"Evaluation Copy" still displayed

I used the demonstration version of the 3D graph control to do some programming. We have now purchased the full version of Measurement Studio. Before installing the full version, I uninstalled the demo version. The next time I opened my project, I was asked if I wanted to convert it from version 1. to version 6.0. I said yes, and when I open my resource files, the 3Dgraph objects no longer show up as evaluation copies. When I run my application, however, the "Evaluation Copy" is still displayed in the control. I then uninstalled the full version, manually unregistered cw3dgrph.ocx, deleted it, and then reinstalled the full version. I get the same problem. Any ideas? I am using MS Visual C++ 6.0 and Windows ME. Thanks.

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling again, and now it seems to work. I'm not sure what, if anything, I did different.

Why does my settings app still display a badge even after I've updated to iOS 7.0.4?

I recently update to the latest iOS 7.0.4. My phone rebooted fine but when I went back to my homescreen the settings icon still displays a badge with the number 1 on it.
When I go to Settings > General > Software Update it displays iOS 7.0.4 Your Software is up to date.
I have also rebooted my phone a few times, and still the red badge displays. Anyone else having this issue?

I know this happened to some users after the previous updates.
You just have to learn to ignore it, I suppose, until the next update comes out and hopefully it disappears.
If you are desparate to try and remove the badge, perhaps a restore from Itunes (restoring a fresh copy of 7.0.4) might remove it.

The first thing you should do with a second-hand computer is to erase the internal drive and install a clean copy of OS X. How you do that depends on the model, and on whether you already own another Mac. If you're not sure of the model, enter the serial number on this page. Then find the model on this page to see what OS version was originally installed.
1. You don't own another Mac.
If the machine shipped with OS X 10.4 or 10.5, you need a boxed and shrink-wrapped retail Snow Leopard (OS X 10.6) installation disc, which you can get from the Apple Store or a reputable reseller — not from eBay or anything of the kind. If the machine has less than 1 GB of memory, you'll need to add more in order to install 10.6. I suggest you install as much memory as it can take, according to the technical specifications.
If the machine shipped with OS X 10.6, you need the installation media that came with it: gray installation discs, or a USB flash drive for some MacBook Air models. If you don't have the media, order replacements from Apple. A retail disc, or the gray discs from another model, will not work.
To boot from an optical disc or a flash drive, insert it, then reboot and hold down the C key at the startup chime. Release the key when you see the gray Apple logo on the screen.
If the machine shipped with OS X 10.7 or later, you don't need media. It should boot into Internet Recovery mode when you hold down the key combination option-command-R at the startup chime. Release the keys when you see a spinning globe.
2. You do own another Mac.
If you already own another Mac that was upgraded in the App Store to the version of OS X that you want to install, and if the new Mac is compatible with it, then you can install it. Use Recovery Disk Assistant to create a bootable USB device and boot the new Mac from it by holding down the C key at the startup chime. You will need the Apple ID and password that you used to upgrade. Note that if your other Mac was never upgraded in the App Store, you can't use this method.
Once booted from the disc, the USB device, or Internet Recovery, launch Disk Utility and select the icon of the internal drive — not any of the volume icons nested beneath it. In the Partition tab, select the default options: a GUID partition table with one data volume in Mac OS Extended (Journaled) format. This operation will permanently remove all existing data on the drive, which is what you should do.
After partitioning, quit Disk Utility and run the OS X Installer. When the installation is done, the system will automatically reboot into the Setup Assistant, which will prompt you to transfer the data from another Mac, its backups, or from a Windows computer. If you have any data to transfer, this is usually the best time to do it.
You should then run Software Update and install all available system updates from Apple. If you want to upgrade to a major version of OS X newer than 10.6, get it from the Mac App Store. Note that you can't keep an upgraded version that was installed by the previous owner. He or she can't legally transfer it to you, and without the Apple ID you won't be able to update it in Software Update or reinstall, if that becomes necessary. The same goes for any App Store products that the previous owner installed — you have to repurchase them.
If the previous owner "accepted" the bundled iLife applications (iPhoto, iMovie, and Garage Band) in the App Store so that he or she could update them, then they're linked to that Apple ID and you won't be able to download them without buying them. Reportedly, Apple customer service has sometimes issued redemption codes for these apps to second owners who asked.
If the previous owner didn't deauthorize the computer in the iTunes Store under his Apple ID, you wont be able to authorize it under your ID. In that case, contact iTunes Support.

My ipad was is displaying an alert message " A wi-fi connection is required to download your apps and media". So it has been connected to the internet over night and this morning but is still displaying the alert message and it won't go away. what to do?

My name is Norbert. I am having some difficulties restoring my icloud back up. My ipad was doing an icloud back up and the alert message displayed on the ipad after my internet was interrupted "A wi-fi connection is required to download your apps and media".
I got the internet working, my ipad is receiving internet network but the alert message is still displayed on the ipad and won't go away, to make matters worse the ipad is frozen and i can't do anything.
Please can anyone with a similar experience tell me what to do in this situation?

The thing is that I created a customized chrome, and looks nice when it is transparent cause seems to be floating, it works as a browser, but the problem is that when I navigate with it into a page wich contains embedded youtube videos, as in example, or any other swf file... it just doesn't show...

