ESI not coming for some employees

Hi,
For some Employees ESIC is not Deducting, though i have maintained Infotype 0588, but for some employees its coming...and in RT table Employer ESIC Contribution is coming, but in payslip Employees ESIC is not coming...please help me in this issue...

Please confirm the followings:
a) Are you able to see /3E1 & /3E1 for those cases in RT?
Ans: In RT Table only i am able to see /3er and not /3e1
b) Value of /112
Ans: /112 is coming Rs. 7988.50 thats my gross amount
c) Validity of IT0588 (ESI)Please confirm the followings:
Ans: Validity is 01.04.2011 to 31.12.9999,
But sir how its coming for some employees and and for some its not.

With reference to issue, ESI is not deducting for the employee who has joined on or after 23 of march month.
Ex. He has gross of 9400 and /3EA is 2729 and the value of contribution is 45. But ESI is not deducting.

While executing t.code FBL3N,the vendor code is not coming against some Assignment line items with the GL A/C4607000, some line items it is coming.
The GL A/c 4607000 is GR/IR clearing a/c.
Please let us know why this situation is happeing at the time of FBL3N.

HI,
By activating the special fields you can the vendor number, but use the new reprot called "FAGLL03 - Display/Change Items (New) ".
First go to SPRO> Financial Accounting (New)> General Ledger Accounting (New)--> Master Data > G/L Accounts>Line Items --> Define Special Fields for Line Item Display
Click on New Entries -
Table - BSEG - Field - LIFNR
Save. Now execute the report - FAGLL03 - Display/Change Items (New)
Give the gl account number and execute.
After getting the line items list from menu select --Settings --> Special Fields --> Click on New Entries --> Enter Table BSEG, Field Name LIFNR.
After this come back and execute again. It will give you the vendor number.

Issue regarding 0MATERIAL_ATTR - Attribute not Updated for Some Materials

Hi All,
As per requirement, I had enhanced 0MATERIAL_ATTR DS with one customer field MRP Controller.
After enhancing 0MATERIAL_ATTR, I had made necessary changes in related objects like 0MATERIAL Info Object & related transformation for this new attribute.
After making changes, when I had done Repair full request for 0MATERIAL_ATTR, newly added attribute had not updated for all material, other attributes were updated correctly but MRP controller had not updated for some records.
I am confused with why attribute(MRP controller) updated in some Materials & for some materials its not updated.
I had checked in PSA, data for this added attribute is come in PSA but not updated in data target (0material).
I had also activated master data by running Attribute change run but still problem persist.

I had write code in CMOD for MRP controller.
As data is coming fine till PSA but its not updated in Data Target (0MATERIAL) .
if I take one example..
For exp Material XYZ has two entries in PSA table, one is updated during delta load & recent one which come though Repair Full request.
Now newly adder attribute MRP controller available in recent request of Repair Full but that is blank in case of prior delta update.
I am confused because MRP controller attribute is updated for some Material but for some material its remain blank.

Conditional suppression of W2 spool creation for some employees

We have a requirement where we need to suppress the generation of spool for some employees based on some value in one of the infotypes. We need the temse files to be created for every pernr but spool be suppressed for some pernrs satisfying some conditions.

In one of the custom infotype some value is stored to stating his election for paper or online W2. Those who opt for online, should not get paper copy. So when annual production run for W2 is done through PU19, it should create Temse files for every pernr. And it should exculde those pernrs from the spool who have opted for online W2.
The temse creation is necessary for every pernr. Its only the spool that has to be suppressed for some pernrs.

Outlook autodiscover is not working for some users in coexistence

We are doing exchnage 2013/2010 coexistence
Most everything is ok BUT outlook autodiscover is not working for some exchange 2010 users now that 2013 is in the front!!!. We end up creating the profiles manually. It has affected some but not all the users.
I followed the instructions here but it didn't help.

