Hi,
We are using extended classic scenario.
Currently we are carrying out SUS configuration.
When i try to register the SUS vendor through the link it gave an error like
Errors: Structure : No agent found.

Hello,
Please check the entries in BBP_BACKEND_DEST table. The local system should point only to SRM system/client.
You cannot have more than one local system.
Change the same and also re-check the customizings done in your system. Then run srmsus_selfreg application afterwards.

For mass mutations in PPOME we drag and drop Employees from one to the other place.
When we make a new organizational unit in the future, for example 30.12.2008, this isn't really a problem.
Then we put an employee on this organizational unit at 30.12.2008.
This won't work, and the system refers to Infotype 1 of the PA data.
SAP returns; Structure 01 O: No agent found.
When we put the employee at an organizational unit in present (on a OU which already exists for a longer time) there is no problem.
anyone an idea?? This one's wurth max points for the right answer.

Hi, thanks for your answer, but we already use PA40 for regular changes.
When there is a large piece of our concern is changing, PA40 is just too slow.
In stead of transfer each person with PA40 and fill a procedure for these people. We use PPOME to transfer multiple employees to another Organizational Unit.
We know there will not be a procedure of that action, that is not really a problem.
The real problem is the error message "No agent found" when updating Infotype 0001 of the PA Record.
This has worked for us, but now we are working with workflows, planning on qualifications and more.
If someone has got a suggestion to find the key to our problem, feel free to reply.

BPM Error - No Agent found

Hi All,
I am getting the dreaded "No Agent" found in my BPM. Scenario is :
1> Receive interface from SAP
2> Send it to another system. Correlation is activated here.
3> Wait for Ack step from other system. There is a deadline in this step and if ack not recvd within the deadline time, cancel the process. This is created as another block (named as "Ack" block) and receive step is used to get the ack. I have used the correlation ID from the send step here.
I have checked the SXI_cache for my process and return code is 0.
Message is successfully delivered to other system but there is an error (Red Flag) in the first step (IDOC to PE) in the "Outbound Status" column in MONI. This is the "Ack" block
Can any one suggest what is the problem ?

Your BPM is like this?
1) receive step
2) send step async, activate correlation
3) block - receive step, use correlation, deadline branch (control step:cancel process) - end block
4) send step ??!?
With IDOC to PE, you are saying that the error appears when XI is trying to send the IDOC (outbound message) to the Process Engine, that is to the BPM? or does the problem occurs when the ACK returns to the BPM?

LSMW- Error :No target structure could be found.

Hi All,
In LSMW I'm using Business Object BUS1001006 and Method SAVEDATA.
Which is working fine in Development system and Testing system. But the problem is in the production system.
At the 4th step (Maintain Structure Relation )in LSMW I'm getting an error ' No target structure could be found. '.
It would be thankful if any one could suggest me how can we solve this problem?

ok....fine....seems lke i found ur problem .
For using a bapi , u need to create ale message type ( tcode bdbg ) . Aftercreating message for this BAPI, the server will generate a new ALE idoc message type, and function inbound and outbound to handle this kind of idoc.
Next, you can configure the LSMW for BAPI ,(if you don't do the first step, the BO can't been choosen in the LSMW).
Then you choose the business object and method appropriately. The target structure of this LSMW scenario is the IDOC type of you create for this BAPI.
Remaining steps are like in normal lsmw .
You have to maintain settings for inbound processing of idoc in each server seperately . Check wt u have done in dev\test server for inbound processing . Repeat the same in production server .

LSMW-Error Msg:No target structure could be found

I was trying to upload data for 0000.0001,0002 using LSMW,
first 3 steps are recorded, but when i reach the the 4th step , m getting an error msg :No target structure could be found.could u plz suggest y this error is coming and where to maintain the target structure.

U made the structure in the step2 and step3 thats fine
Now you are at step3 u r uploading or adding by ur own all the fields to structure
I mean to say did you able to see it?
Create a structure you can find all the structure fields at the time of creation of recording
Means
You can view that go to the first Step --- Execute it and display/change it -
Overview -
you can see the recorded struc -
double click on that to view whole struc.
Now you have to make the structure in the notepad according to the fields you have recorded only what you have to change not default.

Unknown structure 'ns0:MT_dbglgtr_FileName' found in document'

I have other problem.
The receiver channel communication gives the next error:
Exception in XML Parser (format problem?):'java.lang.Exception: Message processing failed in XML parser: 'Conversion configuration error: Unknown structure 'ns0:MT_dbglgtr_FileName' found in document', probably configuration error in file adapter (XML parser error)'.
I haven't empty node and any condition.

Exception Structure Field not Found

Hi all!
I'm having a strange trouble with a webdynpro app.
I have a BAPI with a structure as an Input parameter, and another structure as an Output parameter, as well as the Return table.
I imported the model to my app, created the custom controller, added the fields to the view, everything seems all right, but when I deploy and run the app, I get the exception that the field Versn of the Output structure is not found:

HU_CREATE_GOODS_MOVEMENT returned error structure question

FM HU_CREATE_GOODS_MOVEMENT has two error structures that are returned:
ES_MESSAGE TYPE HUITEM_MESSAGES
ET_MESSAGES TYPE HUITEM_MESSAGES_T
In the development process, I'm forcing errors; some are returned in ES_MESSAGES, some are returned in ET_MESSAGES.
Does anyone know the purpose of the two error structures?
Is anyone aware of what errors go in which structure?

