Was good to see that even the god of Web Dynpro ABAP - Thomas Jung has the occasional trouble with SCN submitting his response multiple times.
[Darn this button just doesn't seem to work..|Multiple File Download Issue;
This has happened to me a few times recently - some random - "Parent not found" issue - anyone else getting it?

Additional things to try.
Try this first. Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord for 30 seconds or longer) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.
Go to Settings>Wi-Fi and turn Off. Then while at Settings>Wi-Fi, turn back On and chose a Network.

Another thing to try - Go into your router security settings and change from WEP to WPA with AES.

Note - When troubleshooting wifi connection problems, don't hold your iPad by hand. There have been a few reports that holding the iPad by hand, seems to attenuate the wifi signal.

Oh how the mighty fall...

OK...I am posting this to illustrate that yes, us elitist professionals that use FCP can make bonehead mistakes and assumptions.
I have a still...a rather LARGE still (4400x3245) that I planned to do a move on...a zoom out and pan. Well, the issue was that this still was a black and white line art drawing. Tons of horizontal and verticle lines. So I do my move and get the light green render bar...it looks good. So I render and WHOA! HUGE ALIASING. Lines go all psychadelic and dance and moire...gah!
OK...so this isn't good in FCP. I try Motion, but Motion has a 2k limit, so the picture is scaled. No good...I need to go in far. So I use After Effects and do the move and it looks great. I render it, the quicktime export looks good, so I drop it in the timeline and render and WHOA! Those friggin moire lines are dancing again. What the...?
So I iChat with Patrick Sheffield and try to figure out what is going on.
ME: the QT looks great...but FCP...like poo (harsher word used)

Yes. Never...ever...EVER judge the quality of an image by the canvas. I say this how many times a day? And do I take my own advice. HA!

An old trick I learned years ago is to add one or two pixels of Directional Blur filter with the angle set at 90 degrees (it's called Motion Blur in some apps such as PhotoShop). You can add it directly to the still image in Photoshop or in your compositor. In the old days, on slower machines, adding it to the image saved render time. I use Boris and keyframe the amount of blur, reducing it as I zoom in on the image.

Requirements transfer to follow up materail, if the stock falls below

The issue is related to the requirements transferring the follow up material,
when the inventory falls below the safety stock,
the requirements has to generated for the follow up material, in which is maintained in MRP 4

Here in our case,
when the Inventory stock falls below the SAFETY STOCK,
the requirement are getting generated for the same material, but not for the follow up material( which is maintained in MRP4)

What is the way out for transferring the requirements to follow up material (which is maintained in MRP4), in case of stock falls below the safety stock ?

requirement was already clear when you explianed in the first attempt.
i was trying to verify from you did you done anything on that or read any material for follow on mateial.
so follow on mateial has 2 stategies (please check in SAP help file as i didnt worked on this from long time)
1. to use the all existing stock of old and pass the requirement to other
2. on the perticular date ignore any requirement for old material and pass all requirement to new mateial.
there is not way to achive your expected results.
and i am not finding any business requirement that way....what is point of thinking "safety stock" when the material is going to replace by other material.
Please think on this.

Image/text falling on the ground ( dust/sand impact )

Hey everyone,
Looked for this tutorial but cannot find it anywhere:( I need to create a logo animation where the logo fall on the ground and when it hits the ground the sand or dust blow ( like an impact animation ), does anyone know where to find it ?

This is nothing more than a multi layered composite with one layer being the background footage, the other being the debris from the impact, and the final layer being the falling logo. The hard part is the timing of the animation. Stock footage or a particle effect could be used to generate the dust. A moving camera in the original footage would mean that you have to do some camera tracking or some plain tracking to make the logo stick to the ground. If you want to add shadows and multiple kinds of debris and dust then you need more layers. The last option would be to animate the logo falling in a 3D app and add the dust and particles there, then render the image sequence and composite it into AE.
What is you level of experience? What does the background shot look like? Maybe we can point you in the right direction if we knew a little more about your background footage and your experience level.

Is there a way to operate the command key using the mouse?

I am working with a student who has limited movement of his hands. He is able to operate a mouse. However, he cannot operate the mouse and make key commands at the same time. Is there any way to adapt the mouse so command key actions can be carried out without pressing the key?

Look inside System Preference "Universal Access" (or whatever even more politically correct name it is called now).
There is a feature called "Sticky keys". That says that when you press the command key in a certain way, it stays pressed (It is "Sticky").
There are also two and three button mouse devices that can be used readily on a Mac (including the "Mighty Mouse" with the little rollerball) that can register one, two, or three button operations.

