  • IDOC and ALE Configuration with cross application with SD

    Hi Sap Gurus,
    Please send me some document on IDOC and ALE Configuration with cross application with SD.
    Please send me the material on my mail id [email protected]
    Regards
    shekhar

    Dear Shekhar,
    concerning EDI concept in SD: the EDI concept is intended to realize the sales and distribution process completely automatically with the help of electronical documents. These documents are sent from one customer to another, are processed mostly on the background and give a possibility to realize the sales process extremely efficiently.
    If MM-customer would like to purchase the goods then he creates the IDOC of type ORDERS and send it to SD-customer. On the SD-side the IDOC is processed via the function module IDOC_INPUT_ORDERS and creates the sales order. As confirmation the SD-side can send to MM-side the Order-Response IDOC (function IDOC_OUTPUT_ORDERS). The MM-customer can every thime send a change to the existiong order, then on SD side the ORDCHG IDOC will be processed. It can change the order like in VA02. The creation of the invoice can be made via IDOC of message type INVOIC (function IDOC_OUTPUT_INVOIC).
    So, the process can be realized completely automatically between SD and MM partners with the help of IDOCs: ORDERS, ORDCHG, ORDRSP, INVOIC.
    That's all concerning the SD-EDI.
    Additional processes in SD, where EDI are used:
    1) application of delivery schedules to the scheduling agreement: IDOC of type DELINS
    2) creation of a delivery order to the scheduling agreement: IDOC of type DELORD
    3) creation of external agent service delivery to scheduling agreement: IDOC of type EDLNOT
    4) creation of credit advice / credit memo in the frames of self-billing: IDOCs of type GSVERF, SBWAP and for external invoice creation SBINV.
    It is all processes which are realized in the SD module via EDI.
    I hope this info helps.

  • IIS configuration with Weblogic 10gR3

    Hi All,
    We are using IIS 6.0 as the proxy server in our portal application. The portal server is Weblogic 10gR3. I have followed some documents to configure it. (http://download-llnw.oracle.com/docs/cd/E13222_01/wls/docs103
    /plugins/isapi.html). But I am not able to configure that. Can any body help me in configuring IIS server as a proxy server.
    Thanks & Regrads
    Abani R. Behera

    Configure IIS Plug-in with Weblogic Server
    1. Make a directory on the IIS box for the plug-in.
    For instance: c:\Inetpub\WLS_IIS_Plugin\
    2. Copy iisforward.dll and iisproxy.dll to this new directory.
    These files are located at:
    10.0: \wlserver_10.0\server\plugin\win\32
    10.3: \wlserver_10.3\server\plugin\win\32
    3. To install iisforward.dll as an ISAPI filter, do the following:
    Go to Start->Administrative Tools->Internet Information Services
    (IIS) Manager
    In the left pane, drill down to the active website
    (like "Default Web Site")
    Right-click the active website and select Properties
    Select the ISAPI Filters tab and press the Add button
    Filter name: WLS IIS Plugin
    Or whatever you want
    Executable: C:\Inetpub\WLS_IIS_Plugin\iisforward.dll
    Or whatever path you created
    Press OK twice
    IIS6 does not allow the iisforward.dll ISAPI Extension to run by default.
    To enable:
    In the left pane of the Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager,
    click on Web Service Extension (located under the computer name)
    In the right pane, highlight All Unknown ISAPI Extensions and press
    the Allow button
    4. To map .wlforward to use iisproxy.dll, do the following:
    a. In the left pane, drill down to the active website (like
    "Default Web Site")
    b. Right-click the active website and select Properties
    c. Select Home Directory tab
    d. Click the Configuration... button.
    e. In the Application Mapping tab, click the Add... button.
    a. Executable: C:\Inetpub\WLS_IIS_Plugin\iisproxy.dll
    b. Extension: .wlforward
    f. Uncheck Verify that file exists
    g. IMPORTANT: Ensure .wlforward is not mapped to iisforward.dll.
    While this seems intuitive, it is wrong. .wlforward maps to
    iisproxy.dll.
    h. Press OK three times
    i. Exit the IIS Manager MMC console.
    5. Create a text file named iisproxy.ini and place it in the plug-in
    directory (e.g. c:\Inetpub\WLS_IIS_Plugin\iisproxy.ini)
    iisproxy.ini
    WebLogicCluster=localhost:7001,localhost:7003
    WlForwardPath=/
    Debug=ALL
    DebugConfigInfo=ON
    WLLogFile=c:/temp/iisproxy.log
    6. Restart IIS using the following CLI statement: iisreset /restart
    7. Use a browser to access IIS. This will 'turn on' the IIS->WLS
    ISAPI filter.
    8. Relaunch the IIS Manager and check the ISAPI filter tab to ensure
    the iisforward.dll is now 'turned on', as evidenced by a green arrow.