How can we tell if the iphone is already fully charged in ios7? Even if its 100% the thunderbolt icon is still displayed. Not like in ios 6 that we will know when to unplug the charger because there is an indicator.

For those who seem unfamiliar with what is being asked:
On iOS 6 and older, just because the phone reached 100%, didn't mean it was Fully Charged. The way you could tell was the lightning bolt symbol that indicated the device was charging would change to an outlet plug when the device was not only 100%, but also stopped accepting further charge. This symbol switch would occur anywhere from 5-15 minutes after the device already was displaying 100%.
Now, on iOS 7, while it still reaches 100% with that same lightning bolt charge symbol, during the 100% point, it never switches to the plug symbol to indicate the charge period is totally finished.
Can anyone confirm if there is a way to see this charge completion in iOS 7 since it appears that there is no longer a symbol for it? Is there any indication that Apple may have changed the charging display so that now it only displays 100% when it would have previously displayed that plug symbol?

PO is fully received but its still displayed in CJI5 with commit = 0

I have a Material PO with 2 line items fully received (Good Receipt). The PO Line Items Total Amounts and Quantities are correctly shown in CJI3 (Actual Cost). However, the PO Line Items are still shown in CJI5 with Outstanding Commitment Amount = 0. There are only 2 line items in the PO and both of them have been fully received.
Can anyone give me an explanation why the PO Line Items have not dissapeard in CJI5 and they are still shown in CJI5 with Outstanding Commitment Amount = 0?

I want to include additional comments in regard to this issue. Initially, I thought I was only missing to check the box "Only Open Items" right at the beginning of transaction CJI5.
However, I just realized that fully received POs (with GR and IR) are correctly shown in CJI3 (Actual Cost) but are still displayed in CJI5 (Commitments).
I finally found the problem:
The user created a Purchase Requisition for an Outline Agreement (Document Type "RV"). The Outline Agreement has been fully consumed by 4 different Purchase Orders. All 4 Purchase Orders has been Received and Invoiced. However, the commitment amount (for the full OA Amount) is still shown in Commitment (CJI5).
Is this a configuration issue? I would hate to ask my client to delete all PRs with document type "RV" where the OA has been fully consumed (all Outline Agreement POs have GR and IR).
Any comments or orientation will be appreciated.

ADF Faces RichTable doesn't validate but still display changed data

I think I miss something in the ADF Faces lifecycle management. Can you help me?
In a adf faces/jsf page,
1- I have a RichTable which DataModel is based on a List<Department> stored in a managed bean (session).
2- I have a button "Cancel" with immediate=true partialSubmit=false (I don't use PPR) and an ActionMethod that does a few changes (not in the model) and return "success".
When I modify a value in the table (that has some af:inputText) and click on the Cancel button, the underlying List<Department> instance isn't changed (Which I expect because of the immediate=true property!). But the table still display the changes I've typed in the page. How can I reverse the data displayed in the table to before my change in the UI (in a simple manner)? What do I miss?

Hi,
immediate = true makes sure that the component is evaluated before all the other. In addition the value change event fires before the model update to give you the opportunity to prevent the update. I don't know what your managed bean code is doing, but the fact that the table has the update indicates the RC table component to work properly. Your table model isn't updated, which I don't think will be automatic. So I assume you will have to access the current selected row, get the row object and pass it to the list for an update

Inactive Catalog item still display in SRM - MDM catalog

HI,
I have one new issue in SRM-MDM catalogs.
For Catalog Item there is one field called 'status' having value Active and Inactive and I change the status to Inactive for one of the Catalog item in Data manager but when i access the same in SRM - MDM catalog from Shopping cart, the Catalog item still display there.
Does anyone guide me.

Bookmarks are saved yet after using the page icon is still displayed instead of the actual icon for the website. I have followed the directions for "Favicons do not display".

My bookmarks, on a HP Pavilion dv-7-2273cl notebook, are saved yet the page icon is still displayed after using the bookmark instead of the actual icon for the website. I have followed the directions for "Favicons do not display" without any success. This problem is not experienced on my much older Gateway desktop.

A possible cause is a problem with the file places.sqlite that stores the bookmarks and the history.

Html iView is still displayed in foreground after layer navigation

in my model I have an layer with a form view and a html view. After navigation back to another layer, the opened window of the html view is still displayed in the foreground. When the model is compiled with Flash (flex), it works correctly. When compiling with Flash (Flex2) it doesn`t work. Does someone have an idea?

In your model you are given navigation control as Default ,just give any other navigation option Ex Tab and try .
And for me its working fine.
If u think i did not got ur problem just send the screen shots of Both Flex and Flex2

Command+Control+f will toggle it off and on.

Thank you for the question. Are you seeing the previous Apple ID in the iTunes and App Store? If you are, use these steps to sign in with your new Apple ID:
Sign in with a different Apple ID
Tap Settings > iTunes & App Stores.
Tap your Apple ID.
If you see the option to Sign In, you can change your Apple ID now.
Tap Sign Out.
Enter your Apple ID and Password and tap Sign In.
Or if you don't have another Apple ID, tap Create New Apple ID.

If you trying to change the Apple ID signed into iCloud, use these steps:
On your iOS device’s Home screen, go to Settings > iCloud, then at the bottom of the screen, tap Delete Account.
