EsbReport() don't give the "#NOACCESS" informations

When I send a report thru the EsbReport API (with VBA), everything is OK, but where there should be "#NOACCESS" values the result says "#MISSING" (and where there should be "#MISSING" it says "#MISSING")... It's a probleme to me because I want to use this function to test which parts of the database the user is allowed to access...Is it a bug ?Same thing happens when I do it with QueryDesigner and Excel... I'm not aware of any bug that would cause this kind of behaviour. My first thought was that security was not being set properly but your comment about Excel doing the same is very curious. The default no access label is #NOACCESS. Is it possible that in your VBA script you've accidently set the noaccess label to be #Missing instead of the #Missing label as they're very close. Are you sure about that? Several highly regarded, widely downloaded apps, e.g., eReader, have an option to hide the status bar. The developer forums are awash in discussions about the commands to hide the status bar-- it's built in to the SDK.
I figure someone will have put out a small program that does nothing but hide the status bar or allow its tweaking... much like StatusBar does on the Palm OS 5 PDAs...

I didn't know it, but I found in iTunes popup, not only you can adjust the volume of each unit too!

Reoder point calculation don't give the expected result

Dear friends,
We are using CBP to set reorder point (MRP type is VM).
We've set the planned delivery time, on MRP2 view, as 120 days.
When we run the forecast, the calculated basic value gives the expected
result, but the reorder point don't.
As we've set Planned delivery time as 120 days, we expect that the
reorder point is "basic value"*4 (4 is the result 120/30). But the result
of the reorder point is is greater (aprox. "basic value"*4,5).
Can you please give me a help on this matter?

you may get your expected result if you would use VB instead of VM.

In manual reorder point planning, you define both the reorder level and the safety stock level manually in the appropriate material master.
Automatic Reorder Point Planning
In automatic reorder point planning, both the reorder level and the safety stock level are determined by the integrated forecasting program.
The system uses past consumption data (historical data) to forecast future requirements. The system then uses these forecast values to calculate the reorder level and the safety stock level, taking the service level, which is specified by the MRP controller, and the material's replenishment lead time into account, and transfers them to the material master.
Since the forecast is carried out at regular intervals, the reorder level and the safety stock level are continually adapted to the current consumption and delivery situation. This means that a contribution is made towards keeping stock levels low.

I don't have the login information for my podcast

I work for a content producer and we're not sure who submitted our podcasts to iTunes years ago. Right now iTunes says that the creator is "Unknown". How do I claim these podcasts as my own and manage the account? I can prove that I own the content, but I have no log in information. Who do I email about that?

You don't actually need the account details to manage the podcast. As long as you have access to the server you can simply update the feed and re-upload it, and iTunes will pick up the changes - subscribers will see changes immediately but the Store will usually take a couple of days to catch up.
If you come to a point where you need the account details you may be stuck. You could email [email protected] and give them the iTunes reference number, but as you can't easily prove that you do indeed own the podcast they well not give you the account details, and almost certainly won't tell you the password (though if you can get the account name you may be able to sign in at http://appleid.apple.com and reset it - this would involve answering pre-set security questions).

Who can give the right information to receive my email via iCloud on a iMac with Snow Leopard? It can't be upgraded to Lion.

I still have problems since migrating to iCloud with receiving email through my Mail app on my iMac running Snow Leopard 10.6.8 (and it can't be upgraded to Lion). Like I found on different places on internet, in Mail Preferences I made a new account, once with imap.mail.me.com and once with p02-imap.mail.me.com, like differently advised. Sometimes it works, sometimes not, untill I fill in again and again the advised changes in the Preferences.
Is there a good advise arround to have my settings once and for all running well, as I expect from Apple stuff? Is Apple listening to the many complaints on this iCloud matter, or is my Apple Micro becoming too Soft to be heard?

Right you are with stating you can't have MobileMe and iCloud at the same time. To explain the history of my problem:
I have a small network of 3 computers: 1) MacBook Air 1.6 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo - 2) iMac 2.66 GHz Intel Core i5 - 3) iMac 2 GHz Intel Core Duo
For the first time hesitating to upgrade as soon as a new system is available, a friend nevertheless could convince me of the usefullness of Lion and iCloud. During upgrading process I found out that my - 3) iMac just was narrowly to "old" for Lion.
And indeed the migration from MobileMe to iCloud went almost automatically. But quite soon I established that my "old" iMac was no more receiving @mac.com mail. Having a look to the preferences of Mail, I couldn't change anything as I had no more MobileMe access, being migrated to iCloud. Apple information told me to select "Mail, Contacts & Calendars" in the System Preferences, but Snow Leopard has no such thing.
Search on internet told me more or less how to set up an IMAP account in Snow Leopard in Mail preferences with as server address "imap.mail.me.com" with SSL on and use of port 993. This shortly worked. After restart no more. Setting up the account again and again, sometimes working, sometimes not. This is not exactly an almost automatically migration. Some other information told me to use "p02-imap.mail.me.com".
Current situation: after start up, a window from Mail asks me to give my password for the account on the MobileMe IMAP-server "mail.me.com" (which I expected to be "p02-imap.mail.me.com"). Password not accepted, retry and retry, then just click on Cancel. Result: iCloud account has a kind of lightning symbol next to it (= not working). I click on the symbol, one time it disappears and the account works, one time it asks for the password again, and again not accepted. Repeating this procedure untill it works. So for 3 days I realized to make it finally working up to now, but all this does not look to be the right way and doesn't sound a too reassuring situation to me.
When I look at Mail preferences in Snow Leopard now:
Account Type: MobileMe IMAP
Incoming Mail Server: mail.me.com (expected here p02-imap.mail.me.com)
Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP): p02-imap.mail.me.com
(Advanced) Authentication: Apple Token
What I find in preferences (automatically established) on my Lion computers:
Account Type: iCloud IMAP
Incoming Mail Server: p99-imap.mail.me.com (shows grey)
Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP): smtp.me.com
(Advanced) Authentication: Password (no Apple Token option)
So I tried to make Snow Leopard Mail similar based on the Lion preferences:
Account Type: MobileMe IMAP (found no way to change to iCloud IMAP)
Incoming Mail Server: mail.me.com (shows grey, found no way to change to "p99-imap.mail.me.com")
Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP): smtp.me.com
(Advanced) Authentication: Password (no Apple Token option)
Same result as before: asks for password, which I have to cancel, then click away the lightning symbol, after which it works (but perhaps not tomorrow).

