ESS Getting the UserID (aka, the sign on information) - Function Module?
Hi,
Here is my situation:
1. User Logs into ESS with their UserID & Pass.
2. A transaction iView is executed
3. The UserID needs to be captured
How do you capture the UserID (the users sign-on information)?
Are there any Function Modules or RFC Function Calls available?
This is very important and urgent - Please help.

You mean the inside of Settings > Wifi > you are unable to toggle it on?
Have you attempted to toggle airplane mode? Check for software update? Reset Network Settings? Restore as new in iTunes? -

Check System Preferences>Keyboard>Keyboard tab, tick 'Show keyboard & Character viewer in the menu bar', then select 'Show Keyboard Viewer' from the menu bar, press the Alt/Shift/Control keys and it should show where all the various characters are located. -

One of our DPs has stopped loading content.
I've research for quite a bit and cannot find a clear cut reason to this. This server only has a DP role, I verified sharing permissions, all looked good. This DP has been running just fine for the last year or so and all sudden it will no longer load
packages. The disk drive is still present I can still reach the hidden share \\servername.com\E$
Verified that the SMSSIG$ folder is there and the last entry is from 4/23/2015

At the end of the day it's an issues "underneath" SCCM, and not an SCCM problem specifically. -

Two steps to achieve this:-
<b>Step 1:</b> Add the following code in your view Controller:-

wdContext.currentContextElement().setYYYY(objUser.getFirstName());

where XXXX, YYYY , ZZZZ are the context names.
getUniqueName : Gives Login id of Portal user.
getFirstName : Gives First Name of the Portal user.
getLastname : Gives Last Name of the Portal user.
<b>Step 2 : </b>Use "Organize imports" and make sure that you have the following two libraries added in the build path of your project. You can do these by right clicking on your project name ==> Properties ==> Java Build Path ==> Libraries ==> Add External jars.
The external jars are :

com.sap.security.api.perm.jar</b>
Finally rebuild your project and deploy.

AJI saw the set hibernet mode to 0 trick and it failed. Guess I can try 3 because reinstalling OS X did nothing but cost me another few hours and a little faith in Apple. Getting annoyed as I see how many people complain of the identical issue and the fixes are variable and random. Suggests to me that it is a major design flaw in the hardware and Apple got too cute with the just works idea and didn't put a damned power button on the display so there is no manual way to do it and no 'insert a pin here' type trick to reset the thing.
Asking for a refund tomorrow. Past the 14 days so maybe they'll say no but if so then every time this happens I will swap it out. At least then I know it is a three hour fix and as I was working on this for hours today it occurred to me that if the trick is to do 57 different things and maybe one will work then that is not why I made the switch to Apple. I could plug everything in on my PC and it all 'just worked'.
Really poor customer service - the support folks are very nice and I am sure they know that this is a systemic issue but aren't allowed to say so. Feeling pretty stupid for going on faith right about now. -