CAUFVD gets initialized result in dump with error Production ord not found

Hi All,
We want to make change of start date and end date of a production order via CO02 (Production order change). Based on these changes we want to update an existing a Purchasing Planned Order Start Dt and Finsih Dt (MD12)
We are using Enhancement component (PPCO0007) : Exit when saving production order
Within this exit we are using BAPI_PALNNEDORDER_CHANGE to update some other purchasing planned order dates.
The BAPI_PALNNEDORDER_CHANGE is executing succesfully however the production order structure (CAUFVD) gets initialized resulting in dump with error Production order not found
How can we update and save a purchased planned order and also the production order

Exception condition ORDER_NOT_FOUND raised.
include = LCOBPU16.
Row No: = 21.

We also give brief details on what is happening:
My exit calls from Standard (LCOZVU01) :

When BAPI for planned order is executed within the exit, the structure (caufvd) values are found refreshed. This structure is further updating the production order.

instead of myStructure("ARCHIV_ID") = G_csDefaultRepository
declaring bapiControl, logonControl and functions as Object, and instanciating them with CreateObject(...)

(which gave me a "Collection member not found" error) ...

Handling decision step when no agents found

Hi Experts,
I have copied the standard decision step and also made it as a General Task. As in few scenarios, the users can have multiple managers, I have used multiline container element in the agent assignment under 'Expression'. This all works fine if atleast one agent is found.
Though not normal, I need to handle scenario where no agent is found.
Currently my workflow is sending workitem to all users whenever no user is found which is not ideal.
I expected the workflow would stop saying no agents found, but curently the workflow doesnot stop at decision step.
Is there any possibility where we can hold the workflow at decision step when no agents is found.
Please help.
Note: we have cleanup reports run by administrator to complete all the workflows with no agents.

There is nothing wrong with having it go into error status - that would alert the workflow admin that something has to be done, and it's easy to locate the workitem (with SWI2_DIAG). You can also easily set up the system to mail the workflow admin when this happens.
But anyway, if that's what you really want, you could change the task so that it's not a General Task and define the possible agents more restrictively so that it will just end up under the category "workitems without agents". You'll have to research how to do this, I almost always use General Task.

Sshd error while deploying agent to remote host

Hi,
Am getting the following error while deploying agent to remote host.
SSH Setup failed on nodes: localhost. SSH setup failed because of any of the following reasons:
sshd has gone down while doing SSH setup.
The platform of the provided hosts may be incorrect. Please verify it.
Fix above problems and Continue OR do manual ssh setup running command: "<OMS_HOME>/sysman/prov/resources/scripts/sshUserSetupNT.sh -hosts "user-pc" -user karthick -localPlatformGrp win -asUser SYSTEM [-asUserGrp root] -sshLocalDir \.ssh -homeDir $HOME". Check the log file at <OMS_HOME>\sysman\prov\agentpush\2011-08-18_10-45-16-AM\logs\sshSetup2011-08-18_11-19-21-AM.log for more information.
I tried the following from both the host and working fine.
ssh host1 date from host2
ssh host2 date from host1
When I try to do the manual ssh setup running the cmd

Lsmw by Idoc creation-NO Target Structure Cound be Found

I m Naveen. i m facing a problem in LSMW. i m having huge data of inforecords and i m using LSMW for uploading.
i m create LSMW by IDOC processing and i m stopped at 4th step where i have to "Maintain Structure Relations" but the target structure is not coming and it not allow to go inside the tab and gives Error "NO Target Structure Cound be Found". kindly sugget me what to do.

Not in SCOT, If you read carefully i said,
setup the Relay Agent in your SMTP server
For example if you use MS Exchange you need to do the config there... If you ask your Mail Admin he will know what you're talking about.

Hp 5535 will not scan, error message printer not found

I have a HP Envy 5535. I have only been able to scan one time with it. I scanned 22 documents, after running HP Scan Doc 4.4. Each time the HP Scan Doc states that everything is OK, yet as soon as I try to do even a test scan, I get the error message "Printer not found." I have also tried to run this scan with my McAfee virus firewall off, and it still doesn't work. I have also identified it on McAfee as part of my network.

For further assistance I will need to know:
If you are using a Windows or Mac Operating System, and the version number. To find the exact version, visit this link. Whatsmyos.
If the printer is connected, Wireless, or USB.
If the printer is able to make copies by itself.
If the power cable is plugged into a surge protector, or directly to the wall outlet. Issues when Connected to an Uninterruptible Power Supply/Power Strip/Surge Protector. This applies to Inkjet printers as well.
In the meantime, please try going through this scanning guide. A 'The computer is not responding' Error Message Displays During Scanning.
