Errors while db defragging

Hi folks,
i have troubles with some database files while doing defragmentation.

There are no other processes which could lock those files.
In the application database is working fine.
How that issue can be solved and what may be the reason?

1. Is this a Berkeley DB issue? That is, are you actually using BDB, and if so what version, on what OS/platform?
2. What exactly are you doing in the do_defrag method? Are you somehow trying to open a BDB database using the DB->open() / Db::open() method, and specify the DB_EXCL flag (along with DB_CREATE)?
Based on the error messages, you are hitting EEXIST, which means that a call to open a file (presumably a BDB database) was made using the O_EXCL flag (along with the O_CREAT flag) and the file existed. I am not sure how the code in do_defrag looks like, but you should be able to resolve this by carefully controlling which flags you use when opening the database files.
