Eula accept and then nothing

Question

I have installed the Jacquie Lawson advent calendar and Adobe Air. When I click to open the calendar I get the Air EULA screen. After I accept, nothing at all happens. I was two other people trying different apps who have the same problem. What does it mean when it says "Could not create a file..."
Here is the relevent part of the log:

Sorry, when I went to the forum, I saw the attachment.
Okay. I really thank you for this info. I have taken over permission of the app. The directions you sent for that were perfect. Then I’m pretty sure I put that file in the right folder. I saw one just like it from 2010, so I know it was in the right place. When you say to “copy it into the folder,” have I done it right if I can see it in that folder? I’m just not sure if I’m supposed to do something else to it.
So I did these two things and I still get the accept EULA screen and nothing still happens. But I feel so grateful that someone out there at Adobe was willing to offer me advice!! I was about to give up on the whole thing when I got your reply.
Do you have any other suggestions or can you think of something I might have done wrong in following your suggestions?
Thanks again. I’m ready to call it quits if there is nothing obvious you can think of.