If it is affecting only few handful of users i could suspect a mailbox corruption and would recommend to move mailbox and see the results.
Also you can try below
You need to set the values MaxFieldLength, MaxRequestBytes & MaxTokenSize to below on Exchange 2010 CAS servers as well as Exchange 2013 CAS servers

MAM application is not working for some users

Hi All,
Tha MAM application is not working for some users.Different users have different workcenters other than that I dont see any other change. When I run MAM30_090_GETLIST in the backend I can see the no of customized users.But I cant see same no of users in the MEREP_207 table for the Syncbo MAM30_090 and strcture id TOP in the middleware. There is a data when I checked under worklist monitor for that user. But neither the MAM application nor MAM data is downloading to that device.
If I use different user on the same device I can see the MAM application and MAM data.
What could be the wrong in this case. Any help would be highly appreciated.

Hi,
from your description the source of your issue is quite obvious: some of the MAM users configured in spro are not configured properly.
For T01 SyncBos the number of TOP records in merep_207 MUST be the same as number of headers returned by an appropriate getList FM in the backend.
You need to solve this before you can go any further.
Reason why a record is not recorded in MEREP_207 - getdetail failed for whatever reason. So execute MAM30_ML_getdetail for each of the users that is not replicated in the middleware and check if there are errors in RETURN table. If there is no error - one of the common reason for replication fail is when there are records in item tables that have duplicate primary keys.

Just now we have completed upgrade project from 4.6c to ECC6.0.
After upgrade F4 help is not working for some date fields.
For example its working in MB11,Its not working in va01,vf01 like that.
In abap side we checked ...not able to find any issues in coding level, because its a standard SAP code.
So if any solution is there to correct this issue.Kindly help me to resolve this asap.

PM module experts please help. In equipment master transaction IE02 in left hand top corner we get box for SERVICES FOR OBJECT which is useful for attaching external documents like word and excel. but problem is it is not visible for some users. Our security/authorisation team has also done some check but didn't get any solution.

First thing you should notice is period 000 is not valid or available in that Fiscal year variant K4.
My company has shortened the fiscal year and I encounter the exactly same message "SYST: Period 012 is not valid in financial year variant Z4" in a Finance Report eg. when calling the asset on the shortened fiscal year in the Explorer.
I would like you to seek the SAP note 123026 to check if it rectify the problem or if its not then you should understand that the new variant you have copied dosent have have base to bring data ...ie you need to create it in---> Maintain Fiscal Year Variant and Posting periods in SPRO settings in BI. Check if it works.

Personal Data not working for an employee in ESS

Hai All,
I have configured Personal Data in ESS. But, for a particular employee Personal Data is giving the below mentioned error when he edits the data. The error happens when he edits and clicks on Review or when he clicks on the dropdown for Nationality(Only for this field, the error occurs) and selects a value from that dropdown.
As I searched in the forum, I found that we have to search ST22 for that user. In ST22, it is throwing 4 errors:
1. UNCAUGHT_EXCEPTION CX_HRPA_INVALID_INFOTYPE_DB. The exception 'CX_HRPA_INVALID_INFOTYPE_DB' was raised, but it was not caught anywhere along the call hierarchy. Termination occurred in the ABAP program "CL_HRPA_TIMECONSTRAINT========CP" - in "COMPUTE_INSERT". The main program was "SAPMSSY1 ".
2. SYSTEM_CANCELED. The current program "CL_HRPA_TIMECONSTRAINT========CP" has been terminated by another mode.
3. OBJECTS_OBJREF_NOT_ASSIGNED_NO CX_SY_REF_IS_INITIAL. Termination occurred in the ABAP program "SAPLHRXSS_PER_MAC" - in "HRXSS_PER_CLEANUP".
The main program was "SAPMSSY1 ".
4. SYSTEM_CANCELED. The current program "SAPLHRXSS_PER_MAC" has been terminated by another mode.
My questions are:
a Why it is not working for a particular employee?
b Why it is working for other employees?
c Did I miss out some configurations?

Thankyou for the reply. But the user has entry in the infotype. Likewise, it is possible to change data from PA30 transaction also. The problem occurs only when I try to change data through ESS.