  • Connection problems with Dedicated Application Sever for R/3 System

    Hi all,
    I'm trying to define a Dedicated Application Sever for R/3 System.
    I filled in the parameters for:
    (according to the basis team)
    Admin Password
    Admin User ID
    Application Host
    Logical System Name
    SAP Client (300)
    SAP System ID
    SAP System Number
    System Type (SAP_R3)
    User Mapping Type (user,admin)
    I also defined a user mapping for the user I'm loggen on with.
    When trying to test the connection a strange thing happened:
    On the first test the test completed successfully, and on the following tests it failed.
    Each time I re-entered the Admin Password property the test succeeded again, and failed in the following times.
    If anybody experienced a similar problem, knows its source, or can suggest additional properties I should fill in order to solve the problem, I would be gratefull.
    (I already checked out http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw04/helpdata/en/ea/d4df3df2ad685ae10000000a11405a/content.htm)
    10x ahead,
    Yoav.

    Thanks to all the repliers.
    Unfortunatly none of the suggestions worked.
    The Transaction iView (with html GUI) shows a "the page cannot be found" page, if that helps.

    Hi Guys,
    Can anyone help me, how to setup the coherence and configure with the weblogic server.
    Thank you.

    Basic setup is very simple. Include coherence.jar(coherence/lib/ ) in WebLogic system class path in startup script.

  • Stylesheet error with weblogic application server 9.1

    Hi ALL,
    I deployed my application on weblogic AS 9.1.
    i have created my own domain using sun JDK 1.5.
    i am able to log in into my application & able to do all the tasks.
    but when i click on a specific tab weblogic AS 9.1 waits for some time & give this error on its console :-
    <b>ERROR: 'Variable 'can-modify' is multiply defined in the same scope.'
    FATAL ERROR: 'Could not compile stylesheet'</b>
    i am not find any more details in the weblogic server error log.
    the same application works fine with weblogic 8.1 sp4 + jdk 1.4 & tomcat 5.0.27 + jdk 1.5( without any error)
    so i think the problem is not because of jdk, it something to do with weblogic!
    does anybody has info about this.
    it will be great help.
    regards
    Rahul

    I found that error is coming from this line.
    <b><xsl:variable name="can-modify" select="/dashboard/@can-save|/dashboard/@can-saveas" /></b>
    can somebody suggest why this happening, same code works is weblogic 8.1 & give error in 9.1.

  • Facing problem when Integration of configurator with ADF application

    Hello,
    Integration of conifigurator with custom application is not returing to "return_url" after clicking on Finish button in conifgurator.
    We have developed a custom ADF application which integrates a configurator.
    We have follwed the below url on developing this.
    http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/topics/newtojava/overview/ofm-ebs-blog-postings-096286.html
    After completeing the configurator process, but the page is still showing as loading and not returning the return_url parameter mentioned in initialization parameters
    So we are unable to get the FacesContext of calling application as it always returns null.
    Please hlep on this, it is bit urgent.
    Thank you
    kali

    Hi pankaj,
    I tried the approach you suggested, Still it's getting stuck at that point it self, Below is the simple servlet code which is the return_url,
    package view;
    import java.io.IOException;
    import java.io.PrintWriter;
    import javax.servlet.*;
    import javax.servlet.http.*;
    public class configurator extends HttpServlet {
    private static final String CONTENT_TYPE = "text/html; charset=UTF-8";
    public void init(ServletConfig config) throws ServletException {
    super.init(config);
    public void service(HttpServletRequest request,
    HttpServletResponse response) throws ServletException,
    IOException {
    response.setContentType(CONTENT_TYPE);
    PrintWriter out = response.getWriter();
    System.out.println("Hi how are you");
    out.println("<html>");
    out.println("<head><title>configurator</title></head>");
    out.println("<body>");
    out.println("<p>The servlet has received a POST or GET. This is the reply.</p>");
    out.println("top.location = \"http://localhost:7101//ConfigTest-ViewController-context-root//CheckoutTest.jsp");
    out.println("</body></html>");
    out.close();
    Below is the view source of clock rotating page , where i can't find any thing from the above servlet,

