Red-blooded humans tend to get upset about red. It doesn't necessarily mean anything, it's just intended to attract attention. There may be other things that are not red, but they also need attention.
Read about EtreCheck, its proper use and limitations by following the link at the beginning of the report. Don't fix what isn't broken.
This is what you need to fix:
Battery Health: Replace Soon - Cycle count 1057
Have Apple replace your battery. €139 including VAT, installed, with warranty.
    Startup items are obsolete in OS X Yosemite
That message means what it says. There is nothing to fix because the items in that folder are doing nothing. If it has any meaning at all, perhaps those programs have not been properly maintained by you or by their developer.

Fixing a modified Hosts file requires specific instructions. Apple Support Communities contributor and EtreCheck author etresoft recently added a User Tip discussing that concern, and how to correct it: Fixing a hacked /etc/hosts file

Lastly you are using Google:
Google products including Google Chrome and Google Drive will burden any Mac regardless of its age or configuration. It litters a Mac with a plethora of root level system modifications in the same manner as a virus would, if such a thing were to exist, which it doesn't.
Google derives essentially all its revenue from advertising. Their products are "free" because you are the product Google sells.
Google Chrome was designed for the sole purpose of harvesting your personal information.
If Safari does not meet your requirements, I suggest Firefox. Unlike Chrome, Firefox does not alter a Mac's operating system, does not demand full-time root access for purposes known only to it, is not designed to harvest your personal information, and is not known to cause the degraded performance that Google Chrome is notorious for causing.
If you require Chrome and expect acceptable performance from your hardware, expect the need to replace it with newer hardware frequently.
Fix those problems by not using Google.
