FND_CANNOT FIND FILE

Thi may be a authorisation issue. I doubt that it will get recorded in su53 for report executing. Check with basis guy for respective asset class authorization.

Error while submitting the Invoice

Hello Everyone,
We are using SRM 5.0 with Extended classic scenario.
I am having a problem while submitting the Invoice.
I keep getting errors saying I need to enter a quantity for a line item that has already been billed in full. When I enter a quantity I then get new error messages telling me I've exceeded amount for that line item.
Please help me in this.

This is typically a process issue. There are a few things I think you can do...
a. If the invoice has reached customer already (bcoz it was raised in the month of May), then, as you now cannot cancel as there has been a lot of wrong entries, you an create a credit memo either from SD side or from FI side so that the customer a/c is balanced and it will not show any AR balance.
b. Raise a debit memo request against the right customer and invoice it.
I think you have to work with your Finance people to be in concurrence before you take up he above process.

Error While Submitting the Custom Report

Hello,
We have requirement on reports 6i to customise a standard report 'Sales Journal By Customer'. Requirement is we need to add a new fields in the layout.
We have copied the standard program and parameters and defined a new custom program and also added the required additional parameters. But when we are trying to submit the custom program it is giving the following error:
APP-FND-00806: The default value RTT is invalid for the Reporting Context segment. Your default value will be ignored. Please inform your system administrator that:
Add the value RTT to the value set for segment Reporting Context, or choose another default value in the Key Flexfield Segments form or Descriptive Flexfield Segments form. Use the Edit Concurrent Program or Define Report Set form for Standard Report Submission report defaults.
Value RTT for the flexfield segment Reporting Context does not exist in the value set FND_MO_REPORTING_ENTITY.
Standard report call a query inside the rdf.
written in parameter sql stmt.
SELECT ENTITY_NAME, ENTITY_ID
FROM FND_MO_REPORTING_ENTITIES_V
WHERE REPORTING_LEVEL = $FLEX$.FND_MO_REPORTING_LEVEL
AND ROWNUM = 1;
now we are change this to
SELECT ENTITY_NAME, ENTITY_ID FROM FND_MO_REPORTING_ENTITIES_V WHERE ENTITY_NAME = 'RTT';
we are making hard code.
we are making a request and attach that report to that request and run the request.
We have done this customisation at our local instance but we are facing the same issue .We are unable to figure out the issue.
Does any of you have any idea why we are getting this error.
It would be great if you can help us regarding this issue.

Stale data error while submitting the form(before that opening the popup )

I am using OAURL to open a pop-up in my oaf page
passing my page to this class.And at the time of loading the base page
the pop up window url is like this
OA.jsp?page=/myfolder/webui/NumberColumnsPG&retainAM=Y&"+"fndOAJSPinEmbeddedMode=Y&addBreadCrumb=S&_ti=55514227&oapc=10
now i click on the link to open the pop-up
its opening the pop-up.
Closing that pop-up.
Saving the details entered in the base page.
Now it is executing again from the processRequest() of base page
now the URL like this...
OA.jsp?page=/myfolder/webui/NumberColumnsPG&retainAM=Y&"+"fndOAJSPinEmbeddedMode=Y&addBreadCrumb=S&_ti=55514227&oapc=11
Now i am getting stale data error
The number of displayed records, 2, exceeds the actual number of records, 1, in view object SampleAM.SampleVO1. Some of the displayed records may have been deleted.
Here i am observing that the parameter OAPC is different in these two URLs.
can you please tell me how to come out of this error while i am submitting the base page.

Project Server Reporting Service' is ticked on. So, the concern regarding permission is resolved.
2nd Query,
Ans: Im unable to find Project Web App Permission for Excel Web App Refresh' feature in site setting
of PWA.

ERROR while submitting the concurrent program

I need to implement the barcode in my BIP report. For that iam using 3 of 9 barcode font.
I have successfully made the configuration settings in xdo.cfg file and iam able to see the preview of pdf file through BI publisher desktop.
But when iam submitting the request after registering the template file through XML publisher responsibilty iam getting the error mentioned below:

Hi, We are getting the following error while trying to execute the sps or sql using
the weblogic connection pool.
1. The client is a simple java program (not Bean).
2. It is processing lots of records (more than 6000). When we are having less no.
of records we are not getting this error. i.e. 200/600 records.
java.sql.SQLException: weblogic.rmi.extensions.RemoteRuntimeException - with nested
exception:
[java.rmi.NoSuchObjectException: RemoteInvokable - id: '334'
Start server side stack trace:

Which weblogic version/ service pack are you using?
Meanwhile, the source of this error could be places
where you close allocated JDBC objects twice. AFAIR
it was fixed in the latest service packs.

Interface data contains errors while submitting the Bid by vendor

Hi
This is with regard to strategic sourcing. Purchaser carried out a sourcing with start date 05.03.2010 and end date as 10.03.2010. Now the vendor is trying to create his bid by selecting "Process Bid" option. Vendor is getting Bid invitation no, to create a Bid. Here while submitting he is getting the error as " End date has been reached. The submission deadline has passed", eventhough the end date is 10.03.2010. And getting a message "Interface data contains errors". So he is not able to submit the bid. For all the bid invitation vendor is getting this problem.
How to resolve this?

OPM Accounting Pre-Processor - Error while Submitting the Program

In R12 Vision Instance, I am trying to submit the OPM Accounting Pre-Processor Program and it is giving the error as per below
Open Period not found for Legal Entity PRU-Vision Process Industries (US), Cost Type STND, Stard Date 01-JAN-2010 00:00:00 and End Date 31-JAN-2010 23:59:59.
I checked the GL Periods, the GL Period are open.
I checked the Costing Calendar, I have created a Costing Calendar for 2011 and STND Cost Type and the Periods are also open.
Is it something I am missing here ?
Tried searching on MOS, couldn't find much.

We were able to find it.If such error comes just check the data template and layout template.Try to run it in Template Builder and if its without any error then try it by submitting the conc pgm.

Hi,
The web template 0ADHOC is usually the standard web template for 3.x queries. The Report Designer executes the reports in java web, thus tries to find the template 0ADHOC in the 7.0 templates and does not find it. Check whether you have maintained the standard web template 0ADHOC for 7.0 reports also:
Transaktion SPRO -> SAP Reference Image -> SAP NetWeaver -> Business Intelligence -> Settings for Reporting and Analysis -> Bex Web -> Set Standard Web Templates

Error while running the sql queries in unix as cron job..

I've configured some sql queries to run as cronjob from unix,i'm able to excute all the sql queries with out any error,after all the queries are executed,I'm getting the following error message.
ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [4080], [1], [131], [], [], [], [],
Could any one advise me why this error is being thrown?
How to avoid this error?

Are you running these queries through TopLink?
If so, the error seems to be occurring on the database, when the query is being executed.
I have never seen that error before. Performing some websearches it seems to be a general database error, potentially something to do with synchronization. Sorry I can't be of more help, perhaps the database forum can provide more insight...

Error while exporting the Web Intelligence report

Hello Gurus,
We are using BO 3.1. I have to do some modifications for the existing Webi report. Once i do the modification, save them then try to export it back to the repository. I am getting the following error:
" your security profile does not allow you to save the document in the specified location"
I have all the Admin rights on the folder that I am exporting to. Please throw some light.

Revisit your right on the folder, you might be part of the admin group for the folder but not all previledges are set, like overwriting report that you did not create
