ETA:I have payed but download failed?
Last night I purchased joikupot premium for my n86 8mp, I have never had any problems with the ovi store before but thi time it just refuses to download!
I click to download and it doesnt even get to 1% before saying download failed, and seeing as I obvously cant download it to my pc and transfer it to my phone that way (I know its to prevent piracy but there are many better preventative measures than that) what am I to do?
I have payed for something that I have not received, I am certainly not very happy about that and am considering my options with regards to persuing reimbursement.
Has anybody had a similar experiance? Can anybody help?
ETA: I have just attempted to re-purchase the download and a message came up on screen (in .5 size text for .25 of a second something like) download limit reached if message given in error please contact customer care and repurchase
So now on the basis of something the Ovi store has told me, that I should repurchase and it will work, I have repurchased and it STILL doesn't work. I have read from other users that they have had to re purchase the software and it worked fine for them but ovbvouxly that has not been the case for me.
Do I need to speak to a solicitor before I get the recognition I deserve as a VERY unsatisfied customer? Or should I just succumb to the allure of the Apple I phone and mark myself down as another hardcore Nokia user lost to Steve Jobs and his fantastic device?

I have been trying to download itunes_10.5.2 to a Window XP environment, but on each occasion after each section of the download I get a fail message saying something like "certificate has invalid signature".

Purchased "This is it", but download failed twice
It is taking a long time to download my pre-ordered movie. When I open iTunes it proceeds to download where it left off but continues to say "18 hours remaining". This after three days. And I have great Airport signal! What is wrong here?
Apparently the large file coupled with the inconsistent server resulted in a few days of download time. It shows 5 minutes left now.

An iPhone 3GS is too old to update to the very latest iOS and you will never be able to use apps that are compatible. The phone is just too old now in technology terms and the app makers have all moved on, so it's time to get a new phone.
Ideally, perhaps get an iPhone 4s or if you can afford it, an iPhone 5s or 5c which are the newest models. -
I have an sony vivaz, i want to upgrade the software. i had downloaded the upgradtion software. bUt it fails to upgrade, even it fails when i use phone repair in pc suit.
What should i do?Hello @chavanjayesh2001... I wanted to give you some tips for when you can't update the software of your phone:
-Make sure that the Internet connection is good. If the update process is interrupted it might be due to loss of Internet connection.
-Try using another USB cable and usb port in your computer.
-Try using another PC.
-Temporary disable any firewalls and or antivirus software.
-Start your PC in “Safe mode with networking” mode. This is done by pressing F8 during PC boot. When Windows is started in safe mode, try taking the update again. -

SvenProblem solved. Copied latest file of iTunes Library.itl from Previous iTunes Libraries and replaced it with the original in Music - iTunes-folder.

I'm unable to download the German dictionary. I tried to do it with a 3g connection, but I failed because of that. A message said that I had to have a wi-fi connection to contine the download. Now I have a wi-fi connection, but I still can't download it. Could you give me advice please?
I did activate the German keyboard, and I entered in the application "notes",in which I typed a german word with the german keyboard... But I can't get "define". It only appears to me when I select a word from an ebook, but when I ask for the definition of a German word there, it simply says "no definition found", as if the German dictionary didn't exist. I know that it exists... When I tried for the first time to get a definition for a German word, it appeared a writing which asked me if I wanted to download the German dictionary. I selected "yes", but I was connected to a 3g connection at the moment, so the ipad didn't download the dictionary, but another writing told me that the download would have continued when I was connected to a wi-fi. It didn't. And now I don't know how to continue the download. I've installed the French dictionary and the English one, but for the German one that's what happened. Maybe the ipads work differently in each country?

I download Fruit Ninja but it failed bec of it's MB but I was billed so why would I pay such game when it was not successfully downloaded in my ipad2? If I cud install it then I shall pay the thing.
You paid for it because you bought it, there is nothing stopping you from now downloading it. If it is over 20 meg in size then you either need to switch to a wifi network on your iPad (there is a 20 meg limit per file over 3G), or try downloading it on your computer and then either sync it across to the iPad or drag-and-drop it from the Apps library in iTunes over and onto your iPad 'device'.
If you can connect the iPad to wifi then re-try downloading it (re-downloading) - f it currently shows as 'waiting' on the screen then try a reset and see if it resumes downloading after the iPad has restarted ? Press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot. -
I recently purchased the Mt. Lion upgrade and have tried to download the system software but each time, there was a problem. The first was an error message 404, and I had to retry downloading. The second time it downloaded to the halfway point and then stopped. The third time I continued to wait for the downloading process to begin and it never did.

Hallo! I ned help to get my adobe audition app as I have payed for back to my computer. I had to uinstall the program also creative cloud since I didnt have the audition app any longer? This has happend before and I like have my money back as I have payed for it or help from tthe adobe team to install it again with the app.

I have tried to download Mavericks on my 2010 iMac(10.6.8), but nothing happens, not even the install app downloads, also I tried to download chrome, I moved it to the applications folder and when I opened the folder it wasn't there. I have a 1tb hard drive that is mostly empty. By the way I just got this imac used from a reseller.
Mavericks downloads into the Applications folder, where you can install it. Some Mac App Store Troubleshooting information and how to resume a download that was interrupted; some of the information here might get you an answer. Failing that, try contacting Apple Support.

We have an application built using HTMl 5 and Javascript running on IPad2, iOS5.1 Safari 5.1.
When a file url is clicked instead of asking for Save or Open or Cancel options, the file gets opened on IPad by default.
Is this default behaviour which cannot be changed or can it be configured to ask user preference?
When we try to download a file(.pvw file -> a model file) in the above application, safari throws "Download failed" error.
Please suggest what needs to be done.

PramodSafari on an iPad in general does not allow downloading of files. That's a safety precaution in the iOS SDK to keep unauthorized content off of iOS devices. Safari will open from the web site file types that it can handle, but direct downloading isn't normal behavior, and I don't believe the behavior can be changed, though you can try asking in the developer forum, either here or the one to which you have access as a member of Apple's iOS developer program.

I recently purchased a Canon 7D. I own Adobe Photoshop/Bridge CS5. I cannot open my raw images in Bridge. I have tried to download the plug in but does not seem to work. Please Help, I need to be able to open my raw images in Bridge ASAP. I do not want to upgrade to CS6 at this time.
If you had given us sensible information, I could look it up for you if your efforts fail.