I need the rubber foot at the bottom of my Macbook. It's impossible to find.

I lost the rubber foot at the bottom of my Macbook. This has been an adventure in trying to get this. I wanted to purchase it online. Not available!! So I chat with Apple, the guy tries really hard to get it for me. Hi finds it in his system but CANNOT mail to me. Not allowed! I go to Apple store, they say I have to make an appointment with the Genius bar. I try to do that online, it won't let me, because it wants to solve through apple support or chat.
Are they kidding? A rubber foot? I am really frustrated!! Can some one help?

I was at the Genius Bar for another problem and mentioned the feet falling off the bottom of my MBP. The Genius's answer was that the important thing was to keep dirt from getting inside the case, so I should just take off the bottom cover and put electrical tape over the holes.
There are a few considerations for this DIY approach. First, I like the bit of stickiness that the feet give the case so it doesn't slide around, so I want something on the outside. Second, some people may not be comfortable taking apart the case and may not even have a properly sized Phillips screwdriver. Third, if you haven't seen the instructions for removing the cover, you may not realize that the screws on the front and sides of the cover go in at an angle. Even though I wanted my new feet to be installed on the outside, I wanted to look around on the inside to see if there were any loose foot parts lying around in there.
It happens that I have a screwdriver that came with a memory expansion kit, so I used that. If you need to purchase one, it's a size 00. I laid down a large towel on my work service to keep from scratching the top cover when working on the upside down MBP, and to collect any run-away screws so they wouldn't end up on the floor. I removed the screws and set them on the towel next to the holes they came out of so I would get them beck into the same place they came from when reinstalling. Note that there is one short screw in the back and the rest are longer, at least on my model. That's why it's important to keep track of them.
With the back off I could see that there was a lot of dust inside the case already, probably mostly from the vent fan pulling it in. I cleaned up using a vacuum cleaner and a soft paintbrush.
Before starting the job I went to Home Depot and checked out the selection of feet in the area where they have stick-on pads to prevent furniture from scratching floors, etc. I chose 2" wide, thin, adhesive-backed pads that came in a package of 8 for about $2.50. I liked the shape because it thought it would be less likely to peel off than a taller pad, and there was no question that it would completely cover the holes in the case.
This is a good time to punch out any feet that didn't separate on their own. Next I cleaned the bottom panel with alcohol so the adhesive would be effective and put the pads in place, nearly centered over the original foot holes, but offset enough so as to not cover the screw holes. I firmly pressed the pads into place, being careful not to allow any wrinkles.
Finally I replaced the panel and secured it with the screws, remembering to angle the screws, except in the rear.
I week later, I love the result. The pads have just the right stickiness and I think they work better than the originals at keeping the computer from sliding away when I'm actually using it on my lap. I haven't noticed any loss of case cooling either, but I think that may be difficult to tell. The fans haven't been running any more than usual. The pads show no tendency to peel off, at least not yet. Every pick your computer with one hand, between your thumb and forefinger? Well, it's very easy with the larger "feet".

I Use Rokform but that is for the mounting capabilities. For the best front/back and fall protection I recommend the otterbox defender for iPhone 6. Not sure about shipping to India but you could always use a freight forwarding company. Hope that helps!

If you are wondering why you are not getting any responses, it is because you have vented a complaint without any details that make any sense or give anyone something to work on.
If you want help, I suggest actually detailing what has happened, with versions of software etc. Anything that would let us assist.
As a start I am guessing that you have not really got the hang of "How it all works". Firstly download the Pages09_UserGuide.pdf from under the Help menu. Read that and view the Video Tutorials in the same place. A good addition would be the iWork 09 Missing manual book and something to help you learn how to use your Mac.

I am performing the below operations:
1) Itemupdated event handler when a document is uploaded into the document library
2) Now amreading another list which is in the root site level so, i used spsite, spweb again and accessed that splist and trying to read single line of text column and user or group column.
Now when i am reading this, i am getting the error "Value does not fall within the expected range".
I went to resource throttling under central admin -->my current web appln and changed that value to 20 from 8
even after performing the above, i am getting the same error.
pls help anyone has faced this issue before.

as per my requirement i have to access a splist which is residing in the ROOT SITE COLLECTION OF THIS WEB APPLICATION. the event receiver i have written is residing in one of the few document libraries within the sub site. there are hundreds
of sub sites exist in this site collection. I need to access the root site collection within the itemevent receiver and access thatperson column from that splist. why i ahve kept this list at the root site collection level [
http://server1:2020/ ] , because this splist is the UI for customer's sp admin for performing weekly tasks. like adding few items in the splist and my event receiver fires and check this column- person /group
column ] and apply permissions on the document.
so my doubt is it possible to access the root site collection from my event receiver code.
spweb from properties web is just the subsite url and not the site collection. i want to get the root sitec ollection url's splist.
also am already running this code under runwithelevatedprivileges.

