with the same duration 5 min 14 sec
the caller hears prompt
then a single beep
and then silence
then the caller rings again
and after prompt the agent answers the call normally
ccm 4.1(2) ipcce 6.0
see enclosed file
when I monitor each step in script
I do not see this call in queue, and
looks like an agent answered

i got some R&D in some one of my colleagues with same application war, it was there then working.
at that end also Tomcat & Jdk were same.
at the last i found that some time before, there was a Tomcat 5 window installed server at my machine.
I had removed that properly and checked the CLASSPATH & PATH before facing my myFaces 1.2 problem.
next with some guesses i installed again Tomcat 6 window installer, and now myfaces 1.2 listener problem resolved.
i guess earlier it was taking some association with past Tomcat 5.
now can you advices me some tips to overcome this kind of tomcat environment related problems in future,
also i want to run same with Tomcat 6 Bin installed server also.

    I'm currently experiencing a problem when a supervisor (which has a webview reporting ID
    in the active directory) tries to generate a Call Type report. It shows the following

    "There are no items available, because you are not authorized to view this data or the

    The help file suggests me to check on the User's list under Security menu in Configure ICM.
    I've tried looking at the in the AW configuration manager --> Configure ICM,
    but I dont see any option for me to "choose Users from the Security menu."
    I've also double checked under the <domain_name>_IPCC_Webview group, and this
    supervisor domain login ID is inside this group.
    Any advise on where i can start troubleshooting this problem is much appreaciated. Thanks.

    No can do.
    But CUIS collections and user associations solve all these problems.
    As far as the Supervisor Webview account goes, I ended up creating a WebView user for each Supervisor, and the Supervisors never used the Webview user created by agent promotion, because of the silly restrictions to seeing just the team reports. They needed to see the real time Call Type reports to see the queued calls on the call types.
    CUIS addresses this and although the learning curve is steep, the results appear to be worth it. Don't invest too much energy in WebView.

    Hello Guys, my name is Eric and i work with Cisco IPCC, but in order i have problem with the Webview Reporting, becaus when i try to see a Real-Time Reporting, happens a error: "Invalid characters entered. Close browser and run WebView again. ". I try to restart the browser, but failed. So, i reinstall the application, but unsuccessfully appered this message again. Anybody can help me?

    My user gets this error when running a specific reports of ICM WebView Report .I have version 7.5.1. of ICM

    Couple of questions:
    1. Are you facing the issue only for the Agtskg24 report or for the other reports too?
    2. Did you try pulling out the reports for all the agents? If so, can you try out in groups?
    Also, try restarting the Jaguar service in the AW

    We are running on UCCE 8.x comprehensive setup. On an average in a week we get around 20 call errors in the webview report. Also, I had read a Cisco document stating different scenarios for call errors. I would like to know what will happen to a particular call if it is incomplete, etc and how to minimize the call error by providing high customer satisfaction

    Do one thing just check in tcode - SE01
    and enter your TR No. in first tab..
    Now in the TR expand and double click on the task no.
    Here you will get list of objects to be transported to with this TR..
    Just whether you TR includes entry for your screen

    If both the case is not application...then the screen has slipped from the TR and has to be transported  in separate request..
    Just check TR and let me known ...based on ur response we can move ahead..

    In that case I have changed the query to run the report. first of all i create a view following the query and build the report using a simple select query. that's etc. my report running fine now.

    I am getting below error while publishing reports from BW to BO.

    The mixed unit values will be displayed as * (by default unless its changed).
    ERR comes if unit is not maintained.

    KP26 is used to Price Activity types in a cost center. Pricing activity types (besides giving labor cost) resolves the error message in CK11n concernng activity types not defined for a cost center.

  • Error with Member Report

    HI Gurus,
    I have a dimension with single hierarchy, I am able to process the dimension and view the members in a hierarchy on the excel.
    On the admin tool under dimension -> Maintain dimension members -> View member Report gives an error that member report cannot be reviewed because of a circular reference and the application terminates. I am able to perform this activity for rest of the dimensions.
    Any insight on this.

    When you select the Dimension, Maintain Dimension Members, the Excel file opens, then click the View Member Report, do you get the interface box that allows you to select the dimension hierarchy and properties to add to your report, or do you get the error only?  If you are getting the box called Make Report, and the information in the box states, cannot generate report, Error, there is a problem in the member which may indicate a circular reference, then there IS an issue with your hierachy and memberset.  I am suprised that the file processes, but I would guess there a bad reference in the existing hierarchy. 
    My advice would be to take a portion of the dimension file, (ie delete some of the hierarchy), process it and test to see if you can build a report.  Once you get to a point where the report may be built successfully, then add back in portions of the hierarchy until you get or find the error or portion of the file that will not allow for a report to be build.  This may be an extreme test, but it should help narrow down the place where the report or hierarchy fails.  I have tested examples in my system, and the report will not be constructed if the dimension is not processed succesfully.

  • CRVS2010 Beta - Error: No valid Report Source is available

    I am new to using crystal reports in .NET so any (un-jargoned) help is much welcomed and appreciated.
    I am implementing an web application on a Windows XP machine using VS2010 and have downloaded and installed the CR4VS2010 beta 2 and the CRforNET40_x86.  All installed OK with no errors.
    I have embedded a crystal report viewer into my web page and have populated a dataset (myDS) successfully from my SQL server connection earlier in the code.
    The report (stoppages.rpt) is an untyped report stored in a separate folder and has 2 datetime parameters to pass in.  When I run the web app it runs fine until the parameter boxes appear - I enter 2 valid date values into the parameter boxes when I hit OK I get an error - No valid report source is available.
    My code is shown below - I have searched other forums and it was suggested to put in the session.add part but the error occurs with or without this bit in...

    However I think I have found a work-around solution to setting the parameters programmatically rather than use the crystal report viewer pop-up boxes.  I am posting my code to help anyone else who might be experiencing the same problems:

    DateFrom and DateTo are the parameter names within my crystal report.
    It seems to be working fine, it stops the crystal report viewer from displaying the parameter pop-up box which stops the error occurring.  However, the error still occurs when you want to interact with the report in other ways, ie page navigation, group tree navigation.  It still allows me to print, export and zoom in and out, so I will have to disable some buttons and features until this error is resolved - the search continues!
