Even after following all of the steps, CC still will not let me sign in
My problem is that even after following all of these steps to the T (the steps are here: You are no longer signed into your Creative Cloud applications), including the showing hidden files part, Creative Cloud will still not let me sign in.
Am I correct in understanding that you are trying to sign in to the Creative Cloud Desktop app, but when your provide your login information, it says it is loading and gets stuck doing so? If this is your problem, we are both having the same problem. After I provide my login information, the loading spinner appears and I get stuck logging in.

After exhausting all suggestions on the iTunes pages, I still can not get access to the iTunes store. All software is up to date & iTunes has been uninstalled & re-installed with no effect. All functions of the player are fine, but there is no access to the store or the updater. I have also used the "autoruns" program suggested with no help there either.

my apple id account has been disabled for security reasons. I have re-set my password numerous times but the system still will NOT let me sign in. It continues to say your account has been disabled.

1-800-MY-APPLE (1-800-692-7753) let them know and they will helo you enable the account. even if you change the password 50 times the account will stay disable till you call them

ITunes continues to crash, even after following ALL of the suggestions offered here. Now what?
iTunes opens properly, but will shut down (crash) after approximately one minute, whether it's playing something or not. I have uninstalled and reinstalled (even with the help of Apple tech people to ensure I have done it properly). I have followed all steps offered on the link that Apple has to rectify this situation. When I created a new user, it worked for a couple of days, but then went back to crashing. I played it in compatibility mode (windows 7) and it worked, for a day or so, but then went back to crashing. I even tried installing an earlier version of iTunes, to no avail. I give up.

If the iPod was originally purchased just 3 months ago it is still within the Apple 1 year limited warranty. Now if the iPod has a manufacturing defect then the replacement will be free under warranty but if the fault is caused by any physical/liquid damage then the replacement would be at a cost to you. When I first opened my itunes acct. i was sharing with my daughter. some time ago she got her own acct. i thought i should get my own too. so for the last several years i used my new acct. i reciently wanted to add some new cds to my ipod and it said that some of the songs that i purchased were no longer there. and were associated with a different acct. so i tried to log in to my old acct. but it asked for my birthday and the one i entered didnt match the records, and i no longer have the email address from the old acct to email me so i can reset the password. i have well over 100 songs that i purchased back then and i cant believe i cant get them back!! someone please help me. i love my music and i really want my other songs back.

I have used your info to give my two iPads different names. My problem is that my old iPad still has the old email in the Apple ID pop up so it will not let me sign in. I checked my info in the manage my account page and there is my email as primary, which allows me to sign in for apps, etc on the newiPad air, but when I try to update or buy an App on the old iPad, the old email is in the pop up and will not let me sign in.
How do I change the email in the old iPad to match the new iPad????

Have you created a new account or updated your existing account ? All content that you download from the store is tied to the account that downloaded it, so if you have created a new account then all of your existing downloads will remain tied to your old account.
If you've updated your existing account then try tapping on the id at the bottom of the Featured tab in the App Store app and log out of it and then log back in with the updated id so as to 'refresh' the account on it. -

I'm transferring my iTunes library from a PC to my new iMac via home sharing. I've followed all of the steps to "import" my library but the "import" button is greyed out. Any suggestions?
There is no need to import anything or use Home Sharing.
Copy the ENTIRE iTunes folder from the old computer to the new computer, everything will be exactly as it was. -
