Europe unlimited united kingdom mobile

I want to call an mobile number in the United Kingdom from my mobile in Canada. I was looking at the option for the Europe Unlimited landline and mobile plan that is available for €31,99/month and was just wondering if this would best suit my needs.
I was just reading a few of the threads on this board, where other users were complaining that they were being charged extra for calling mobiles within Europe even though they had purchased the Europe Unlimited plan, but I also notice that most of these threads are old (from 2011 and 2012) so I just wanted to know if this issue has been resolved.
It's just that, if I'm going to pay €31,99/month for the Europe Unlimited plan, I want to be sure that that's all I'm going to have to pay monthly in order to call my friend's cell in Bristol. I'm not wanting to have to pay additional per-minute fees.

What concerns me is that, skype has a new service now - a Skype Number,where friends, family, customers can contact me on my skype number for which I pay every month. Perhaps I'm wrong but I thought that Caller ID is the same as my mobile phone number which I use with skype. Where Skype number I need to choose from what is available now from a specific area eg. United Kingdom v UK why the constant conflicts

With 4000 contacts in my AB syncing with MobileMe it is getting a little annoying to keep getting conflicts sometimes upto 2900 at a time when AB says United Kingdom but Mobile Me says there is a conflict because MobileMe is set to UK?

Are you trying to call Mobiles? Not all countries covered by this subscription can call Mobiles for Free.

Office 2013 - App-v Package setting language to English United Kingdom

I have created an app-v package for Office 2013 using the instructions following in

Which works great and I have an app-v package created, trouble is that the language in Office i.e. Word is set to English United States. I need to default to English United Kingdom.
I have tried using Group Policy, and the language (Eng UK) appears in "Language" in word and if selected it uses this for session, but when Word is closed and re-opened to defaults back to English US.
I've also tried setting the language in the config.xml file to EN-GB during the build process, but the process fails straight away.
Anyone know how to permanently set the language to English UK?

The only english language that seems to be supported is EN-US and backed up by this document

I don't have a problem about creating the package in en-us, but need a way of changing it after it is deployed.

United Kingdom Regional Format sets Monday as the first day of the week.

With the Region Settings (Settings -> General -> International -> Region Format) set to United Kingdom, Calendar displays Monday as the first day of the week. I have seen other posts whereby it was suggested to change to US Internationalization but this will also change the date and telephone number formats to US settings, far more frustrating.
Have I been sheltered from properly formatted calendars all my life or is this a mistake and it should start the week on Sunday. It is consistent in both the Week and Month view.
Am I crazy or does anyone else agree with is?

Same here. One of the first things I do in this sort of application is switch week start to Mondays.

Maybe... Is this a laser printer or an inkjet? What model? If it is a laser printer then the fuser and other internal parts are likely set to run at 120V and will not be compatible with the 220V in the UK. For inkjet printers you may have regionalization issues that cane be resolved with a call to support. The inkjet pwer supplies are typically universal, allowing input from 100V-240V. You would likely only need an adapter for the plug or a new cord.

I have been asked to verify my account details. I have moved from UK to New Zealand. I cannot change my country from United Kingdom. When I tap on United Kingdom a red message appears telling me that I have unexpired video rentals, which is irrelevant!
