Thanks for that. Much more constructive than the last comment. It's only the restriction code I can't recall, not the access passcode. So I can currently access the device, just not age restricted content. Does that's make a difference? I also wondered if anyone knew how many attempts you get to try to get it right. Now tried 21 times and so far nothing bad has happened but I am concerned I'll eventually be completely locked out of the device. That doesn't seem in the spirit of things though. Surely it's foreseeable that a child could repeatedly try to guess the code so I can't see that it would be right to lock the device down completely in that circumstance, particularly if the access code is being typed in correctly every time.

Make sure you are using the latest version of Adobe Flash Player.
A suggestion:
Go to YouTube, open any video and press pause (don't do this while video is playing).
Click the ctrl key or “right click” the mouse in the middle of the video window. The settings for flash player will pop up.
Select the video settings then select "enable hardware acceleration."
Press close.
Now RESTART YOUR COMPUTER not just Safari if that is your browser of choice.

What causes videos to pause or freeze on You Tube?

I have Flash Player 10 ActiveX, Windows 7 and Internet Explorer (64 -bit). When I watch Fly Tieing videos on You Tube they will play 5 - 10 seconds then pause 15 - 20 seconds. This keeps repeating till the end of the video. Some videos will vary as to the time of playing and pausing but none will play continuously. I can restart the video and it will play without any pauses.
I was told to Uninstall Flash Player and download it again. I have Uninstalled, restarted, downloaded, and restarted twice and it didn't do any good. I was also told to go to where Flash Player is saved and start it from there and it would download properly. When I downloaded it both times the dialog box never appeared as to where to save it. I have checked my All Programs listings and it is not listed. The only place I can find it is on the Control Panel Uninstall list. I can't find where it is located.
I don't know very much about computers and would appreciate some help
It is sure aggravating when it takes 30 minutes to watch a 5 minute video.

Hi, thanks for the info. Do you know how to find the Flash folder? C:\Windows\SysWOW64\Macromed\Flash. Right click
on the Flash folder and post back all files listed there.
Also, Using IE, "View and Manage your Internet Explorer Add-ons", find All Add-ons. Look for Shockwave Flash Object...
ActiveX Control...Flash10e.ocx (this is the latest version 10.0.45.2) and make sure it is listed and enabled.
If you need direction to find the Flash folder, just post.

If Flash is important to you, you should be able to download a Flash Player from theAdobe.com site. I wish I could do without it, but there always seems to be something important that is available only in Flash, so I cave in and update the Flash version on my computer. This perpetuates what I believe to be an inferior graphics app, but that's life.

Hola yo también tengo el mismo problema e leído en algunas páginas que entrando a iTunes desde tu pc, puedes volver a bajar los tonos comprados..
Solo tienes que entrar con tu ID de Apple y contraseña después ir a compras y ahí volver a descargarlo..
Yo aún no e podido por falta de tiempo y por el momento de una pc .. Espero te sirva biie...
