My browser can reach internet thru the proxy parameters. However in the same time CC display a popup telling that it has no access to internet.
How to tell CC the proxy parameters ?

I believe I still have about 20 days left of the original support that came with my subscription to Creative Cloud. How do I use that support? Creative Cloud Package Installation Issues - School network behind a proxy

I have created a package using creative cloud manager. I am now testing it before deployment by running the setup.exe (or the msi using msi exec) but it keeps stopping part of the way through. I have tried everything I can think of and am stuck. Please find my PDApp.log pasted below:

Using Creative Cloud for teams on non internet workstations

Hi Folks,
Am interested in running creative cloud on workstations that do not have internet access.
This is because of security issues and Non Disclosure Agreements.
Internet will only be enabled by ICT admin for activation.
Is there a manual procedure to validate the software on a machine with admin provided Internet before the 30 days of use elapses?

In a broadcast environment where all our edit bays are offline behind firewall. I've installed all our CC team seats and only have to take them online every 90 - 120 days or when updates are needed. Any users that see the license countdown are told to contact IT and I take the machine online manually, check for updates and that seems to give CC Aps enough time to touch base with the license server. Take the users offline and back behind the firewall till the next countdown begins. Rinse, Repeat as needed. This is the manual way, otherwise you need to set up a Adobe License or Update Server behind your firewall that you then deploy updates as needed.

Creative Cloud Teams member cannot log in via Desktop app

Weird problem I have. Our company have 9 seat teams account, and one of our users cannot log in via the desktop app and use apps. Have worked just fine for the last year until today.
He has the old Application Manager installed as well as he had upgraded from older apps, and we are renewing our yearly subscription these days. Could any of that be the problem. Odd thing is, he is the only team member that has this problem.
He can log in to his account on the web just fine.

My machine crashed on the first download with what appeared to be 90% done, now it is stuck "downloading Creative cloud desktop" at about 10% internet working fine.

My machine crashed at the first attempt to download, now the Adobe installer is stuck at 10% when trying to download Creative Cloud desktop. do I need to purge some files to get it going? iMac 10.6.8 Internet service is fine. Thanks.

Thomh57685518 I would strongly encourage you to run Mac OS 10.7 or later if possible. You can find the system requirements for the Creative Cloud applications at System requirements | Creative Cloud.

Can creative cloud be used with intermittent internet connections?

I have a number of clients that like to "work on the ice" if you know what I mean. They ar eall ice fishermen or work in that industry. Can CC be used with intermittent internet connections?

No. Your Creative Cloud desktop applications (such as Adobe® Photoshop® and Illustrator®) are installed directly on your computer, so you won't need an ongoing Internet connection to use them on a daily basis.
An Internet connection is required the first time you install and license your desktop apps, but you can use the apps in offline mode with a valid software license. The desktop apps will attempt to validate your software licenses every 30 days.
For annual members, you can use the apps for up to 99 days in offline mode. Month-to-month members can use the software for up to 30 days in offline mode.

CS6 étant arrivé en mai 2012 ça nous assure d'un support au moins jusqu'en mai 2017.

You'll find that the CC versions of the Cloud apps all require Windows 7 or Windows 8+ so a new computer may be on the cards for you.

Creative Cloud support for hiDPI Displays

Just got a new Dell XPS 15 with a hiDPI Displaty and had to discover hat im barely able to use any CC App except Indesign because of a Ui that is viewable with strong glasses only.
Is there any workaround or fix for this besides lowering resolution?

Several apps have received High-DPI support in updates, so if you haven't applied them, do so. Otherwise you will have to live with one or the otehr thing not being particulalrly nice to look at. This unfortunately is still all over the place and Adobe seems to have no masterplan...

Creative Cloud Support

Why is it so hard to receive support from Adobe?? I can't not find a support phone number or a chat link on their website. I called sales and was directed to Adobe.com/getsupport but I don't see a phone number or link to chat there either. It really feels like Adobe does not want to hear from their subscribers, which is very disappointing. Certainly not a friendly atmosphere.
