Errors while generatiing /SAPCND/RV12N001?

Hi ,
i'm facing problem while genreating program /SAPCND/RV12N001,getting error "gneration of access report CNRCRMPRCUS812 failed",i verifyird this report CNRCRMPRCUS812 in Se38 ..it showing activation problem with field name ZZKSTAF,with this strucutre "/1CN/WORKING_SET_I_D_CRM", i checked the structure with field name ZZKSTAF it does not exist in Production system,
As per requirement we have create a Z strucutre around 26 fields these are available in strucutre "/1CN/WORKING_SET_I_D_CRM" in DEV&QA system
but in production we have only 4 z fields.
Could any body help on this ,we can creat required Z fields under this strucuture "/1CN/WORKING_SET_I_D_CRM"in DEV?and then to move PRD system,is it possible?

Hi Vasu,
I checked your document and it is saying that the condition table CNRCRMPRCUS811 has a field with initial name. Check the screen no 2 in the document. The report /SAPCND/RV12N001 basically ment for CRM 3.0 only and for heigher release you should only download the object DNL_CUST_CNDALL which internally runs this report.
Any way you check what is the field missing in the tables maintain them in the structure mentiond in the note 514952 and then again download the object DNL_CUST_CNDALL. I am sure you definetly missing some of the field which is maintained in the R/3 table. Kindly verify the same it will definetly resolve your problem.

when we try to download custom condition objects(A989), we are getting the below error.
Error Message: At least one field name for the condition table is initial
The condition table for application CRM, usage PR and table number CUS989 contains at least one field with a name that is initial.
we have implemented note Note 514952 - Download of customer-specific tables, but the same issue persists.
we have also generated the report /SAPCND/RV12N001, still we are facing the same issue .

How many cost centres are you putting in the role? Do you have cost centre set as an org level?
From your User Name I assume that you are at the BBC...Do you still use a program to populate the cost centres in the role based on the cost centre group names? If so it is possible that you are trying to put too many cost centres in the field and the the profile will not generate because of this (we had it back in 2001 when I was working there).
Do you have the technical error message details?

These type of Internal Errors are all too common in OWB and it's difficult to diagnose the exact problem.
I'd suggest closing the Design Centre, going back in and trying to delete it again, this will often resolve Internal errors.
There's also an article on Metalink Doc ID: 460411.1 about errors when deleting mappings but it's specific to an ACLContainer error, so may or may not be of use.
One of the suggestions is to connect as the Repository Owner rather than a User and try to delete the mapping.

Can anyone please help me with this error.

I checked my server (which has all the default Adobe services) and the only service I have that comes close is:
the Repository service's "Read Resource Content" operation. In the list that comes up as RepositoryService.
The Barcode's Extract to XML service. In the list that comes up as BarcodedFormsService
Neither of these is an exact match to the error. Is your process calling a sub process you built? Does that service actually exist on the server? If you do a record/playback (in workbench) on which step does the process fail?
If you look through the entire list of SOAP services (in Adminui) are any of them disabled?

Hi Kirran,
Please see if you have defined a status scheme and assigned it to the recipe type. Before defining a status scheme, you must complete the one time IMG activity 'Collect Object Types and Assigned Attributes' under Recipe Development > Status Management. Then in the next node you define individual statuses and a scheme with transitions. For each status, you must define 'field value' for the field RCP_USAGE which is nothing but a value from Recipe Purposes customizing.

Error while releasing a request.

Hi All,
I'm facing an error while releasing a request.
The request contains an ABAP programs along with two INCLUDDE programs as well as a TCode to run the same.
It is running successfully in dev. server. But, while releasing ths request it shows me the following error :
" Object REPT ZBAPI_SD_SERV_SALES_ORDER is inactive " ,
where ZBAPI_SD_SERV_SALES_ORDER is the program name. When I checked out in ABAP editor it shows the program active.
But, I'm unable to understand why its showing me an inactivation error.
Guys, help me out in this.

Check if the INCLUDE program are also ACTIVE. They must be in inactive state. Try activating them and release the request.

I am getting an error while resetting a cleared invoicing document 'Document xxxxxxxxxxx with origin R4 can not be reversed'. Please guide me how can we reset the clearing of this document.

Hi,
You need to reset all clearing for the corresponding FICA document for the print document.
Reset the clearing for the document no. mentioned in the output for EA13 execution.
You need to reset all the clearing for the document, before reversing the same.
To get all the clearing document, go to DFKKOP table, enter the FICA document no. (for the print document on FPL9). Get all AUGBL documents,
Alternatively, you can go on to FPL9 screen, double click on the consumption document, in the basic data you will see the clearing date (if it is cleared), expand the view their (click on + sign), you will se the clearing document no,
Pass the above clearing document no, to FP07, and once all the clearing is reset for the invoice, you can reverse the corresponding invoice through EA13.