  • Domain configuration with Weblogic 12c from ZIP archive

    Hi,
    for development purposes I have set up an Ubuntu Linux system and installed Weblogic 12.1.3 from ZIP archive following the instructions added with the archive (Oracle Fusion Middleware Software Downloads).
    But coming to the point where I want to create the domain, the documentation gets vague and I don't know exactly what to do and why the domain is not and no more scripts are created.
    Documentation states:
    It is recommended that you create domains outside the MW_HOME.
       Linux
        $ mkdir /home/myhome/mydomain
        $ cd /home/myhome/mydomain
        $ $JAVA_HOME/bin/java $JAVA_OPTIONS -Xmx1024m -XX:MaxPermSize=256m weblogic.Server
    So I did the following (normal user is named oracle):
    $ mkdir /home/oracle/chkdom
    $ cd /home/oracle/chkdom
    $ sudo su
    $ source /etc/profile
    $ $JAVA_HOME/bin/java -Xmx1024m -XX:MaxPermSize=256m weblogic.Server
    Weblogic Server starts and the directory structure is created. I am prompted for user credentials to start Weblogic server. But not more than the following output happens:
    No config.xml was found.
    Would you like the server to create a default configuration and boot? (y/n): y
    <06.11.2014 22:54 Uhr MEZ> <Info> <Management> <BEA-140013> </home/oracle/chkdom/config not found>
    <06.11.2014 22:54 Uhr MEZ> <Info> <Management> <BEA-141254> <Generating new domain directory in /home/oracle/chkdom.>
    What's going wrong?

    Okay, forget my posting.
    I had to wait more than half an hour and domain is created.

  • Is Weblogic Application Sever 6.1  supports Oracle 9i database?

    Kapil,
    See http://edocs.bea.com/wls/platforms/index.html#jdbc
    We don't specifically support Oracle 9i, but that doesn't preclude you from
    using a 3rd party JDBC driver (perhaps from Oracle) to use with WLS. See the
    above link for qualifications on 3rd party drivers.
    Thanks,
    Michael

  • EAR descriptor weblogic-application Example

    I have an EAR file containing EJBs packaged in a JAR as well as a startup class. Without the weblogic-application.xml file the EJB deploy fine, however as soon as I include the file in the EAR package my EJBs are no longer deployed. I want to use the weblogic-application.xml file to define a startup class, so the option of simply leaving this file out will not work for me.
    Any suggestion what I have to configure in this file for the EJB's to be also deployed ?
    Current weblogic-application.xml file:
    <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
    <weblogic-application
    xmlns="http://www.bea.com/ns/weblogic/90" xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance"
    xsi:schemaLocation="http://www.bea.com/ns/weblogic/90
    http://www.bea.com/ns/weblogic/90/weblogic-application.xsd">
        <
        <startup>
            <startup-class>com.thunderhead.weblogic.StartupService</startup-class>
            <startup-uri>SimpleLIBS.jar</startup-uri>
        </startup>
    </weblogic-application>Thanks in advance.
    Alex

    You should define the EJB module in you weblogic-application.xml, for example:
         <module>
         <ejb>your ejb name</ejb>
         </module>
    or the deployer unable to find the EJB which you want to deploy.
    Without weblogic-application.xml, the whole EAR will be scanned to generate depolyment view so that EJB can be deployed. With weblogic-application.xml, the deployer will only deploy the modules which are defined in weblogic-application.xml

  • JHeadstart with weblogic

    Dear all:
    I want to know that JHeadstart can co-work with
    WebLogic Application Server ?
    Sincerely from devon

    Ting Rung,
    We are J2EE 1.3 compliant, so it **should** work.
    However, so far I am not aware of a JHeadstart customer that actually deployed on WebLogic so no guarantees...
    I would recommend you create a simple JHeadstart applicatioon and test the WebLogic deployment to be sure.

    kindly take a look at our reverse proxy plugin
    http://docs.sun.com/app/docs/doc/819-0902
    also, please note that if you need to serve only servlet / jsp , then sun java system web server 6.1 has integrated container that can do the job very well.
    for any further business process logic , you can use the app servers with 'reverse proxy enabled' so that these requested can be forwards to either Sun Java System Application Server or Web Logic

    -list Lists the target status of each task <id>
    -deploy a convenient alias for activate.
    -undeploy a convenient alias for unprepare.
    Optionally a list of the specific files in the archive that are to be
    redeployed may be specified. If a directory is specified the entire subtree is
    redeployed.

    you use "deploy" under DOS-Mode to deploy your web application?
    i found some differences between "deploy" and "redeploy" function in jbuilder 9.
    when i choose "deploy" ,jbuilder shows me the commond below:
    E:\bea\jdk131_02\bin\javaw -classpath E:\bea\weblogic700\server\lib\weblogic.jar;E:\bea\weblogic700\server\lib\webservices.jar;E:\bea\weblogic700\server\lib\weblogic_sp.jar; weblogic.Deployer -user system -adminurl http://localhost:7001 -password 12345678 -deploy -name firstWebApp -upload -source E:/J2EE/servlet/firstWebApp.war -targets myserver

    when i choose redeploy,it shows me: (the -deploy parameter has changed to -activate) ,maybe it's a bug.
    E:\bea\jdk131_02\bin\javaw -classpath E:\bea\weblogic700\server\lib\weblogic.jar;E:\bea\weblogic700\server\lib\webservices.jar;E:\bea\weblogic700\server\lib\weblogic_sp.jar; weblogic.Deployer -user system -adminurl http://localhost:7001 -password 12345678 -activate -name firstWebApp -upload -source E:/J2EE/servlet/firstWebApp.war -targets myserver

  • Hyperion Shared Services Configuration Error with Weblogic 9.2

    Hi All,
    I have been trying to configure Hyperion Shared Services 9.3.1 with Weblogic Ver 9.2
    During configuration of the Database and the Application Server, I select Manual Configuration option on Weblogic 9
    However, it returns a configuration failure everytime of the Database.
    In my case, the DB used is SQL 2005.
    Can someone, please advise me.
    Thanks in advance
    Regards,
    Apo

    Hi Apo,
    Check the configtool.log in the logs/config folder and post the error message that is being returned.
    Thanks

  • Configuring PAM login modules with weblogic 6.1

    I am trying to configure my own PAM login module to work on the same JVM as weblogic.
    I have my own security policy that does not rely on weblogic however when trying
    to login after creating a specific login context :
    LoginContext loginContext = new LoginContext("XXLogin",subject,
    callbackHandler);
    loginContext.login();
    The JVM tries to invoke weblogic's own internal server login module. It looks
    for the callback the login module uses and then fails.
    The same problem ocurrs at weblogic startup. Weblogic appears to overide the -Djava.security.auth.login.config=jaas.config
    with their own login configuration file:WLHOME\lib\server.policy. Is this supposed
    to be a standard PAM login configuration file or weblogic's own interpretation
    of it ? (It is called a policy file which normally relates to grants and permissions
    in JAVA). Anyway we modified this file to include our own login module under a
    different AuthenticationConfigurationName. However weblogic attempted to use our
    login module as well as their own. According to the jaas api when creating a login
    context the application configuration name is specified however weblogic appears
    to be ignoring this !! Also we have found that a PAM configuration file that we
    had did not parse with weblogic, however it worked with the standard PAM configuration
    file parser. This implies that weblogic does not use the standard parser. Any
    help welcome !!

    Hi Parthasarathy,
    Thanks for the pointer. Your suggestion was the first step to getting our Security
    Model to be compatible with the WebLogic 6.1 model. As suggested I removed the
    the default LoginModule (ServerLoginModule) from the Server.policy file and replaced
    it with our Login Module. Then we defined JVM properties for the weblogic.management.password
    property in the startweblogic command file to supply the authentication information
    required by WebLogic.
    The next problem that I encountered was that we use files in the jaas.jar for
    Authorisation when I tried to access these files (e.g. javax.security.auth.Policy)
    I got a sealing violation as the JVM had previously loaded other class files in
    this package from the weblogic.jar (as weblogic uses these files for authorisation).
    It was possible to get around this problem by putting the jaas.jar ahead of the
    weblogic.jar in the classpath.
    After this I just needed to set up permissions in the weblogic.policy file for
    authorisation and we were there.
    Regards
    Paul

    Please note from the documentation:
    http://e-docs.bea.com/wls/docs61//security/prog.html#1039659
    that WLS uses the default Login Module (weblogic.security.internal.ServerLoginModule)
    to gather authentication informatino
    during server initialization. To replace the default Login module, edit
    the Server.policy file and replace the name of the
    default Login module with the name of a custom Login module.
    Please inform whether the above information is useful. Thank you.