Soap:Server was unable to process request. --- Value does not fall within the expected range

Brand spanking new Sharepoint 2010 RTM and Designer 2010 RTM install. Unable to edit any page whatsoever even when checking out. Error in SP Designer: soap:Server was unable to process request. ---> Value does not fall within the expected range.
Like I said, this is a brand new RTM install with nothing altered yet. Why can't I edit any pages? I am using the highest credentials so there should be no permission issues. There isn't anything that is helping me on the Web for this.
Why would I encounter a problem like this out of the box? This is not the beta - it is RTM!

Enable Detaching Pages from the Site Definition
Enable Customizing Master Pages and Page Layouts
Enable Managing of the Web Site URL Structure
This should resolve the SP Designer Edit Issues.

Has anyone else had the screws fall out of the bottom of 2012 2013 Macbook Pro Retina?

Apple tried to repair my Macbook Pro Retina when I first got it. They took the back off, replaced the motherboard (which was not the problem), and returned it to me the next day (via FedEx). When I got the machine back, half of the screws on the back shell were falling out... and one was in crooked. Apple told me to take my machine to the authorized computer repair place to have the screws tightened. The screws were tightened and now, they are falling out again! I've read about needed some sort of locktight product to put the screws back in. I don't understand why an authorized repair place would not do this the first time! Can you tell me what the process should be on replacing the screws in the bottom (shell) of the Macbook Pro Retina? I've heard that the shell should be replaced when the new screws are put in. Is this true? (I have AppleCare and will take my machine in next week for repair.... again!) Thanks!

The first repair (when they thought logic board was bad) was a mail-in to Apple. They are the ones that did not re-apply the screws properly and they were falling out when I took computer out of the cardboard shipping box. Called Apple. They said take it to Computer Guys (only auth Apple repair here). Now, a new Mac store in the mall has opened. I think I will take it there this time since it was not done properly at the Computer Guys last time (however, Apple didn't put them back in properly in the FIRST place! Gee. I have Applecare and will stay with Apple repair only. Thanks! I appreciate everyone's input. It has been really helpful! The only reason I have not taken it to an Apple Store is because it is 3 hours away. I will see what this new Mac store has to offer. Oh... and, Apple Support did absolutely nothing for me! Did not even apologize for not fixing it properly the first time... and costing me time and money (as my computer is part of my job). Thanks again! Did Apple do this on purpose to keep us from repairing our own machines? I've seen so many complaints online and I imagine there will be more to come as the machines age and people try to make repairs themselves. Crazy.

How to use SQL to display Datethat falls between the date range

I'm figuring out how do i use SQL to select data
that falls between the date range stated
(for eg. 19/02/1955 to 19/02/2003)
I've tried :

Using BETWEEN statment , but Between Statement isn't doing what i want..
even those out of range are displayed... any ideas how??

REST API - Can't expand Title of lookup columns "System.ArgumentException : Value does not fall within the expected range"

I have a list that has more than 12 columns of type lookup with more than 5000 items and I am using a date field as an indexed column so I can restrict the results to meet the list view threshold. I am also using $select to restrict the columns to
meet the lookup column threshold.
If I run the query below it all works as expected:
_api/web/Lists/MyList/items/?$Filter=Created gt '2015-03-10T05:00:00.000Z' and Created lt '2015-03-17T18:25:00.712Z'&$select=Lookup1/Id&$expand=Lookup1
If I run this query it does not work:
_api/web/Lists/MyList/items/?$Filter=Created gt '2015-03-10T05:00:00.000Z' and Created lt '2015-03-17T18:25:00.712Z'&$select=Lookup1/Title&$expand=Lookup1

The lookup column "Lookup1" is using Title as the column's information and this should be working. What is interesting is that changing the lookup threshold has no effect on this but raising the list item view limit does make it work. The
date range is selecting less than 5000 items. So what am I missing here? I just want the Title for the lookup column and my query has about 10 items in it.

Looking through the logs the error is thrown due to the following error messages:
