ESW: No link for SRM / EU5 in the ES Workplace Homepage?

Hello ,
I have registered into ES Worplace some time back and accesssed the SRM 7.0 then.
I have re-registered today and find that access information to EU5 is not provided and also the access link to SRM backend is not in home page.
Is the SRM access from ES workplace removed? Kindly advice.

Not really, ESR is just definition and if your services are available in ERP then it is enough to use them.

You can goto transaction "SPROXY" on ERP and search for your service then execute it from there, read documentation for field information and type of data supplied, as it could be very frustating to understand GDT.

If you are on ABAP system then you can call this service internally as you can call any class. See the underlying implementation class of this service in SPROXY.
PI is useful for A2A communication, if you have third party program and want to communicate with ERP services (sepcially async) then you can create mappings in PI and allow thirdparty to communicate with ERP.
Typical usage scenario is: Legacy->PI->Proxy(ERP)
PI will play role of translator (if your legacy application send message in different style) and postman (to transfer message from one location to another).
Async services are useful when there is bulk transaction and NO realtime response required.

Hi RS,
Kindly follow following steps. Add the new object in DMS object link and DMS screen on new object screen with help of Abap'r.
This can be achived with help of Abap'r and following steps:
Purpose
You can also link documents with SAP objects for which no linking is supported in the standard SAP System.
Prerequisites
In Customizing for the Do cument Management , you must maintain the key fields for the SAP objects that you want to link to document info records, by choosing Control Data  Maintain key fields.
Process
1. Program two screens for the following module pools for the SAP object that is to be linked additionally:
u2013 SAPLCV00
u2013 SAPLCVIN
The process logic must be according to that of screen 0204 in program SAPLCV00 and must not be changed.
2. Create the function module OBJECT_CHECK_XXXX (XXXX = name of the SAP object).
If this object can be classified, this function module already exists in the standard system. Otherwise, copy the existing function module OBJECT_CHECK_EQUI (linking of equipment) and change it to suit the new object.
Result
After you have completed the above, documents can be linked with the SAP object that you have added. You define the settings for this in Customizing for the Document Management System (see: Object Links).

Rather than the word "Site" in your URL you need to use ArtWorks%20for%20Youth

ESW: how to enable developer access to the ES workplace systems

I received the access from ES workplace for ECC . But I dont have any authorization create any object , the role S_DEVELOP is not assigned to me ,
How to get developer access for the ES Workplace systems ( unable to creat new object ) ?
is it like that P users dont have developer access in all systems ?
How to get assign my user ID with the required roles ?
Experts Pls guide me on the same .

i already had these information but i don't know where should i use it to get authorization.

Different links for different forms of the same list.

I have a custom list created with several columns one of which is the Title column. I have created three different views for this list.
Using SharePoint Designer 2013 I have created three separate forms, one is a custom new for, a custom edit form and a custom display form. For specific reasons, I have not setup these forms as default.
I'd like to change the URL of the Title column depending on the view.
For example, if I am on View1 and click on the Title column, then I should see the custom display form I have built. In short, I want a way to manually change the url of the Title column.
I plan on creating several other forms for this same list and hence I need to know how I can change the URL of the Title column to match the need of the workflow.

However another suggest is that you create multiple title column with different links. every view will have a different title column so it can achieved.

BPM and Workflow for SRM 7

Hi
Does anyone know if BPM (Business Process Management) supports SRM and specifically SRM 7.0?
Is it possible to create the workflow in BPM and then transfer it to SRM 7? Will that work flow be a "developed" workflow from SRM point of view?

Web link for id plate for flash web galleries

I've created a number of html galleries, where you have the ability to make your id plate a link- very useful as this can link back to a main page with links to other galleries. This is pretty straightforward for HTML:
My problem, however, is that the flash galleries do not have this option for some reason! I don't see a way to make the id plate into a link for flash galleries under the web export...
I don't even mind going back after exporting to my local computer and adding in a link... but I am not proficent with flash, and don't know where to add it.... the index.html that is created as the home page of the web gallery didn't include anything I could edit... I guess flash buries things a bit and its harder to edit it manually....
Any help in allowing a link to be made from the id plate for flash galleries would be greatly appreciated...

We are implementing SRM 5.5 in our company. Also, EP 7.0 we are implementing for SRM. Can anyone help me how to get the business packages for SRM and supplier collaboration, as i cant download it from sdn, as it is unrestricted shipment.
Also, how to import these business packages into EP.

Yann already pointed out where to find the BP for SRM. The Business Package for Supplier Collaboration is also available from the <a href="https://www.sdn.sap.comhttp://www.sdn.sap.comhttp://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/sdn/developerareas/contentportfolio">Portal Content Portfolio</a> in the Specialist section. You want to go for the 2.0 release.
Installation:
In SAP NetWeaver 2004s, the portal is installed as a usage type via SAPINST. For installing the Business Package for SRM 5.0, the installation process also goes via SAPINST. Please follow SAP note 883948.

You use the word "redeem" which might mean you dealt with a redemption code for the first installation. The redemption code is used to acquire a serial number. From that point you use the serial number to activate all installations.

Pre-made pages in iWeb like the ones in homepage

Before I got iWeb I used homepage a lot. There seems to me a lot more premade pages in homepage like baby announcements, resume pages, educational focused pages.... are these types of things available in iWeb? All I see for any theme is the same 8 pre-made pages. Am I missing something?

No you are not missing anything, there is a limited number of themes and each theme has the same format of page "welcome about blog photo...) but iweb offers more flexibility for modification than do the pages in homepage.
You can continue to use pages in conjunction to iweb just put a link in your site to the pages you want people to see and that will do it.
There are also some templates available for purchase on a few sites. 11mystics comes to mind.
