ETF on an iphone returned in 8 days
I had a horrible experience with buying a phone from Walmart and then returning it and now there is an ETF of $350 on my account. I returned the phone 8 days from purchase. And we contacted Verizon and was assured there would not be an ETF. This is ridiculous that it has shown up. And now, of course, I have been on hold forever trying to actually talk to a CSR.
Any ideas?
Or a problem with O2's provisioning of the iPhone.
Just in case though, don't buy any lottery tickets or take any dares.

Iphone 5 is 1 day camera not working shutter frozen.
My iphone 5 is 1 day camera not working shutter frozen, and i try restore restart but not use. now I took it to my carrier and now I have to wait 14 days to have my phone ,I feel bad about this.
That is NOT unfreezing it for me. It returns to home page now after about thirty seconds of total freeze (worsened from last night).
And now some really strange things are adding to it, like when waking and sliding to unlock, the tab is sticking for several seconds to the right before opening home page. Nobody seems to know whether apps are saved in sync for easy load following a restore. (??)
Edit to add: when I try the hard reset, it simply prompts whether I want to shut down, so I guess yes, it does finally help to exit the frozen shutter, though as I said, it releases after about thirty seconds.
One more edit: I turned my iphone off and restarted it to find, knock on wood, that the camera's working now. Will see where it goes from here.

8 days ago i bought an iphone 5c Refurbished 16gb on 02 refresh online, £9.99 upfront and £8pm for handset and £21pm for airtime. in first 48 hours i phoned 02 to pay off the handset in full and cancel the airtime agreement. so i have paid £9.99 and £192 and the phone is completely mine I have changed my mind about the 5c but they will not allow me to send the handset back in the first 14 days according to customer services due to some b/s about having paid off the handset in full and they will not take it back full stop. The invoice that came with the phone says i can send it back within 14 days and there is a prepaid barcode but no address to send it to. The phone just came in a cardboard box with cable and i collected it from local store. On chat with 02 agent, he 100% told me I can send it back to 02 and get my £209 back. i have searched all day the T & C of 02 and cant find anything that says you are forbidden from sending a refurbished iphone back in 14 days if you paid for it in full and are not happy. Please help, 14 days soon expires.
Thanks so much everyone for your input. I am going to the shop today and to speak to 02 customer services about returning the item in the box provided. All i want to do, is spend more money on an iphone with 02 refresh and get a refurbished iphone 5s 32gb instead which will cost me £349 instead of the £209 i have paid. The thing is, i need the 5s with better camera and more memory for backpacking and taking better photos at night so i dont have to take my expensive camera out all the time which is too bulky to fit in my pocket. They wouldnt do this on phone at customer services originally but I have evidence from chat last night with 02 person that this is wrong. Also, I have checked the T & C and nowhere does it say you cant return the iphone if paid off in full for a refund. The invoice with the handset from 02 online does provide a returns label but NO address to send it back in the box. I havent even used it or synced it with itunes yet and because it is refurbished they will have no problemo selling it to another customer. I will take photos of the package with the phone, and send it insured through Royal Mail today Friday 31-07 because the 14 days expires next tuesday 4th august. i wish my local 02 store would help sending it back and dealing with the matter but they palm it off to 44555 or 202 because they say it was bought through 02 website. This means however, i should be covered under ''distance selling regulations'' here in the UK. wish me luck

Or hope that someone charges it, turns it on, and you accidentally look at "find my phone" while this is all happening..... or a good person turns it into your provider so that they can return it. -

I have now transfered my files of ripped CD's to my iTunes library three times Since upgrading to iTunes 11 and Windows 8. On each occassion, the conversion seems to occur fine, the files play, but when I close my computer and return the next day, iTunes says it cannot locate any of those files. Three times. Beginning to lose my temper. Advice? Suggestions? Could the fact that my original library is located on a network drive have anything to do with it? Thanks for your help, all.
Repair security permissions
Right-click on your main iTunes folder and click Properties, then go to the Security tab and click Advanced. If necessary grant your account and system full control to this folder, subfolders and files, then tick the option to replace permissions on child objects which will repair permissions throughout the library. This is the XP dialog but Windows 7/8 shouldn't be too different.
Repeat for the media folder if it isn't a subfolder of the iTunes folder.

What is the "Voxer"?
If you set up the find my iphone feature on the iphone itself and it is on and it has not been restored, then you may be able to locate using icloud.com.
Otherwise, it cannot be tracked. -

No. you should wear the battery down to 10-20%. Iphone batteries are designed to charge a limited number of times then they will no longer hold a charge. Charging so frequently will kill the battery early.

Well, it could be that your carrier doesn't have a signal when it looses its signal. You could try resetting network settings which might help - Settings/General/Reset/Reset Network Settings. You'll need to set up any wi-fi networks you connect too again. If you're still having issues, contact your carrier.

I have one doubt in return order creation. There are two scenarios while creating return order, (1) if customer returns within 180 days (from invoice date) than i need to give him full credit (base price as well as tax) and (2) if customer returns after 180 days of invoice than only base price needs to be credited. Tax amount shoud not be credited.
How can i map this in SAP ?..

While creating sale order, go to item or header billing screen, you have ALT Tax classific (at header) - select 0 to Tax exempt.
At item level -billing - tax classification - select 0