When I send adobe documents by email they don't have the typed information

I have an adobe document that allows me to type info on it and save the new document. However, when I email the new document the information that was typed into it doesn't show up for the person I emailed it to. This just started when I bought Lion

I don't have pro, I am using a document that has the typewriter tool. Before updating to Lion it worked fine. I could open the document, activate the typewriter, and fill in info (it is a pre-written real estate contract). Once I saved it I could then email it to clients for them to sign. Now it only sends the document as the pre-written contract without the info I filled in. If pro is needed for this that news to me. I can send you a copy of the document if you'd like to look it over.

Calendar invites that don't give me any information

There are few things I hate more than calendar invites, but sometimes I have to deal with them because annoying people insist on them.
Anyway, so I get them in Mac Mail and sometimes I can look at them in the body of the email which is nice. Other times they're just this little attachment sitting there. So I have to open the attachment, which then opens the Mac Calendar program and it always just opens to today. There is never a clue as to where this idiotic invite would up. The only way to find it is to search for it, which isn't always easy because sometimes the name wasn't obvious in the invite.
I'll spare my rant on how annoying these things are, but why doesn't calendar open up right to the invite? Is this normal or is something wrong?

Thanks for the question. After reviewing your post, it sounds like you want to find invites in the Calendar. I would recommend that you read this article, it may be able to help you resolve or isolate the issue.

Respond directly in the email.

Maintaining the mapping information and writing update routine to populate

Hi,
Its my requriment to get the transactional data from r/3, here in the transaction data i will get the data in following format
(for example)
Material no.   Sales value    quantity ..
M001              100           2
M002              200           4
M003              150           3
now my requirement is to take the quantity per material number and multiply it with a factor called as SBU factor
.. my problem is that this SBU factor is not maintained in r/3 means the mapping information of material no. with its relative SBU factor is not maintained. So i thought of two option as this mapping is fixed means it will not changed so we can maintain in bw system through 1) one time upload of flat file or
2) maintaning a table in BW with mapping
so users agreed to give the mapping information as follows
Material no.    SBU factor
M001              5
M002              10
M003              7
now while uplading the transational data i need to take the SBU factor per material that is maintained through flat file or table and multiply it with quantity and store it quantity.
for example(the result i need in cube)
material no.   sales value    quantity(quantity * SBU)
M001             100           2*5=10
M002             200           4*10=40
M003             150           3*7=21
so i can do this at two level at transfer rules or update rules.
I need following clarification
1) shall i load the mapping information through flat file or maintain it in table?
2) If i will do the transformation at update rules so wht routine (start or update) should i write to get the SBU factor per material and do transformations
If possible send the sample routine.
Pls reply ASAP.

Hi Saleem,
Nimesh is right..Do the multiplication in the Update rules.
If the data for this SBU factor is less and is always fixed, you can go for one time upload, else set up a RFC Call to load this data to BW from R/3 if no datasource for the same exist.
Else you can also maintain a table in BW, in which one time upload could be done by writing an ABAP, or manually. And then you can provide authorizsation to add more values to it, so that the table can be maintained.
And then in Update rules, use the table for look up and get the SBU Factor per material.
Some thing like
Select * from the <ODS table or Table name> into <internal table>
Loop at Data_Package.
Read table <internal table> for all values in Data_Package where internal table-Material = Data_package-MAterial.
If sy-subrc = 0.
Sales Value = Sales Value * internal table-SBU Factor.
ENDIF.
MODIFY DATA_PACKAGE.
ENDLOOP.
You might need to make more changes to this code as required.

IPhone SDK: UIWebView - How to get the anchor information from URLRequs

I was planning to use the UIWebView but i am stumped now.
When the user clicks on a hyperlink, the web view delegate shouldStartLoadWithRequest is called and it does not contain the anchor information.
For e.g. if the href is say #01_02. This to a normal browser is a local anchor. The URL in the NSURLRequest contains just the file name information not the anchor.
In my particular case a anchor can be some other view of the topic which i will generate and keep it ready for the browser at this point. But since i don't get the anchor information it just shows the current page.
Is there a way to get the original value encoded in the HREF?

I may not have understood your question but if you want to pull out the anchor information out of a request, have you tried the fragment property of the NSURL object?
// request is type (NSURLRequest *); within shouldStartLoadWithRequest

Usually this will have the anchor without the #, in your case 01_02.

Yes, you can do this with the Show/Hide "Skip" logic rules.
1. Suppose, for example, you have your first ten projects showing by default.
2. At the end of those fields, you would have a Yes/No question asking if the person wanted to add more projects.
3. If they answer "No", they move on to the next section/area/question/etc.
4. If they answer "Yes" you have the form display ten more project fields that you had already included, but you had hidden up to this point.
5. Repeat steps two, three, and four as often as needed. (It helps that you can copy and paste fields, including groups of questions, so you don't have to manually re-create them each time.)
It means you must anticipate the maximum number of times you want to provide project fields, but you've already done that, and you have to build the form with that maximum number, but only display smaller portions at a time until they have filled in all they need.
